Thanks Going4,

I will need to check on all of the herbs. There are some good lists & tables of some of the culprits on-line.

I don't feel like Green Tea does - if anything it feels like it calms me. I have been taking Tribulus also - which I do not think is good for it.

I think I will cut right down on all the herbs. I lost my job a few months ago - that has to be the biggest factor. But I think some of these herbs cannot be underestimated if someone has higher BP.

So far from what I am reading - Tribulus should not be a concern as it would seem one of it's benefits is helping high BP.

Green Tea would possibly cause a problem via caffeine, but I am a coffee drinker & I don't think it would affect me as much. I might try & cut down on coffee.

Green tea does not make me jittery the way coffee does. I agree that it has a kind of calming effect and it definitely improves my blood flow. We need Kingpole here to confirm our experience. He is THE expert on green tea.

Vulcan, I'm also a huge fan of green tea now. After reading your log I tried it with a little honey & wow! Spontaneous erection that night & morning wood the following day. All I can say is... I shouldn't have doubted the power of supplements! I've also been trying a fresh roasted cocoa brew, it seems to be helping too (it gives me more energy than drinking a few low carb monsters).

One more thing, if the laser hair comb thing actually works for you, I want to know... I have been tempted to try it.

Going 4
- I was just reading a post of Kingpole's (on frb's log) where he lists penis benefiting pills that lower bp & green tea was one of them.

It is a relief to me & now I want to make green tea my drink of choice instead of coffee. I might also try passion flower after reading that post.

Blink - I like what you are doing with the cocoa.

I was thinking of using the laser comb tonight, but in recent weeks/months I have not been using it. Which is ridiculous seeing as it wasn't cheap & only requires 20 mins every other day. So I personally cannot report much results, but I do believe it can work - because it is one of only 3 (i think) things with FDA approval for hair loss. Going to use it now before I forget!

Blood pressure is on my mind & I have just found this;

""Products rich in cocoa may be considered part of a blood pressure lowering diet, provided that the total energy intake does not increase," lead investigator for the study, Dirk Taubert, MD, PhD, from the University Hospital of Cologne in Cologne, Germany, told heartwire. "I believe that cocoa is healthier than other sugar confectionary or high-fat dairy products

So at least I don't have to stop taking this.

Vulcan how would i know if i had high blood pressure? I'd consider myself quite a highly-strung character, and sometimes wonder if i may have high bp.

Your GP or Practice Nurse can check it for you Eric. Don't go to my Practice Nurse however - she is attractive & has huge breasts & I am sure that this gives me a blood pressure spike. I am like Sid James, I can barely contain myself.

I have re-introduced bundled stretches to my routine & I believe they are just what I needed.

I have been doing one slight variation where all I do is grasp/roll the wrist fully to create the bundle/pull directly up (penis divides fat pad & thumb ends up pointing down)
- I would like to know if anyone else is doing this?

It creates a very intense pull, but is quite heavy on the dorsal vein area - so I am proceeding with caution. However it feels really good.

Bundled stretches scare me. I'm actually pretty weak on my manual work. I worry I might regret it one day if I'm stuck on a vacation & I can't hang / whatever...

Have you gained pretty steadily with manual work, or has it slowed down?

Oh ... just around ...
Bundled stretches scare me.

Same here ... don't know about twisting my cock like that ... one could say "well you slap it in a tube and pump on it! Why not twist it?" LOL! True, but that's 'different' ...

It would be worth it for the vacation definitely. I notice a big difference in intensity between standard stretches & bundles.

My gains have never really been fast, but very gradual. I am excited about these bundles, and I want to know if my wrist roll is unique or whether it has already been used?

I hear you GTO - we have all crossed the line that most 'normal' people would consider normal, if you know what I mean.

Bundles feel fine to me & if you read millia's article on them - they stretch ligs & tunica. I am going to make them my main length exercise for sure.

Cheers V man, its something i've wondered about. Was at the docs last year with anxiety and sh*t, and he ran tests for diabetes and checked my thyroids and stuff, so i suppose he'd probably have noticed then. Haha mate sounds like that busty nurse is sending your blood pressure into orbit! I'd ask for one of the old dears next time, to get an accurate reading!

It's funny Eric, I spent my whole life exercising for sport & then for image. Now at the age of 36, my whole focus has turned to health.

It's good though, it focuses the will.

Just been watching The Spy who Loved me, it has Barbara Bach in it - my favorite Bond Girl.

How Ringo Starr (the multi-millionaire 4th member of the Beatles) ever pulled her, I will never know.

Think I have lost a bit of fat pad, always welcome.

More & more, I am inclined to slim down muscle-wise. I have always been a heavily built guy & always done weights. Now I just want to be lean & feel full of energy.

Rest day today, I feel good about PE at the moment. I know more gains will come, just have to keep doing everything I am now.

Hey vulcan i have twinlab amino fuel.I don't like to use it for the gym.3 table spoons have just over 1g of L-arginine and 900mg of l-lysine+other amino acids. It also has sodium, vitamin b6,12,biotin etc.I was thinkin of having 1.5 table spoon during my PE workout(just after i finish jelqing) that way it would last long. What are your thoughts on this??

I'm pretty bulky & I'm trying to slim down too. My wife likes the muscle mass; I just need to turn my keg into a 6 pack. I've got a brother who went the opposite direction. He's always stayed super-lean. Long term, he will probably be healthier than me (bulking up requires some unhealthy hard work--pounding protein etc). I'm currently still doing P90x.. were you one of the other guys doing that? (Or are you on your own program / or another program?)

I find I get too bored doing my own thing. The P90x videos have been a nice change from doing the same thing at the gym for the last 10 years... (I finished college over a decade ago & did the same thing at the gym for ages... & got quite bored with it).

I say go for it Sidewinder, I always liked Twinlab as a company - I used to use their ripped fuel years ago. Always trusted them. I was reading something the other day about how good Arginine is for vascular health - putting all PE benefits aside. Do you notice good flaccid hang afterwards from the Arginine?

I think we all build up little rituals within our PE routines, like I am convinced that I recover better when I have raspberries & walnuts after PE. Once something becomes part of your PE ritual, it's very hard to turn your back on it.

Hi Blink, The last few years I have avoided working out in gyms, I train outside whenever possible now. I find places to do pull ups/rows, dips/press ups, plyometrics & find that working out outdoors really improves my mood.

Recently I have started walking a lot & I like my bike. I also play tennis.

It all depends almost 85% on my diet, which at the moment is good & I am losing weight.

At the moment I am prepared to loose some muscle as I slim down, I want to get to 189lbs - I did it a few years ago & felt fantastic.

I have looked at P90x it looks like it would be effective. I want to buy a TRX suspension band, it looks cool.
