Question,I've done the tug test and at 12:00 i feel strong tug also at 9:00,but at 6:00 i only feel a little bit of tug from that direction i just see at the top base portion move in and out alot and so my penis instead of pulling back from 6:00 direction it move forward and backwards,but it still tugs alittle from 6:00 but very little.Does that mean my lot is 6:00?

The best way to isolate the 2 kegels (though it's not that important when you start kegeling) is to do it erect: when you manage to make your penis move up, it's the front one, when you tighten your anus, it's the back one). Try to repeat this until you can learn how to "front/back kegel" but keep in mind that it'll take you a lot of time. There's no explanation besides experience and I can't help you for this...
If I were you, I'd start with start/stop edging: you masturbate in a slow motion until you fell the urge to cum then you stop, wait until the urge is gone, and then you start again. The idea is to be on the verge of cumming as many times (3-4 times or more) as possible considering that a good edging session lasts 20 min or more. You can do it before or after watming down or as a warm down...
would it be helpful to do Traction Wrapping after workouts? and if so how long would i do it for?
