JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

I've been doing this routine for about four weeks now and have seen ZERO gains :(
I used to be doing another beginner's routine that was on this site and I gained VERY QUICKLY
In about a month I increased almost a full inch!
Would you recommend going back to the other routine or may this possibly be because since I already gained a lot before it will become harder to gain from now on?

Can you tell us what that routine was?

I have a question, after this 90 day period should I start doing it every other day? Are you supposed to do it everyday for the first 90 days? Thanks.

Just go 2 days on one day off. That seems to be the best bet for most around here including me.

Question the routine is taking to long for me to do since I work and go to school full time. Can I split it up do warm up and stretches in the morning and then warm up again and do jelqs at night? Thanks in advance.

Hi comrades ,

I am a newbie about to start this program. I have some questions.

1.Does one have to do the tug exercise everytime? Or is it one-off thing to see whether gains will come slow or fast?
2.From first page."Palm toward belly. Stretch out slightly and do what are called "Helicopter Shakes." Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20. (kind of like twirling a key chain)"

Does it mean I have to make a "reverse U" like swing point stomach? I think I have not understood the helicopter shake completely.Is there a video showing it?

What if I cant hold an erection during the exercise?

Question#1..... in this routine u said too kegel a 100 times everyday others have said u should kegel 1 day on 1 day off as the pc is a skeletal muscle and needs a day of rest in between workouts ,what is the best way to strengthen my pc break or no break?#2......Also i do them when stretching as per this routine does that count?#3......another thing does it make a difference if i'm hard or not to kegal bc when i try hard i start losing my erection?#4......and should i be holding my kegel for 5 sec each maybe doing 100 or 50 reps i have a slight pe problem that i really want to control.?#5....also is it fine to glance at porn or something to maintain my 60 to 70% while jelging i don't stare at porn only take a brief peek just maintain if i get to soft.#6.....also when i v-jelq i sit in a chair kinda leaned back so is it rite to pull my penis so it is almost touching my belly so that the stretch is parallel which my belly is pretty flat? #7.....i never got any red dots or anything does that mean i'm not doing it rite ,i think i'm jelqing rite bc when i squeeze at base it expands quite well and my veins engorge also my head turns purple and swelled up shiny it stays looking like that the whole time i'm jelqing.?#8...1 more thing i posted before about if i was at the rite hardness and about telling if i'm at the rite hardness in the 60 to 75% range some other member said 30 to 40% was optimal,but i dont think he was a member very long he said too high a percentage was useless.but im looking for advice from the veterans of this site men who have had atleast 1 '' or 2'' or more gain in length and maybe atleast half to 1'' gain in girth,not to disrespect any other members but i would rather hear from the pros.Later i would like to learn the routine of the members who've had the fastest and the largest gains so i can copy their routine hihi.But for now im on jp's plan thanks for any suggestions or help u give me oh im 31 by the way who cares rite huhu. bpel-6.25'' eg-5''

I posted my beginning measurement of 6.25 x 4.5 girth about 2 and a half months ago. Since then i have been taking L-argining, L-lysine, 60 mg zinc, high quality "cytogain" protein (as i also lift weights), and taking nitric oxide and "sci fit creatine monohydrate (10x stronger than any other creatine product without bloating and water weight) i quit smoking and have not been drinking much alcohol either. All of this in combination with JP's routine and in later weeks strapping on a male edge extender for 1-2hours after a pe workout provided me with almost a full inch gain in length from 6.25 to 6.95-7inches and girth increase from 4.5 in to 5.1. My flaccid hang is the most prominent of all though, ever since starting this regimen i hang WAY lower. The visuals are of a caliber that i never expected to achieve. I just wanted to share so that others might have success and i wanted to thank JP for setting me on the right course. I will not after seeing the gains subside begin to try weight hanging. this is a great post...have been doing this routine for little over a week now and have already seen some improvements, mainly when it comes to the flaccidness. but i do have trouble with the stretching, seeing that i am uncut, i tend to slip. it's quite annoying to say the least, so for all the uncut guys out there, how far down the shaft should i grip to minimize slipping?

Hey i had the same problem when i started (i'm uncut too), then i found out that when i use bathmate before i do streches i dont have that problem anymore. Probably because the head is bigger after i use it for about 10 min. So try using sth like that if u have any pump or maybe some baby powder, i heard some guys use that... Sorry for making my first post here, but since i had the same problem, taught it might help :D

Hello all, im venturing in PE seriously for the first time. I've messed with some Jelqing before on and off but never seriously. Hopefully that didn't mess me up. Im mainly focusing on girth so for this program can i just keep everything the same except get rid of the wet jelq and add a few more V jelq reps? Also would 50-60% erect be best for girth? and last but not least, when can you expect to see results that it is working?(small increases to see that you are on the right track cause waiting over a month to see if you are doing it right or not is a long time)

Hey Guys,

Im with Stumpy1981 and have no LOT in any direction, what does this mean? and what's the best method to stretch and exercise?

I've started this routine last year and did it for about 3 months without significant results, I've gained while i was flaccid but not erected.

I've given this routine another go and have started for about 2 weeks now, any help is appriciated.

Stretching has always been the exercise that I liked the least... As suggested slyder, using some baby powder can really do the trick: grab your penis just below or half an inch below your glans and pull. Remember that putting too much strength can only lead to injury...

All beginners should disregard the LOT theory and follow the routine as it is. I really think that your LOT doesn't really matter unless you consider hanging.

I suggest that you apractice the routine as it is now and then focus your routine on girth after 3 months when your penis is conditioned. Wet jelqing is a very good exercise for length and for girth so don't underestimate it. From my own experience, I even strat to think that it's better than V-jelqing. 50-60% is perfect for girth, try not to go above this, at least at the beginning. Nobody can tell how much time it'll take you to enlarge your penis. That's something that you'll have to discover by yourself, paying a lot of attention to your PIs as they are the only indicators that will tell you whether you're doing good or not.

Are you sure that you kegel correctly: if you do it while peeing, does it stop the urine? If you do it while erect, does your penis move up? If you manage to do this, then you're on the good way. As I said earlier, disregard the LOT. Apply the routine as it is for 3 months and then adapt it (or not) according to your gains (if any). Generally flaccid gains come first so you might have been on the right track when you stopped. Remember that we don't gain at the same speed and that 3 months might not be enough to achieve serious gains. I always like to recall the story of going411by7 who gained nearly 4 inches in length and didn't see his first gains before 4 months of PE...

In some past threads someone said to disregard the LOT test that it is only used for hanging, does the LOT apply for people who are using extenders?

I never used an extender but I think that you could apply it here, except that I have some difficulties to imagine how you could wear an extender other than straight down... (or maybe up!)

Well maybe i misunderstand how or what the LOT represents but i know my LOT loss is the 6 to 8 range and i read somewhere that if your LOT is in that range it might be more difficult for lengthening. That is why i was asking the question to all of you knowledgeable people since i am quite new to this.
And yes you can use an extender either straight out or up and down.

I have one question. Whad does PI or PIs mean? Everybody keeps mentioning it and i cant find full word for it anywhere :confused:
