So although I figured out how to make the extender nooses comfortable towards the head of my penis, I'm having major issues with the base.. it's too small for my flaccid penis (my base girth even flaccid is well beyond 5.5") & is painful when I wear it .. it ended up doing some skin deep damage to the point where my scrotum connects to the shaft & I've lost a week of PE waiting for it to heal.

While I'm not a big fan of vaseline, I"ve been using it to help the skin quickly heal on my scrotum & I'll be trying to figure out what to do about this. I complained to Quick Extender Pro & they said they don't have a bigger base, and offered to refund the device.. When I pressed them for suggestions, they said I could try a base from another device, but I have no idea what's compatible. I could also try & hollow out the base to make it bigger, but would hate to break it... I'll be thinking about this.. I'm open to ideas too...

So I missed most of my week, unable to do PE.. My quick extender injury (damaged scrotum skin at the base of my penis) is still visible, but feeling Ok so I did a routine..

-I was shocked to get to 7.9" BPEL inside the Bathmate today... Now if I can just do that outside the tube...
-I did 1 hour vac ADS, which was painless

I'll allow things to completely heal before I go back to quick extender pro.

Playing with the Quick Extender Pro just now.. I don't know how in the world I didn't notice this before, but even flaccid, there's about 1.5" to 2" of shaft that's too thick to fit into the extender. It can't leverage my pelvic bone.. the base is neither wide enough or tall enough.

I probably need a 6.5" base to be comfortable, but it doesn't exist.. I could attempt to modify the existing base or make a new one.. I'll keep thinking about it.

I noticed the little angles on the bottom tend to poke, so I spent a lot of time sanding it.. **fingers crossed** this won't blow up on me.

I turned my quick extender pro into a u-shaped base, now my flaccid shaft can actually fit inside...

I noticed the little angles on the bottom tend to poke, so I spent a lot of time sanding it.. **fingers crossed** this won't blow up on me.
I've seen extenders with a design similar to what you are doing.

It will probably b more comfortable, let us know

its way more comfortable but slides off, so i'm using a capn's wench for now to keep things attached; I'm still trying to figure out a better way

So the U-shape is still so tight after wearing it a while it sticks to my penis pretty well and is actually tough to take off.. My penis goes a bit numb around the head within an hour each time I think because it’s cutting off circulation at the shaft, and at both nooses… i.e. Even my adapted device is still way too tight on my shaft.

I need a base actually designed for a penis my size, but I’m not a DIY person, I would rather just buy something.. although this is a situation where I’m not sure I have a choice. If someone can suggest something I could buy & attach the quick extender to, I am open to ideas.

The irony (can i call it that?) is that doing this is probably making my base girth even bigger, but it’s already a size that may be a bit too much for some women (it's already 6.5" BSEG along the base 2" inch of shaft)… The way things are going, by the time I hit my length goals I may no longer even need girth in the mid shaft too (I'm currently 5.5" MSEG)… i really wouldn’t want 7" base shaft girth (isn’t that way too much?) but I also won’t stop doing PE until I hit at least 8" length..

I’ve gone back to vac ADS.. I’ve stopped jelquing due to time/ convenience, but may go back.. I’m consisently get 7.75" in my bathmate & think with a little effort I should be able to get that outside the tube too (seems logical to me) & perhaps jelqs can help.

I’m still around 7.3" BPEL.. no revelations lately except a shocking amount of girth at my base that I didn’t realize I had gained.. Quick Extender is no good for me / it’s going to be a big project to build a base that actually fits me (my flaccid girth is probably over 6" BEG given how extremely tight the base of the 5.5" extender fits onto it.. and this is even with me cutting a U-shape into the bottom so I can get myself into the device). Given it makes the penis head numb, it’s a no-go for now.

I’m up to 2 hours vac ADS.. for now I gave in & bought a lot of new parts for my stealthformen vac hanger attachment (but I haven’t been hanging).

I’ve now lost 22lbs in 7 weeks, been average 3lbs per week with Ketosis, intermittent fasting, cardio & lifting.. I was up to 265lbs a couple years ago; it’s been a long journey of ups & downs.

I’m thrilled to be at 185lbs now — I can see the veins again standing out from hands up through forearms, biceps & shoulders (extremely good vascularity now). 2 days ago I was walking out of a restaurant with friends and an extremely attractive blond woman was just staring at me as I walked out — that didn’t happen to me when I was fat.

