After some consultation, I am going to spend some time cementing or going a bit past my new BPEL.

There is no hurry & the measurement was right 'on the nose' anyway - I would like to put a little extra on so as to not be busting a nut to recreate the measurement.

I may even get the old sock hanger out, mighty apply a new sock while I am at it!

I am wearing a 24hr BP cuff at the moment, when it kicks in the pressure it creates made me think of my squeezes & whether they create the same intensity - I may crank things up a notch. The cuff is not working properly IMO & I am going to take it off soon.

Bought a Cock ring yesterday in order to do some Cledging. It covers the Frank & the Beans so to speak and strangely made me feel like a guy from the 1970's when I had it on. Got good expansion from it & will make it part of my routine as I start to go after my Girth target.

I am getting a lot from PE at the moment.

I have found a new off the shelf Tea. It brings together many of the ingredients that other members have already identified as being good for PE.

It's called Men's Tea - YogiTea

It contains; Ginger, cardamom, liquorice, carob, cinnamon, barley malt, roasted chicory, peppermint, fenugreek, fennel, mace, anise, ginseng extract, astragalus, turmeric root, chili pepper & black pepper.

Only been using it 2 days ~ already a big fan - it is pretty strong stuff!

Stretches today ~ good work out. Tunica focussed.

I look forward to hearing about your progress with hanging ;)

Also, I saw women's tea on the site, but I didn't see men's tea...

Yes, sorry about that - I only realized that the Men's Tea wasn't on their website after I had put it in.

It might be a recent addition to their range. I really like it, gets the blood pumping. Could be used before sex also I think.

One more question: what store was selling it? (I may want to try it... )

A local organic type heath food store, or a bigger chain? I've got some health food stores here locally I could try... if you think they might carry it.. like "whole foods" or something like that.

It was more of a small organic type health food & supplement store.

It is an Ayurvedic Herbal Formula - so probably one of those shops that sells hippie paraphernalia will probably stock it too.

I'd like to see what you think of it.

I have never used PE supplements, but since I'm a not exactly young anymore I am interested in seeing how much it might help. I do use a lot of body building supplements when I'm working out & I know those effect PE (L-arginine among many other things... nitrox, vitrix, whey protein, cell mass, whatever, yes I'm old-school & probably out of date with my supplements but they work for me, so whatever ;)

Actually, I drink lots of low carb monster energy drinks.. I know I need to stop; the caffeine is probably interfering with my gains.

I am thinking of trying to switch to Tea & get addicted to that instead.

The Tea is totally organic & strangely satisfying to drink because it is quite spicy.

I guess it depends on a guy's circulation, I find these drinks useful as my circulation has been bad for many years.

Having said that PE is really starting to pay dividends on that front.

I noticed Big Girta was using one of those nitric oxide body building supplements NOX or something (from that text you sent me). I wonder if he recommended it for PE?

A bodybuilder once told me that Nitrix does for vascularity and blood flow to the muscle tissue sort of how creatine helps hydrate muscle tissue. Maybe it was a gross oversimplification but, I noticed my veins stuck out more when I took Nitrix. Interestingly, it has L-Arginine & probably other ingredients they recommend for PE. I don't know if this is similar to NOX.

Nitrix Ingredients:
L-Arginine Alpha Keto-Glutarate (AAKG) 3000mg
CRTS™ 1897mg (Controlled Release Technology & Support System)
Methocel (Micro-Polymer Hydrophilic Ether Matrix)
Phosphoplexx (Calcium Phosphate, Di-Potassium Phosphate, & Sodium Phosphate)
2CM (Dicreatine Malate)
L-Citrulline
NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)
Folic Acid (Folate)
Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate

I guess I better stop Hijacking your thread now!

Ah, Ok it's made by the same people who make Syntha 6 protein shakes, I am going to try it.

L-Citrulline can be found naturally in WaterMellon FYI!

Rest day today.

Looking back over the last year - I am kidding myself that I have taken enough rest days. Could be why my gains have come quite slow.

From now on 2 on 1 off.

It's not a bad idea Sidewinder, I struggle to take enough days off - I guess I am addicted to PE.

I might take a week off. I don't feel over trained.

I kind of had a 2 week period where I only used my Bathmate & I felt like I lost gains.

Food for thought.....thanks!

Sort of danner, except that whenever I put the cock ring on - I end up cledging but always ejaculating at the end. Is this Ok when cledging?

I think that when it is new to someone, a cockring is very stimulating.

I get very good expansion from it however.

When I was Cledging I didn't ejaculate until my 4th session was done. My thoery is that the less you ejaculate the better the expansion while doing Cledging. I stop because I'm not condtioned enough see my log thread #123 I believe. I will resume on my 6 month mark. Till then I'm just doing regular Edging good luck on more gains.

Yes the expansion is awsome .

I'd missed that on your log. It's always something you can come back to.

I think you are right with your theory, I am going to persist with it as I feel I have the conditioning for it.

How many times per week is recommended danner?

Well I was on 2 days on 1 day off routine. So I would rub one out at the end of the week . I was getting mix up 2 days can come and go real fast. Now I put the days of week in my log to keep track.

I will say 1 time to ejacualte for a 2 days on 1 day off routine. Thats what I do. GOOD LUCK!

I have had raised blood pressure recently - probably due to stress.

I have bought my own BP monitor, I don't really want to do the 24hr BP thing again - I hated it.

I have only recently realized that some of the things (Ginseng, Ginger & Liquorice) are known to raise blood pressure.

I will stop taking the Ginseng or switch to American Ginseng. For now I will stop having the Teas with Ginger & Liquorice in them. Regrettably, I will switch to the Blueberry & Blackcurrant based Teas only. I'll monitor the effects.

Do you think green tea will raise your BP? It doesn't mine--of course I am on a BP med, but still. Yes, if you are susceptible to high blood pressure, you really need to be careful about taking some of these "natural" herbs etc.

Stress will do it, for sure! However, some people can be under enormous stress and not spike high blood pressure. It's genetic.
