is 1 rep = 2 strokes, 1 each hand or does 1 rep = 1 stroke with either hand?

And does this apply to both v and wet jelq?
For wet jelqs, 1 rep = 2 strokes
For V-jelqs, 1 rep = 3 strokes (1 up, 1 up and right, 1 up and left)
You shoudl always alternate hands in order to avoid uneven jelqing...

270+300 = 570 total strokes

3-5 seconds each... so lets say 4 average

2280 seconds = 38 minutes + 9 minutes warm up 6 minute warm down = 53 total minutes, and thats not counting if you get a hard on and need to wack off or let it cool down...

Considering I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, 90 minutes each day, thats pretty much 150 minutes per day on physical maintenance ore 2 hours 30 minutes... 10.4% of your day... then add all the kegeling throughout the day...

Pretty aggressive routine I must say.

Question,I've done the tug test and at 12:00 i feel strong tug also at 9:00,but at 6:00 i only feel a little bit of tug from that direction i just see at the top base portion move in and out alot and so my penis instead of pulling back from 6:00 direction it move forward and backwards,but it still tugs alittle from 6:00 but very little.Does that mean my lot is 6:00?

Also i have many questions about beginner stuff and also would like to post my current beginner routine to see if it sounds good.Um but i am really considering changing to this routine.I am currently doing 2 days on and 1 day off because i thought needed more time to heal or so i heard,but am second guessing that now.so if i'm supposed to start my own thread to ask a lot of questions just tell me if i'm getting on your nerves.

Ok, so I started doing this routine a month ago. I've definitely had some flaccid increases in both girth and length and maybe even a little girth when I'm hard. I'm on a 2 on, 1 off schedule right now and I haven't missed a day yet. I take a long, hot shower every night before I stretch and I think I've read that can replace using a rice sock, washcloth, etc. My first question is on Kegeling. Before you refer me to another thread keep in mind that I also read other threads on Jelqing & V-Jelqing and was confused. I'd appreciate if you can explain how to isolate the two Kegels (Near the anus, near the penis) and which one is correlated to longer lasting sex & more pleasureable orgasms.

2nd question is on Edging. It seems every thread I've read on it has a different routine on how to Edge. For example, some say only manipulate part of the penis, other say simply to masturbate until you feel a nut coming then stop. I guess my question is, how do YOU Edge? How many times do you reset before nutting and should this be done before or after the warming down process?

This thread is being flooded with questions! It's good to see so many people have started PE. I also have a question :3 v-jelqs work my dick a little bit too much and i often have to stop my routine because i feel i'm about to over train. I was wondering if i could substitute the v-jelqs for more jelqs and or stretches?

Yes Nelson, your LOT is 6:00, but disregard this from now and simply apply the routine. LOT are considered to be useful for hanging...
For the rest, create a thread in the beginner section and ask what you want... It might be a good idea to use the search tool to see whether some of them have already been asked and answered...

The best way to isolate the 2 kegels (though it's not that important when you start kegeling) is to do it erect: when you manage to make your penis move up, it's the front one, when you tighten your anus, it's the back one). Try to repeat this until you can learn how to "front/back kegel" but keep in mind that it'll take you a lot of time. There's no explanation besides experience and I can't help you for this...
If I were you, I'd start with start/stop edging: you masturbate in a slow motion until you fell the urge to cum then you stop, wait until the urge is gone, and then you start again. The idea is to be on the verge of cumming as many times (3-4 times or more) as possible considering that a good edging session lasts 20 min or more. You can do it before or after watming down or as a warm down...

would it be helpful to do Traction Wrapping after workouts? and if so how long would i do it for?
JP's routine is quite intense and, at the beginning, I wouldn't add any exercise to it besides edging and kegeling...

In your case, what I'd do is to substitute the v-jelqs for the same amount of wet jelqs and that should do it quite well!

Okay thanks NG, i have a question about the i'm confused with the v-jelg .In JP's program he said to rest your penis on the v of your middle and first finger so that the bottom of your shaft rests in the v and so your 1st and middle finger are on both sides of your penis.Is that correct?Also he said wit your fingers curled toward your stomach.Well I tried that i think i must of read it wrong because it was difficult ,well i couldn't.Did he mean wit my palm up and fingers curled out from belly?

Hi, I'm new in here, I have questions, when you say do it 5 days do you mean 5 days straight? When I jelq I become erected easily, do I get used to this feeling?

Welcome jesse. 5 straight days could be quite heavy-going at first. A lot of guys like {3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off} - still gets the 5 per week in. At first though it may suit to roll with a 2 on 1 off for a few weeks till you get used to the workload. If that still seems a bit heavy in your first couple of weeks you could either do slightly less % of the workout, or do 1 on 1 off for a few days to ease in. As you come to understand your PI's https://www.pegym.com/articles/physiologic-indicators-pis-to-help-penis-growth you'll find what suits you best.

On getting erect very easily- yes your dong will soon "learn" not to get so hard during exercise and you'll be able to maintain a steady ideal level. Just remember if you are too hard to let the erection subside a bit for jelqing.

No, they aren't necessary. They help with bloodflow and with better erections and healing etc. You don't need them to gain.

Maybe this question isn't really related to this thread but since I'm doing this routine I guess I'll post it here

My question is: what do the most experienced people say about ejaculation while doing PE? Does it affect gains or not? I read the article on here but I wanted to get more feedback from other people though
