Hey everyone,

Regarding the VJELQS...30 reps...is that 30 reps each direction or is vgelqs going straight, left and right considered one rep?

Can soap be a replacement for lube? I mean the purpose of using the lube is so that it will be much easier to jelq, and I find soap does that quite well.

I am very bad in all this english words, but now i have warmed up with hot sock of rice, and took O grip on dick in all directions, it was only when i went from stright out to up, i noticed like a "vibaration/pulse" in the dick some kind of resistance. But it went away within 1 sec.

And i remember for some months ago,or when my dick is cold. I stretch some, i can stretch it a bit, and then its recistanse and i ned to "relax" then i can pull it some more, is this TUG?

If i have TUG 12o clock, should i do jelq downwards? :\ or only stretching downwards ?

Mr.Jim... I wouldn't use soap. When I was 16, I masturbated with soap all the time in the shower. One day I started getting pimple-like blisters on my penis. I thought, sh*t! Is my girlfriend cheating on me and now I have an STD? I went to the doctor's. To make a long story short, I was clogging my pores with soap. It may sound absurd, but that was the bottom line. I've also read here that you AREN'T supposed to use soap, but I'm not sure what the original poster's reasoning was.

1 left, 1 right, 1 up = 1 rep, so 30 V jelqs is 90 hand travels.

Can soap be a replacement for lube? I mean the purpose of using the lube is so that it will be much easier to jelq, and I find soap does that quite well.

Soap isn't the best choice at all, it can cause irritation. There are TONS of other thing you can use, ranging from water based lubes to oils.

Girth loss

Girth loss

Ok, so I have been following the J-pop 90 days for about 3 weeks now, 5 on, 2 off. I have had no gains in length, but its only been 3 weeks so no surprise. What is surprising is I went from a solid 6" girth to 5 1/2" a whole half inch gone.....Not good haha. any ideas? I have done some reading, it seems the erection quality is fine, if not a little better. Not real sure what is going on.

Honestly, it sounds like either a measuring error or EQ like you mentioned. Though I've only gained a little in the girth department, I have never lost any girth while PEing. Now my length gains have been great (1.25" gain in BPEL) and 3/4" of that came strickly from this routine in the first 3 months.

Just a quick question, are the kegels during stretching important? Do they aid the stretch at all, and help in growth, or is it just something to pass the time? I'd prefer to do kegels seperately, but if they aid in the stretch then I'll stick with this.

Hey there everyone, Mike here. A week and 2 days ago I decided to start a Jelqing routine. I made a Microsoft Word document and a schedule with measurements of my penis and everything. I looked online for a few ideas and routines before I settled on the one I have been doing, which I kind of modified for myself. My conscience got the best of me so I wanted more support and knowledge, so here I am on these forums. After all, I want gains not pains. My schedule was going to be 100 jelqs for the first week... 200... 300 and so on as each week passes.

I will break down what I have been doing for the past week and two days:

First, I measured BPEL and EG. BPEL 6.5" EG 5.2" at the widest/thickest point. I will only measure once a week.
I started out 70-75% erect for the jelqs and did 100 for the first 3 days (OK grip/palm facing belly)
I noticed that an overhand "OK" grip felt like it was doing more and also if I am roughly 50% erect I seem to feel more going on.
For days 5 and 6 I did 150 jelqs with the overhand "OK" grip... Day 7 I did rest.

Week 2 day 1... Measured... no change BUT my erections throb a little more, feel slightly harder... Placebo effect? Dunno.
This time I decided to do 200 jelqs, overhand grip... yes I use a water base lube, have from the start... however, I do not warm up... I know I know... that's why I am here.
Day two, 250 wet jelqs, same grip.
I do reward myself after these exercises by masturbating... Workouts are boring and yes, I like rewards. I have read the beginners sticky... can I use a heating pad? It is not an option right now to use a hot towel... privacy issues. I am going to be reworking my workout plan to exactly this workout plan... I figure I have nothing to loose right? A little background here and what I want my goal to be... I am 36 years old and as you can see from my measurements, I am slightly above the US average... at least from the studies I have read. I date a younger woman whom I plan to marry within the next year. Sex is great, all fits well for the most part. However, I feel if I was just a bit thicker I would please her more than I do now. That being said, I have a goal of 7 inches in BPEL and 6-6.5 inches in EG. I do not desire to be any bigger than that. What are your thoughts?

You can do your kegals seperatly, but they work good for the hold count and give a little added stretch I think.

a question for those more experienced

dear friends

i got a question or actualy i would need your opinion on the following matter so here it is
i am doing my routine once a day 5 on 2 off i follow JPs routine but i modified it to go like this so i would like to know if you think that is ok?
1.warm up rice sock 10 minutes
2. jelqs 10 minutes
3. pause 5 minutes
4. V jelqs 10 minutes
5. pause 5 minutes
6. stretching (helicopter shakes then stretching in all directoins + 25 kegels +circling to the left 10 times and to the right 10 times keeping my penis streched)
this lasts for 10 or so minutes to i am not counting my reps is that ok?
7. not allways warming down i know bad :eek:(

i do my kegels at every time i use the bathroom :eek:)

i have been doing this for 16 days now i am not counting the off days is that ok?
i think i am going to stick with these till i get 30 days of workout again not counting the days off and then expand the time of each excersise to 15 minutes would that be ok?

also i am working at a place where i got a lots of nightshifts so i can use the time to PE at work :eek:) and now i am wondering is it ok to do the same routine twice a day so one during the day and the other during the night i would use the same exercises?
i think i didnt measure right my penis the first time but i think i see some flacid girth growth and ofcourse a HUGE amount of stamina durability hardness :eek:) gains so i will keep up the work

please you guys i need some comments on this

Doing twice as much this early probably wont make you gain anything extra & might be counter-productive.

Grats on the stamina & EQ gains.

You can split a normal routine if it makes it easier. i would go at least 3-4 months before trying to break from the normal routine, and even then, only do it if you're not gaining (why fix what's not broken right?)

But, splitting a routine into 2 parts is fine if that helps-- that doesn't apply. What I mean is, don't double the length of your workout unless you've got a very good reason; otherwise, I don't know if you'll actually be helping yourself at all.
