I doubt there's any video out there of warm-up, but its simple and there are lot of ways, you can warm-up sticking your penis in a hot glass of water also with a hot shower or a rice sock, check this article Warming Up the Penis Before Exercising - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness

Normal guy thank you for the idea with the elastic band im going to try that today. I do not believe the routine is too stressfull as i only do the stretches followed by 15 minutes of jelqs. My penis was already well conditioned from masturbation and daily sex which has ended since about a month ago. The turtleing occurs during my warm down in the shower right before i go to the gym and then my small flacid stays throughout the workout, kind of embarasing im having to resort to black shorts rather than my loose coolered ones, although this might be a case of saddle balls due to a more intense workout? However at night when im lounging my flacid hangs past my testicles so i guess i dont need to be too woried. Iv'e noticed the stress factor has always effected my penis and it could be im in alot more stress after losing my girlfriend. Ill come back to this thread If this worstens or to share my gains if they come. Again thanks for the replies Normal Guy and Irheretogrow :)

I have to say... the gym is the last place you should be concerned about your flaccid size. Mines tends to be small when I workout too, but I have never looked at another dudes shorts to see what he might be packing.

I know dude but i work out with the football team and on those really intense days like squat testing my penis can actually stick out from under the belt like i have a 1inch boner because my flacid is so small. It happens maby once a week after each heavy squat. One time someone noticed it and they all had a good laugh about it INCLUDING THE COACH it was the most embarassing moment of my life! Thankfully i saved my self with a full flacid in the showers so my reputation was saved.....if my new nickname became micro penis i would probly have killed myself.

two questions:

is it alright to add extender with your program i have a prosizer with silcone tube noose configuration wear it for maybe 4-7 hours a day along with your routine.

second question if sex and or masturbation to the point of orgasm okay shortly after the workouts or use with the extender if not how long should one wait

Hey JP, do you think you could write out an intermediate routine for those of us nearly finished with your program. I've gained .4 inches in length and .2 inches in girth so far... thanks!

Its ok to to masturbate 2-5 hours after pe aslong as your penis is not tired out

Question about LOT.


I pull my penis up near my belly (strait up) and I get a tug. If I pull strait out or down I get no tug, does that mean Im a 9:00 strecher?

Determining LOT (Loss of Tug)





LOT (Loss of Tug). This theory was first posted by Bib.

This is a very important factor in the way you exercise.

Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down)
Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

(No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.)

Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

Stretch straight down (6:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.

If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.

If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.

You always want to exercise AGAINST the TUG

Most men find that they have low LOT. Mine is at 6:00. This means that the gains come harder and require more dedication and work to see the gains.

Men with high LOT, are very lucky. Their gains come easier and can utalize weight hanging. But don't be discouraged, the Gains will come if you are dedicated and stay on the program I have outlined below.
These are exercises to help you gain, regardless of LOT

Hi Jon or anyone who knows, when you say 12:00, 9:00 and 6:00 do you mins 12 mins, 9 mins, 6 mins or do you mean centre, left and down?

12 = up
6 = down

But don't pay to much attention on that you may get discouraged or something, just keep at it and you'll see miracles happen :D

Combining multiple PE techniques (here extenders and manual PE) is advanced and considering that JP's routine is quite intense, I'd advise you to wait for a couple of months so that your penis is ready for this. I think those five are more to do with ejaculation volume. I know that's why I got the zinc not long ago :p

Hello everyone,

I'm new to PE and wanted get started on JP's 90 day routine. i read it through, tried some, but I'm a bit confused about the "helicopter" shakes. If i am correct the instructions state "Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second ".

5 revs per second? I could barely do 2! how fast are we talking here? maybe I'm misunderstanding how these are done. any help would be appreciated. and everyone's commnets and responses have been quite helpful. i'm going to finish reading all the terms/acronyms and put up my stats. thanks.

so are the gains in this 90 day routine mostly flaccid? I need a bigger flaccid penis, I literally have a smaller FG than most if not all people I've seen yet the tape measure says 3.75" around which I don't get.

ok so its monday and i just started my second week of the routine. Last week i used a bio oil bottle for referance after my workout because it is the exact leagnth of my nbpel 5.5 inches. This makes progress very easy to see because i basically have a replica of my penis from before PE. I measured my bpel at about half a head above the bottle exactly 6 inches. Over the week i found my npel to never go above the bottle either exactly the same or slightly lower. On thursday and friday i had a good fright however because my el didnt come close to the top of the bottle and measured at 5.2 inches no matter how hard i kegeled my eq was 10 by the way pointing up 45 degrees. So its 1:25 and i just finished the routine with 16 minutes of normal jelquing, going up a min a week, and my EL was bigger than the bottle at 6 inches! and my bpel measured at 6.46 inches i am extremely exited and I couldnt imagine a better start to spring break. I got a side view in the mirror to see if it was noticably bigger and it looks huge :D Iv'e never thought of my penis as huge until this day.To all the spectators who keep browsing this forum wondering if it could be true like I was about 3 weeks ago here is your proff100 % truth no gimics not mishaps with a ruler but solid gains measured against a never changing object.
