yeah the circle stretches. i was just wondering cause i watched a video of a circle stretch and the guy took like 15 seconds for 1 revolution

so your circle stretches are quick, 1-2 seconds per revolution?

also while i have your attention, how hard do you hold the pull?

You do these as close to flaccid as you can. Just pull out to a comfortable stretch and do them in a big circle close to your body. Your hand should be rubbing across your abdomen/stomach. (jP

alright sounds good, so i take it having to squeeze so hard because you are pulling so hard on it that your grip starts to slip and you have to stop and readjust every few is way too much? lol

Hey guys. Long time troller first time posting and deciding to give the program a try. I have a few questions though.

Regarding stretching what is meant by BIG stretches and how is that different from the 'helicopter shakes'? Also during the stretching phase, how are the 25 'quick' kegels different from regular kegels? Are those quick kegels even worth doing if I can get everything warmed up just by holding the pull and doing the chopper shakes?

Any suggestions for uncut guys, or is it pretty much the same?

Big circles stretches and helicopter shakes are not the same at all: when you do the big circle stretch, you grip your penis below the glans, stretch straight out and while holding the stretch, you do rotary moves with the hand holding the stretch clockwise and anti-clockwise. For the helicopter shakes, there's no stretch involved: you grab your penis at its base and then start a rotary move as if your penis was a propeller. The purpose of these shakes is to help the blodd to come back in your penis after a stretch, but you could also slap your penis several times on your thigh instead...
The quick kegels are... quick non-held kegels that you do while stretching, to add intensity to the stretching exercise.
As an uncut, I use this exact technique, but make sure that I use a lot of lube. I let my foreskin cover my head while jelqing and so far didn't notice an increase in foreskin after nearly 9 months. I found that an overhand ok grip was much more comfortable than an underhand...

Try not to go below 30% erection level as the exercise is not very efficient in this case. If you loose too much erection level, you can stop and masturbate a bit. You could also consider throwing in some kegels in between the jelqs or some BTB jelqs (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/17356-btb-jelqing.html?highlight=BTB+jelqing )

For some reason this morning for the life of me I couldn't maintain a 70% erection - I kept going soft. In the beginning I had the opposite problem. How do you guys maintain? Just friction? I'd rather not have to use porn or masturbate. I hope it's not some kind of ED.

Also, I'm finding the overhand grip a bit awkward, especially at the base. I can't quite bring my finger and thumb together for the OK sign until about mid-shaft.

I'm finding it impossible to do the jelqs described in the routine. My skin bunches up as it is already pushed up from the first pull. Is it alright if i completly release my grip and then start the next pull with my other hand instead of doing this simultaniously. I relize that means im not keeping the same blood in my shaft but i cant do it any other way. Another thing after i do the routine and allow my self to get a full blown errection its pretty raging like none ive ever had before but when it goes away my dick sort of turtles which is odd because my usual flacid is around 3.5 inches. Im not experiencing the after effects that pple are claiming to have like a full flacid and engorged head. I know im doing something right cause my head gets almost rock hard when i jelq is this enough to know im effectively gaining.

I have been doing the routine for a few weeks and my question is simple, is it possible to actually lose or shrink from what you originally had if your techniques are slightly wrong?

I wouldn't want to take a chance on losing what I already have.

Jp thank you so much, for that thread, just got done with my exercise, warmed it up with the hot!!! Towel 8-10 mintues, then I started the workout it's tiring but I

have a goal in mind. I desire too have a healthy penis as well as big also, I followed to the exact and I feel a change. Thank you so much; lekim; falling short









JP: A very thorough post! Would mind if I link to it here? I don't necessarily suggest it to all new guys (hell, some guys overtrain with the traditional beginner's routine we have here), but I know that it could benefit many men. Especially those who already have a conditioned penis.

Curious: How often did you do this routine when you first started out? 2 on, 1 off?

If you're not comfortable, you can effectively release your grip with one hand before gripping with the other hand: it's called a one-handed jelq. It might be a bit less efficient than a two-handed jelq though. Maybe if you switch to an overhand ok grip and use a lot of lube, you could keep on using the two-handed jelq technique. Some use tricks such as a brief lowered just below your shaft with the elastic band preventing the skin from going up when you jelq. You might want to try that to.
How long do you turtle after a workout? It might be a sign that you're doing a bit too much. How are your others PIs? Keep in mind that JP's routine is an intense beginner routine that doesn't suit everybody. If you have negative PIs, you might consider decrease the number of rep or adapt your schedule...

If you don't exercise correctly, yes you can decrease in size: that's the ultimate negative PI. Fortunately, if you watch your PIs, you'll notice that something is going wrong a long time before atually losing size so this shouldn't happen. And it takes a lot more than "slighly" wrong exercising to lose size... This happens when you chronically and seriously overtrain yourself without paying attention to the warning...

Don't worry, it took me 1 month before I started doing Jelqs described as in this routine, I was doing one-handed as well cause I found it had too, not that one-handed ain't effective, in my opinion a Jelqing workout without pain or intensity with a redish head when finish is a good Jelq session, your technique will improve in time :)

Normal guy thank you for the idea with the elastic band im going to try that today. I do not believe the routine is too stressfull as i only do the stretches followed by 15 minutes of jelqs. My penis was already well conditioned from masturbation and daily sex which has ended since about a month ago. The turtleing occurs during my warm down in the shower right before i go to the gym and then my small flacid stays throughout the workout, kind of embarasing im having to resort to black shorts rather than my loose coolered ones, although this might be a case of saddle balls due to a more intense workout? However at night when im lounging my flacid hangs past my testicles so i guess i dont need to be too woried. Iv'e noticed the stress factor has always effected my penis and it could be im in alot more stress after losing my girlfriend. Ill come back to this thread If this worstens or to share my gains if they come. Again thanks for the replies Normal Guy and Irheretogrow :)

Probably a stupid question????

I've been doing the JP routine now for 4 days and I am camping this weekend. My rest days are meant to be Thursday and Friday, but i was thinking of PEing on Thursday to make up for the 2 days I won't be doing it(Friday and Saturday).

Will this be ok to do?

Hello,

I am not sure if this was already asked but I am just a bit confused with the routine.... It says 5 days on and 2 days off. So its like doing the routine from
Monday to Friday straight and off during the weekends? but i also read some post to do it 2 days on and 1 day off.

I guess it comes down to personal preference, and how you penis handles the routine.
You really need to listen to what your penis is telling you in regards to colour, texture, pain etc.
I only properly stared PE myself but I can feel what me penis can handle.
I guess all that wanking and experimenting paid off. :)

I reckon try the 2 day on 1 day off and see how you go. If you think you can go more up it.