I estimate bodyfat is 11% @ 185lbs, and am targting bodyfat 8% @ 179lbs which I expect to reach by middle of next month. I’ll go get a Dexa scan to verify.

Then, I can finally add weight loss as "done" on my todo list.

Today I measured BPFSL for the first time in 4 months and I went from 7.2" to 7.75"..

Maybe it's time to do jelqs again because although I get the full 7.75" inch in the bathmate, I can't do it outside the bathmate. I'm open to advice on converting BPFSL gains to BPEL gains..

Was still just barely short of 8" BPEL while in the bathmate today. Maybe I've finally gained BPEL, we will see (7.3" BPEL is still my best outside bathmate).

I'm up to 2.5 hours on my ADS, but not consistently doing it. My biggest issue? When I cut slits in my tape to PE it makes my ADS fall apart (when I pee through it), so really, my limitation is how long I can go without taking a piss (because I don't want to re-tape / tear-down & re-tape my stealthformen settups.

I drink a lot of water during work, and have to pee and refill a lot, it takes a lil more time at work, [and its worth it , keeping me busy as well

When hanging after work I stop drinking. I do compression first, then vac hanger. Even with vac hanger after an hour (I do bundled stretched 1/2 hr right side, then left) ill go down to five lbs or take it off

Good to see youre hanging in there and the update

Thanks PEispossible -- I'm hanging in there, and definitely getting some gains.

Gains:
I've grown my BPFSL 1" in the last 11 months, from 6.5" to 7.75" - I just haven't converted enough of it to BPEL. (my BPFSL was historically less than BPEL). My BPEL is now 0.45" less than BPFSL (7.3").

Thought:
Most of my PE career, my BPFSL was always less than my BPEL (I stopped doing jelqs about 10 months ago; I wonder if it's hindered BPEL gains). If I can gain another 0.75" BPFSL in the next year, I can probably reach 8" BPEL by end of 2025. We will see..

I had massive weight gain and over the last few years lost nearly 100lbs now, and I find measuring from the top of my shaft can be misleading (due to fat gain/ fat loss, etc), so I've been also measuring from the side of my shaft since my return to PE (purely for BPEL growth / progress tracking).

I measured 7.625" BPEL from the top yesterday & today (I was making sure it wasn't a fluke yesterday, like a ruler bending or me being at a weird angle - I'm also at 7.875" from the side, about 1/4 inch more than from the top, which I've been measuring consistently at). It's interesting how a lot of people say for them with PE, they make a lot of "little jumps", well for the last 6 months I wasn't measuring over 7.3" BPEL (and I wouldn't at all call this a little jump). I notice sometimes my gains kick in on rest days -- I had a minor blister from (probably?) vac ADS (not sure though) and haven't PE'd for a couple days.

It's surreal really for me, during my first run at PE I was hanging a lot, using a lot of weight (far too much in hindsight), using a compression hanger, doing lots of sets & that was painful (in terms of being tedious / time consuming, and I had several minor injuries too).

With my return to PE, my gains have been mostly from vac ADS, and not really that much force either... I was using the total man ADS (for tension) but switched to StealthForMen a few months ago (they have an ADS that's nice, but somewhat expensive, around $50 just for the device) and their vac hanger is expensive too ($370). Until about 2 days ago I never experiend an injury with it (the injury also may be because I might have accidentally gone 3 hours, but i'm only conditioned for about 2.5 hours, and I noticed being in the device a long time can soften tissues). I started with just 30 minutes and worked very slowly up to 2.5 hours over the last 11 months (5 months ago I was still only wearing the device 1.5 hours).. building up very slowly probably helped prevent injury.

Anyway, just thrilled -- I'm most of the way to 8" now (I started at 6" BPEL), so I've gained 1.625".

I've been really consistent with PE (over the last 11 months); I may have rest days here & there, & I'm not always on a perfect cadence; most of the time I was 2 days on, 1 day off, but lately I might go 3 or 4 days on & end up with 2 days off.. so I'm consistent mostly in the sense that I haven't stopped, I've kept going, and I've taken time off at the first slightest sign of injury. I'm happy I can finally join the 1.5" length gain club (I think most PE'ers never get to 1.5" gains, and far fewer get to 2" and beyond).

Visually, my penis looks way, way bigger than it did when I started; the difference between 6" and 7.625" is pretty striking.

