vulcan, i like your spirit. I'm the same with any medication i take.

if im not mistaken, ace inhibitors are one of the few hbp drugs that actually cause a decrease in mortality according to randomized controlled trials, just thought you'd be happy to know that they have good "side effects" lol . I wish you the best.

Thanks steve,

So far I do feel Ok on it. Yes, I think the data to support ACE's is good.

The incidence of ED is about 1% but I am also concerned with even fractional loses of EQ. I think doing PE would make anyone a lot less likely to just accept a tiny loss of EQ.

nice.
blueberries are awesome.Making a juice and addin just a little stevia=win.
Unfortunately they are expensive.
I also have ginger root but i've never tried it.If i did i think i woul vommit.I use minced ginger

Thanks Sidewinder - I had never heard of stevia, though I will definitely try it as it is meant to have a positive effect on BP & negligible effect on blood sugar.

Plus it's natural.

Hey Vulcan--My wife bought some Ryvita yesterday. I mentioned it to her--& I finally tried it. It's great the way my wife prepares it (with some tuna & some other ingredients on it).

I mentioned it to her a few weeks ago when we talked about it...

It's a good substitute for bread, if someone is trying to avoid wheat. I feel much better when not eating wheat.

They do several different variations, things like Pumpkin seeds etc. I am glad you like them Blink.

By the way, good luck with your health. I don't really understand ace inhibitors or the other things you've mentioned but hopefully you'll figure out a way to get into better health... :D

Feeling much better on the 2 on/1 off routine, it's obvious to me now that I was not getting enough rest.

I do one girth day, one length day & then rest for 1 day.

I am also doing about 2 x 30min Edging sessions, incorporating a lot of erect kegels & reverse kegels (I feel this must develop the glans).

Feel like I am gaining girth, will perhaps measure soon. Really not doing that high a volume of PE, but I think this works for me.

From today, I will be switching to Cussons Baby Powder. I have always used Johnson's.

Cussons feels more grippy to me & I believe this helps with my bundled stretches.

Everything going ok with the routine Vulcan? Worried because I had to go to page 7 in the progress forum to find your log, I know you've been actively posting though so I hope all is well...

Thanks Aidan - I did not get the job that I went for yesterday - so I am indulging in some self pity - probably for about 48 hours before I get back into it.

My problem is that this period of unemployment is new to me & it is affecting me.

The positivity I feel from PE is one of the few things keeping me buoyant at the moment!

Sorry to hear that Vulcan, I didn't mean to pry. It's good that you have that positive aspect, and when it's applied to PE it should result in good gains.
I can't exactly relate completely to the unemployment because I've just recently left college, but applying for mcdonald's today was a new level.
Keep positive when you get back into it. Oh and I remember you saying you played rugby union, I'm a league man myself but it's nice that there's someone who actually knows what the sport is!

There are usually at least 2 fits bits of skirt working in any given mcdonalds in the UK in my experience - so you might get to flip more than just burgers Aidan.

Do you play league currently?

Haha have you settled on an avatar yet Vulcan?
That's a fair point about mcdonald's actually, and I know it's true about the one I applied to, cheered me up a bit there cheers! Plus it's a job I could realistically keep when it comes to going to uni. Haha I like how you have a base line average for 'bits of skirt' working in mcdonalds. Statistics that matter!
No I haven't played competitively for a few years, I miss it sometimes but I basically knew I wouldn't be good enough when it came to open age. I'd like to get in better shape like I was though, need to start doing something about that. No excuses with my 'gap year' really. How long did you keep playing for?

I played till I was about 28 Aidan - sorry for the 1 week delay! I might stick with this current Avatar (spok smoking splif) - I am a very changeable person.

NO MORE EDGING TO PORN FOR VULCAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I knew it was a recipe for disaster, but got into the habit of doing it & stuck my head in the sand.

To cut a long story short, had sex today & it basically just did not seem that exciting. The girl in question had large breasts (I am not a complicated man) & yet I was at best 7.5EQ, that rush of excitement just did not come.

I am just going to avoid all pornography, I am going to equate it to bad EQ - I know it doesn't have this effect on everyone, but it certainly does for me.
The lesson has been learned.

No worries Vulcan, congrats on getting some. Sorry about the EQ I think the porn detox will be good for you, onwards and upwards! Pun intended. Have you been getting any PE in?

Oh yeah, always get my PE done.

I think I might start doing a bit more though, sessions have been short recently.

Ahh good man, what's your routine looking like these days? I think you mentioned in Eric's log that you'd brought more jelqing back?

I am going to start clamping.

I will work into it very gradually & will not do anything too extreme as I am prepared for it to take a while, but I want to hit my girth goal (6"EG) & have not gained any girth for a long time.

Seems to be the holy grail of girth so I think you'll get there in no time! Good luck.

Cable clamps? Hose? You decided?

I want one of the classic cable clamps, I think they have a different name over here - from memory.

I need to read up, especially on how hard to clamp down. I am off to find the articles....

Good stuff Vulcan i'll be very interested to see how it goes, clampings something i might get into myself sometime. The other day a member was talking about clamping and i realised its not been discussed much recently- i remember half a year or so back clamping was the talk of the forums. Once you pack on that .5 to get upto 6G mate you're gonna have one serious member!

I was just thinking that also Eric (about the lack of clamping talk).

0.5" should be doable, I'd even settle for half way - 5.75"

I feel like I might have gained a little from the uli's I have been doing recently, so have big hopes for clamping.
