Regarding the VJELQS...30 reps...is that 30 reps each direction or is vgelqs going straight, left and right considered one rep?

Can soap be a replacement for lube? I mean the purpose of using the lube is so that it will be much easier to jelq, and I find soap does that quite well.
I am very bad in all this english words, but now i have warmed up with hot sock of rice, and took O grip on dick in all directions, it was only when i went from stright out to up, i noticed like a "vibaration/pulse" in the dick some kind of resistance. But it went away within 1 sec.
And i remember for some months ago,or when my dick is cold. I stretch some, i can stretch it a bit, and then its recistanse and i ned to "relax" then i can pull it some more, is this TUG?
If i have TUG 12o clock, should i do jelq downwards? :\ or only stretching downwards ?
Mr.Jim... I wouldn't use soap. When I was 16, I masturbated with soap all the time in the shower. One day I started getting pimple-like blisters on my penis. I thought, sh*t! Is my girlfriend cheating on me and now I have an STD? I went to the doctor's. To make a long story short, I was clogging my pores with soap. It may sound absurd, but that was the bottom line. I've also read here that you AREN'T supposed to use soap, but I'm not sure what the original poster's reasoning was.
Just a quick question, are the kegels during stretching important? Do they aid the stretch at all, and help in growth, or is it just something to pass the time? I'd prefer to do kegels seperately, but if they aid in the stretch then I'll stick with this.
Hey there everyone, Mike here. A week and 2 days ago I decided to start a Jelqing routine. I made a Microsoft Word document and a schedule with measurements of my penis and everything. I looked online for a few ideas and routines before I settled on the one I have been doing, which I kind of modified for myself. My conscience got the best of me so I wanted more support and knowledge, so here I am on these forums. After all, I want gains not pains. My schedule was going to be 100 jelqs for the first week... 200... 300 and so on as each week passes.
I will break down what I have been doing for the past week and two days:
First, I measured BPEL and EG. BPEL 6.5" EG 5.2" at the widest/thickest point. I will only measure once a week.
I started out 70-75% erect for the jelqs and did 100 for the first 3 days (OK grip/palm facing belly)
I noticed that an overhand "OK" grip felt like it was doing more and also if I am roughly 50% erect I seem to feel more going on.
For days 5 and 6 I did 150 jelqs with the overhand "OK" grip... Day 7 I did rest.
Week 2 day 1... Measured... no change BUT my erections throb a little more, feel slightly harder... Placebo effect? Dunno.
This time I decided to do 200 jelqs, overhand grip... yes I use a water base lube, have from the start... however, I do not warm up... I know I know... that's why I am here.
Day two, 250 wet jelqs, same grip.
I do reward myself after these exercises by masturbating... Workouts are boring and yes, I like rewards. I have read the beginners sticky... can I use a heating pad? It is not an option right now to use a hot towel... privacy issues. I am going to be reworking my workout plan to exactly this workout plan... I figure I have nothing to loose right? A little background here and what I want my goal to be... I am 36 years old and as you can see from my measurements, I am slightly above the US average... at least from the studies I have read. I date a younger woman whom I plan to marry within the next year. Sex is great, all fits well for the most part. However, I feel if I was just a bit thicker I would please her more than I do now. That being said, I have a goal of 7 inches in BPEL and 6-6.5 inches in EG. I do not desire to be any bigger than that. What are your thoughts?

ur my hero of the day realy sounds nice when someone congratulates you on your efforts and ofc thank you for the tip i was thinking myselfe that it would be a little bit to early for two workouts a day...mybe in a month or so?!?
as for the rest of my post i would realy appreciate if someone of the senior members or more experienced PE guys would leave a coment on my routine.
