i have been doing the exercises for the last few days now but i find i get too hard doing the exercises. is there a way to control my erection?
Hey JP... or anyone who can answer... is there a different stretch routine I could do instead of the big circle stretches? I have a hard time keeping my grip during that exercise, without slipping the foreskin over my glans (not a pleasant sensation). Something that is approximately the same intensity as the circle stretch would be great. And how many reps should I do?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and have just completed day 1 of these exercises. It looks a comprehensive program and I appreciate the effort gone in to sharing it.
Just a few questions - I know results are different for everyone - but as a loose average what girth / length gains (if any) should you expect to see after 1, 2 and 3 months? My starting stats are 6.8 length x 5.25 girth.
Also, my penis seems to turtle after the exercises. Is this normal, are there ways to combat this?

my penis points slightly to the left from masturbating alot. do you think these exercises would help straighten it out?

Iam trying to do these workouts but i have one problem.
I have a long foreskin.. my foreskin covers my glans even when it's in erection.
I really want to enlarge my penis, but iam afraid to enlarge my foreskin (even more) in stead of my penis by doing the jelqing program.
I can't hold the foreskin all the way down while i also have to do the jelqing..
Without hold it all the way down it slips back itselfs eachtime..
Do you think jelqing while my foreskin covers my glans will enlarge my foreskin in stead of my penis itself? Or do you know an alternative?

Try pulling the skin back before gripping, and use baby powder.
Baby powder gives you a better grip when stretching.So, baby powder should help with the circle stretches?
Thats what I was talking about when I said pull the skin back BEFORE gripping. With the baby powder on your grip hand, it won't slide as bad.What I do is I pull the skin back, grab it under the glans, then release the skin and do the circle stretches ( duhh )
V-Jelqs I still have a pretty hard time due to skin. I havent figured it out completely yet.