Have Stealth vac hanger as well. Have had three injuries, all blisters, from more than likely too many lbs, and or time, from Stealth hanger. Have gone to 16 lbs. Owner recommends no more than eight lbs for an hour. Have done two hours at a time

Three times equaled over three months off

How much weight are you using on vac hanging?

On the stealth ads do you attach it to your leg, with the setup similar to vac hanging?

Glad to read you've gained. Using bac hanger bundled stretches after two compression bundled sets at 13 lbs, then back hanger set 10 lbs for an hour then reduce to five lbs. After that take off at least ten , fifteen minutes then repeat

I use no weight with my vac device, just the ADS. I've been focused on using minimal force, over a lot of time (now 2.5 hours per day).

I was using the cheap total man ADS device, but switched to StealthForMen 4 months ago. Switching to the StealthForMen version may have helped the gains (it allowed me to use more tension (it's a higher quality device)

I use the metal slider on the strap to increase the tension -- it's possible I'm actually getting 8-10lbs or even more, but I have no idea, I just make sure it feels like there's some pull and that I'm getting at least some penile tissue fatigue & that's about it.. I've not done progressive loading or anything like that, I just make sure it's pulling... I definitely use more tension that I did when I started a year ago (because eventually, the tension from the total man ADS became too weak & I wanted to at least feel like it was pulling), but it hasn't been the only focus. I've also slowly increased the time from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours.

Added this to someone else's post, but thought it was worth putting in my thread. I've missed a week of PE due to a blister (caused possibly by vac ADS with an accidental 3 hour session, or because I went several days in a row without a break).

Summary of my PE journey so far.
start: 6" BPEL 4.88" MSEG / 4.88" BEG
now: 7.625" BPEL / 5.5" MSEG / 6.5" BEG
goal: 8" BPEL / 6" MSEG

-First 3 years - beginer routine #1 (thunders) gained 0.3" length & then compression hanging for 0.45", with total gains of 0.75" BPEL, got to 5.25" MSEG (approx) & always did my jelqs. Got up to 6 sets hanging (1.5 hours max), maybe 16 lbs max. Finshed & stayed 6.75" BPEL and 5.25" MSEG.
-**** 10 year+ DECON break. ****
-Restarted PE Dec 2023, beginer routine #2 (thunders) gained 0.25" length, and then 10 minute water pumping + vac ADS, & gained another 0.625" as of Dec 2024 (1 year). Slowly worked up to 2.5 hours ADS, and my pumping is still just 10 minute sessions. I stopped jelqs after the first 4 or 5 months due to time constraints.
-My philosophy since my return to PE has been minimum force and minimum time invested for maximum gains to make PE sustainable.
-My 2nd time around with PE has netted me 0.875" in gains in the last year -- Iv'e gained more with less time & effort than my first attempt at PE.
-I expect I'll reach & exceed 8" within the next year, even if my gains slow a lot..

Observation 1 - less force over more time is yielding me more gains than hanging with a lot of weight ever did. 2.5 hours ADS time each session is significant, but I only pump for 10 minutes and I'm shocked it's helped as much as it has with girth, although I think I believe my ADS work has also contributed a little to girth..
Observation 2 - puming is a crucial part of PE for me; it's grown my current flaccid size where it exceeds my original BPEL / MSEG size, etc on all measures.

yes, I use my stealth for men vac ADS walking around the house.... I've even used it while walking on my treadmill at home, or when I've gone to get takeout / fast-food. I've worn my ADS in stituations where I am either at home, or going to a drive-through window.

Here's what I use:
1-glans: glans cap, with waterproof tape + self-adhesive gauze wrap
2-shaft: sabreskin (I prefer the medical grade version; only comes in 30, but looks physically the same size as the 32)-- it's far more "sticky" and seems to slip less/ feel better.
3-outer silicon ring + clear hard plastic vacum cap + screw cap (that I attach ADS to): the outer silicon ring is what breaks' the most
4-stealthformen ADS system: has a hook that connects with the screw cap + buckle slider with elastic cloth bands + velcro wrap (I've always attached the velcro wrap to the left or right ankle)

And with the ADS, I make sure it's getting some traction, and that's about it.. If I make it too tight, it falls apart (my rubber bits are pretty worn out, so lately I've had no choice but to reduce force); only fresh parts allow solid traction for me (I've had an order I made 2.5 months ago that never arrived, so they sent a new order a few weeks ago). I've found the stealthformen ADS can give pretty decent traction if I make it really tight...
