Maybe this question isn't really related to this thread but since I'm doing this routine I guess I'll post it here

My question is: what do the most experienced people say about ejaculation while doing PE? Does it affect gains or not? I read the article on here but I wanted to get more feedback from other people though
Experiences? Stories?

Nobody knows the answer to this question, everyone is different.

The question to ask yourself is, if you are not sure, why risk it? And don't buy the ejaculation is needed for prostate health crap.

Are you serious?? I've never really looked into the science of anything but the whole "prostate health" thing is the only reason I was like "well I kind of have to.."
I guess I'll keep that in mind

Its an information minefield knowing what is best. More than 1 load a day, every day, is surely far too much. I feel that 1x every day is too much, but i'm also reading a lot of info telling me almost every day is optimum.

Here is an interesting article related to the prostate health issue from yourbrainonporn.com :)D) I think it makes more sense than those studies.

The reason that I don't trust the prostate cancer study is because there are too many factors at work. The study said it's based on a 30,000 sample (which is pretty large). How did they do it? Did they just ask everyone "how many times you had sex each month in the past 20 years"? A people who has sex on a more regular basis might in general have a different life style than the other ones. Also, sex involves alot more than masturbation. There is no way they can state that "ejaculation" is the deciding factor here.

Also, is the number of times of ejaculations a leading indicator of prostate health? It maybe the the other way around, a person might already have some prostate issues so he doesn't ejaculate as much.

Like I said, this kind of study is FAR from perfect and the result can be misleading.

I AM NOT SAYING EJACULATION IS BAD! I am just saying these studies sound like a bunch of crap to me.

Great points Man and an excellent article you linked. Its funny cos i just repped you today on another thread for bringing to my attention a video on that site! I hadn't read that particular article on ejaculation over there.

You're right that those tests i linked would be very hard to conduct accurately over that time with 30000 guys. I'm really not sure how they came up with the results, it is something i've heard many times though. But your link saying the medical profession found no correlation is very convincing. I'm basically in a position where i'm cutting down my ejaculations, but am wary about going totally abstinent because of all i've heard previously.

With regards actual gains though which is more to the topic of the thread and JP's routine, i am of the belief that to some extent over-masturbation did lessen my gains.

Well I usually do it once a week on my "break" days. TOPS twice a week
And I've seen pretty good gains, but what if I could have BETTER gains if I stop you know?

It's 12:07pm and I've already ejaculated twice. I'm seriously always super horny. I average 3-5 ejaculations every day, will this affect the JP program? Maybe it's the fact I'm 21... once a day would mess with my mind too much.

Why don't you guys go by feel and listen to your body and urges? I mean, you need to control them to some extent but 3-5 times a week isn't a bad thing. Use it or lose it! If you don't crank one out or have sex, what's the point of even working your penis out? Join a convent and become celibate.

I should add one quick note. I've been trying to decide what works best. To wait until a day off or use my workout days and finish up with an ejaculation and have an actual day off. I've been mixing it up. I take weekends off from working out and usually don't take the weekend off from sex with the girlfriend and it seems to be fine. Honestly, it gives me a chance to work on kegels and controlling everything. Kind of like test runs for newly installed equipment. I think this controlling ejaculations and the overall experience is what you guys should be focused on, not simply a huge cock. It's the equivalent of a distance runner just lifting weights all the time and then the race comes and he's out the gate fast as hell and the throws up 300 meters later (no pun intended) and doesn't finish the race.

I tried to get my LOT but I wasnt sure I was doing it right. When you say "Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. " should I be taking my balls along for the ride ? Should they be pulled to 12:00, 9:00 , and 6:00 as well ? When you say that men with a high LOT are lucky because gains come easier, if my erection point straight it the air "12:00" does that mean that I most likely have a high LOT ? Because when I have an erection, I cannot get it past 9:00 without pain.

I've been doing this routine for about four weeks now and have seen ZERO gains :(
I used to be doing another beginner's routine that was on this site and I gained VERY QUICKLY
In about a month I increased almost a full inch!
Would you recommend going back to the other routine or may this possibly be because since I already gained a lot before it will become harder to gain from now on?

Hi comrades ,

I am a newbie about to start this program. I have some questions.

1.Does one have to do the tug exercise everytime? Or is it one-off thing to see whether gains will come slow or fast?
2.From first page."Palm toward belly. Stretch out slightly and do what are called "Helicopter Shakes." Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20. (kind of like twirling a key chain)"

Does it mean I have to make a "reverse U" like swing point stomach? I think I have not understood the helicopter shake completely.Is there a video showing it?

What if I cant hold an erection during the exercise?

Four weeks is nothing in PE but if you had a good routine that was working for you why did you even switch routines in the first place?

Yes gains will usually be harder to come by, you've likely already had your 'newbie gains' as they are so often called.

I had the same issue, except I never experienced gains after the 90 days. I tried a few others and one worked for me. As long as you are warming up properly and aren't doing any crazy advanced exercises as a beginner, just do what works for you. What routine ended up working for you?

I just got done with jelqing for my first time and I was wondering if it is normal for your glans to redden? Is this a good thing?
