I have a quick question.
Can I expect growth during the program without the kegel exercises?

I have not found the kegel yet.

Did you read this article? Kegel Exercises For Men - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness
It might help you figure out how to do them...
Yes you can gain even if you don't kegel: they add intensity to the stretches and help you to have better control over your erections and ejaculation, but they're not essential to gains...

It's up to you... After you finish the routine, you can choose between keep on doing it as it is (especially if you had great gains from it according to the "why trying to fix something that isn't broken" theory), or up the number of reps in the routine or add new exercises... Choose the scenario you want according to your gains from the routine, your goals and the time you can devoid to PE.

I haven't started yet, but, in the past when trying moist heat w a wash cloth I had very little success warming up anything other than burn my hands. I wonder if a microwaveable rice bag would do the job better?

Yeah that is what i use to warm up i put the rice in a sock and put it in the microwave for 45-50 secs. Caution! its quite hot when it comes out the microwave so wait a little before warming up your young lad.

Start with 2 on/1 off and see how it feels. Make sure your technique is corrects and don't rush through your Jelqs. Take the allotted 3-4 seconds per stroke.

Hi Guys

Hi Guys

Hey all,

Going to start this routine and be diligent to the nail with everything. Just to be sure, the original post is what is still recommended, correct?

I am aiming for 6.5" x 5.0" by 8/15/11 - its a little ambitious but I have a tendency to work my a** off. Going for 8" x 6" long term, but thats another discussion

Thanks all.

you do not add 25 each week..where in the world did you read that? its 150 jelqs, 90 v jelqs per session total. every session for the 90 days

Hi everyone,

Wondering if I could get some help. I've been on jonpop's program for close to 30 days now, I missed one or two days but I always always make up for it during my supposed rest days. No real erect growth but flaccid is def looking better.

Unfortunately, I will be going overseas for a 2 week holiday in 3 weeks time. I hope to see results by then but my concern is that I will not have the time nor privacy i have back home. Will this affect the schedule? I would really want to complete the 90 day programme... Could anyone recommend a quick fix? Something that will maintain the condition of my member with the 10-15 mins I have in the shower? I can't bring porn in either so jelqing will be a little tough.

Thanks!

I would say a basic stretch clockwise 25 kegels each hold and rest of the time Jelqs.

Thanks for some input guys, welcome more. tried reading up on bed fowfers, don't really get it but I guess its just a kind of stretch that focuses on the top of your member.

Word for word. I'd suggest you to add a set of stretches downward.

Hey I'm in about day 30 or so of this routine so far
Pretty good thus far :)
Just wondering, can you do this routine "more than once"?
Well since he stated how he gained several inches in length and girth in a 16 month period. That seems like a fair deal to me! Well can we just keep repeating this exercise for several months over and over or would it not have much affect after a while since the body starts getting used to these exercises over and over?

You can do this routine as it is over and over until you stop gaining: that's the principle of "why trying to fix something that's not broken". Eventually you might sooner or later come to a point when your penis is completely used to the exercises and you experience a plateau. Then it is time to change your routine:it is commonly admitted now that you should change things when you experience 3 months without any gains...
