Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.

CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN THE BOLD SENTENCE PLEASE

Picture an old car in the old movies. Where they had to hand crank to start.
Just crank your penis around in a circle 10 cranks to the left, 10 cranks to the right.

Or. stick your arm straight out. Now, make a big circle with your arm. This is what you do to your dick

JP Says: 25 Quick Kegels - count to 25

When JP says "count to 25" does he mean to count to 25 for each of the 25 quick Kegels?
If so, I find that very exhausting.

No, its roughly a half a second to one second per kegal. While your holding the stretch do 25 quick(.5-1 second)kegals.

By 50 reps of jelqing, do you mean 100 strokes? Or 2 strokes = 1 jelq; does the same rule apply to v-jelqs, as in 30 reps = 60 strokes?

The standard jelq reps are: two hands travels, complete a 1 count.
V jelq's : 1 left, 1 right, and 1 out, complete a 1 count.



hey Jp, i'm about to finish my routine in just a week. do you have any recommended routine after this newbie routine of yours?

btw I just gained half an inch bpel and .25 inch erect girth from your routine. thanks very much bro.

I also have problem, Im trying fixing my bent by adding a set of jelqs opposing the curve but it seem it has gotten worse, any tips fixing this. When I have 100% erection, you can see. it is oriented almost 45degrees to the left, and the shaft is bent like those of normal bananas to the left, also the shaft itself is twisted around 30degrees because I see my main vein is quite on the left not on center, what i see on center is my right CC, and glans is not symmetrical from the top view.

Pampa, hopefully JP will get a chance to respond to you. If your making gains on the routine, continue with it or up the reps or intensity. If you want you can add some more advanced exercises to this routine. Check the exercise section for some ideas.

i feel tug in all directions. is that good or bad? is it high or low lot? what direction should i pe in?

sorry im just confused about the wording of lot

and about the supplements -- you can get poisened if you overdose on zinc, and most multi vitamins already have zinc in them, just wondering if this is alright then? how much is too much zinc?

I'm not sure about your zinc question. but that just means your ligaments are tight in every direction, so you have to stretch in every direction. most times people are already stretched out in one way so they dont have to stretch against it. if you feel a tug in every direction then thats how you need to stretch too. left right up down and straight out

i would think thats what it means, but you'll have to wait til JP or another veteran answers. either way just take it slow and be patient. gains will come to those who wait lol

Does kegeling while you stretch increase gains or does jp just say to integrate them into stretching to save time?

I have that same LOT (none). With that being said, JP said that you should always work against the tug. Since we have a tug in all directions it probably just means that we are newbies to the whole lig. stretching. If that isn't the case then we are screwed. But I don't think that is the case *crosses fingers*.

I've been doing this now for 3 weeks after my workout during lunch. I've been noticing the flaccid gains immediately after the full routines and sometimes throughout the rest of the day, but I think its time to do longer jelqing workouts and I cant stay out of the office longer than I already am. Is it still beneficial to finish the longer workout during my evening shower? So 150 jelqs during lunch and 150 jeqs at night.

Yeah, splitting your workout definitely works! It isn't necessarily as intense as just going straight through the entire workout, but it is still a lot better than under training. Good luck with that man!

Actually the V stretch and V jelq are two different exercise's altogether(one is a Jelq, one is a stretch. Hence the names)

Try it and see? If you read the OP, which I would have thought is a bare minimum, then JonPop suggests 5 days on 2 off. However, later in the thread many advocate 2 on 1 off. Like I say try different things and see what works for you. Best of luck.

JP: A very thorough post! Would mind if I link to it here? I don't necessarily suggest it to all new guys (hell, some guys overtrain with the traditional beginner's routine we have here), but I know that it could benefit many men. Especially those who already have a conditioned penis.

Curious: How often did you do this routine when you first started out? 2 on, 1 off?
