Been Clamping now for about 1 month - got my Cable-Clamp from Bridge Marine (a boat supplies company based in the UK)
I am being very cautious & not going beyond about 5 minutes per set. I do 3 sets, every other day or sometimes every third day. I was alternating with a behind-the-balls tie, but will now only use the Cable-Clamp. I make sure to kegel during the clamp & afterwards I like to have some raw ginger with lemon & honey (drink) I might add in some cayenne, I do this to stimulate blood flow afterwards.
I use a rice sock to warm up.
I can feel Clamping working & I plan to do it steadily & get as much girth as I deserve. Along with my Tunica stretching (which I do in the shower with baby powder), light Jelqing for a few minutes each day & Keggels - this is pretty much all I do.
I like to wait until I KNOW that when I measure I will see gains - so I plan to measure at Christmas. If I get to 6EG I think I will just carry on because I feel that I am clamping as safely as possible & why not. :becky:
