yeah its because with school and all, its been hard keeping a good steady routine so I'm hoping that it'll become easier to do that over the summer :D

gixxers. Welcome to the PE Gym. Since you are brand new to this stuff, go back to page 1 of this thread and spend some time reading. Try to visualize the exercises.

Hello people. It's been almost 2 months for me since I started this routine but I never felt like I was doing the v jelqs correctly so instead of doing the suggested 90 reps, I just replaced them with an extra 100-150 reps of normal jelqs (250-300 jelqs in the whole workout). I am still making good gains but I want to begin to include the v jelqs into my routine correctly. I know how to do the grip properly but it doesn't feel like the blood is getting push into the glans like a normal jelq. Is it supposed to feel less intense like this or is it supposed to feel even more intense than a normal jelq?

Does it matter if they are Wet Jelqs or Dry Jelqs??

The feeling is different but you should use the same jelqing tests as usual: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/20444-good-jelqing-tests.html?highlight=good+jelqing+tests. But from my experience, I have to grip a bit harder for them. I've never been a great fan of V-jelqs and don't do them anymore. Dry jelqs are a bit more aggressive for the skin, that's why it is recommended to "prepare your skin" with wet jelqs for some time.

Regarding rep counts...

I'm a bit confused regarding counting the reps...

Wet Jelqs OP says that both hands count as 1 rep...

So then, I do right hand, left hand, REP, etc.?

Or is it right hand, rep, left hand, rep, etc.

Same thing for V jelqs... 30 reps each set... does this mean 15 to the left and then 15 to the right?

Or Left, right, REP, repeat?

I apologize if the question has been answered already before, haven't been able to dig into entire thread yet (finals week!).

New on here and I will be starting soon. I have bought the supplements as mentioned by JonPop.

Now this thing is, I have also got my self a jelqing device (the one that has two rollers), will this be good to use with this 90 day program?

Last thing, is there like a video where I can watch all the exercises being preformed? It would be more helpful as opposed to reading them and trying to picture how to do them.

Im new to the forum and really exited about PE being a young body builder with a facination with improving my body. Iv'e only recently become self concius about my penis size after a girl(BITCH) let out that i had a tiny penis compared to my cousin who is 6 months younger than me and a junior in highschool. He has a twin brother and their penis's are beleive it or not over nine inches. I remember my cousin holding a waterbottle against his erected penis in his shorts in the 8th grade and the outline of his junk had the same dimensions of the bottle. I feel like im supposed to have a huge dick aswell but the sad fact is i got my moms genes while my cousins got the big dick genes from their father. Because of this i feel PE is my only option to a less self concious life. So now that i got my story out there i would really like to know what kind of gains can i expect to make as a 17 yearold and is it safe to do this while still growing. Also I'd like to direct this question to jp... I understand you've been doing pe for years I was wondering if you are still gaining and if there is a true limit to gains? Also what are your measurments now?
Sorry about the long first post but i just had to get that off my chest and it feels really good :)

No, I am not still growing. Haven't been for a long while. I just do a maintainence routine.
You are still growing at 17. Do not do anything but light stretching and Kegels for awhile.
And I am sorry Winter Is Coming, but you must be 18 years old to be a member of this forum. Good luck. Come back when you reach legal age. (jP

For the wet jelqs, one rep means 1 jelq with the left hand AND 1 jelq with the right hand.

You can use the jelq device but you should be aware that the men who use it say that it is more intense than jelqing with your hands. I'd advise you to start with less reps than what is recommended in JP's routine, and then follow your PIs and see whether they allow you to up the number of reps to reach what is recommended. Or you could just do the routine as it is and then introduce the jelq device when your penis is conditioned, i.e. when you're 3 months in.

This is my third day on this routine and i have to ask if it is ok to do my stretching in a morning shower and jelq mid afternoon or would this be counter productive?

I tried this 90-day routine some months ago. 2 days on and one off. All i "gained" was one ugly looking turkey neck and no girth/length gains whatsoever.

...after reading this thread and doing the basic newbie routine for over a month.
I gained .5 inches in that time; thanks JP! (I used the cool down for the last part of my routine and liked it very much. I supplimented with PC exersize and edging... no pills.)

I stopped the routine because I was frankly pretty amazed, and so was my girlfriend, at my increase in size (I hadn't told her what I was doing before she commented on it). Now, I wish I had continued, but am picking up slowly where I left off a couple of months ago. We'll call it an extended deconditioning break.

I think if you do the excersizes with knowledge and intent behind your actions, you WILL get results.

@ Lifprasir
A hot shower should work for your warm-up, just make sure you are completely warmed-up to prevent injury.

@ heavy lifter; it shouldn't hurt you too bad to break up the stretches from the jelqing... just make sure to warm-up again prior to your noon jelq. Someone more knowledgeable might chime in on this issue...
In my opinion, do the routine as stated; it works.

Hello, I just came across this thread and I would like to seek some clarification.

LOT (Loss of Tug). This theory was first posted by Bib.

This is a very important factor in the way you exercise.

Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down)
Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

(No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.)

Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

Stretch straight down (6:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.

If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.

If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.

You always want to exercise AGAINST the TUG

It says that if the LOT is 6:00 (which means that I do feel tug back when stretching straight up and straight out?)
then need to do exercises straight out and straight up.
But then it says that you always want to exercise against the tug?
I'm I missing something?

how long should EACH of the 10 clockwise/counter clockwise stretches take? my hand gets so tired even doing 5 second stretches and i have to stop many times to re-do my grip...
