i have been doing the exercises for the last few days now but i find i get too hard doing the exercises. is there a way to control my erection?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and have just completed day 1 of these exercises. It looks a comprehensive program and I appreciate the effort gone in to sharing it.
Just a few questions - I know results are different for everyone - but as a loose average what girth / length gains (if any) should you expect to see after 1, 2 and 3 months? My starting stats are 6.8 length x 5.25 girth.
Also, my penis seems to turtle after the exercises. Is this normal, are there ways to combat this?

my penis points slightly to the left from masturbating alot. do you think these exercises would help straighten it out?

Hey JP... or anyone who can answer... is there a different stretch routine I could do instead of the big circle stretches? I have a hard time keeping my grip during that exercise, without slipping the foreskin over my glans (not a pleasant sensation). Something that is approximately the same intensity as the circle stretch would be great. And how many reps should I do?

Try pulling the skin back before gripping, and use baby powder. The reps are in the routine.

Give it time, your pal will know when its time for work and not play. If it becomes a major problem you can masturbate prior to your routine.

Turtling isn't a bib deal, but if you have other negative PI's aswell it could be your using to much intensity.
Gains are different for everybody, but its not uncommon to see newbie gains in the first three months.

These exercises could very well help out with curvature. Also when your EQ improves, that will also help.

I have a long foreskin.. my foreskin covers my glans even when it's in erection.
I really want to enlarge my penis, but iam afraid to enlarge my foreskin (even more) in stead of my penis by doing the jelqing program.
I can't hold the foreskin all the way down while i also have to do the jelqing..
Without hold it all the way down it slips back itselfs eachtime..
Do you think jelqing while my foreskin covers my glans will enlarge my foreskin in stead of my penis itself? Or do you know an alternative?

It shouldn't affect your foreskin at all. Jelqing merely forces blood into the penis so it expands the capillaries I believe. Stretching may enlarge your foreskin if you grab by the skin itself and literally stretch out your foreskin :p. For stretching you should be gripping behind the glands and feel the pull from the base of your penis, that's your ligaments. Penis enlargement doesn't really have a whole lot to do with the skin itself. I wouldn't worry about it. Try the routine for a month or so and in the mean time go to a doctor and discuss how to fix your foreskin. I forget what medical condition it is but basically your foreskin should not still cover your head during an erection. Now don't get anxious! It's not a huge deal and a doctor should be able to fix it for you, and he shouldn't have to circumsize it. No worries! Hope this helps!

hey i didn't see anyone ask this and i went threw alot of pages to make sure i didn't ask the same question
when doing V jelqs you go left up right do those 3 count as one rep or does each individual direction count as a rep?

when you get to the part were u stretch straight out and kegels,about how many kegels should i do?

My foreskin covers my glans even when erected. I do the Jelq exercices anyway, I can see my glans get filled up with blood, specially AFTER each set of repetitions, when I let go.

So, baby powder should help with the circle stretchs? I have that same problem having a hard time with my foreskin. What I do is I pull the skin back, grab it under the glans, then release the sking and do the circle stretches ( duhh )
Now with V-Jelqs I still have a pretty hard time due to skin. I havent figured it out completely yet.

Baby powder gives you a better grip when stretching.

Thats what I was talking about when I said pull the skin back BEFORE gripping. With the baby powder on your grip hand, it won't slide as bad.

V-Jelqs I still have a pretty hard time due to skin. I havent figured it out completely yet.

There's some good info on this link concerning techniques for the uncut. If you have any tips to offer, please do. We are hoping the info in that thread will eventually be used for an article :)

Im pretty much in the middle of my beginner's routine. I want to beging writing my next routine, can u please point me in the right direction to finding options, the best proven routines and the best gains exercises?? Im not rushing ! I will stick to the beginner's routine till I finish the 90 days, I just wanna start working on the next stage to when I'll b ready.. be ready !

By 50 reps of jelqing, do you mean 100 strokes? Or 2 strokes = 1 jelq; does the same rule apply to v-jelqs, as in 30 reps = 60 strokes?

hey Jp, i'm about to finish my routine in just a week. do you have any recommended routine after this newbie routine of yours?

btw I just gained half an inch bpel and .25 inch erect girth from your routine. thanks very much bro.

I also have problem, Im trying fixing my bent by adding a set of jelqs opposing the curve but it seem it has gotten worse, any tips fixing this. When I have 100% erection, you can see. it is oriented almost 45degrees to the left, and the shaft is bent like those of normal bananas to the left, also the shaft itself is twisted around 30degrees because I see my main vein is quite on the left not on center, what i see on center is my right CC, and glans is not symmetrical from the top view.

A little help

Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.

CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN THE BOLD SENTENCE PLEASE

When JP says "count to 25" does he mean to count to 25 for each of the 25 quick Kegels?
If so, I find that very exhausting.
