I think P90x is working for me because it's completely different. I couldn't do the workouts at all hardly during the first month. Now I run out of steam by the halfway point if not sooner. I figure I may need 2x cycles in a row (a total of 6 months) to really adapt to it. & At that point I might try "insanity".

You know what though, working out, outdoors is really a great idea. A gym is stuffy & it gets boring... I think being outside is so much healthier too. I probably need to do it more (like what you're doing).

It sounds like you're going for the full-body improvement, not just PE. I hope to do that also...

Yeah, I had those high blood pressure readings recently. So I just want to get my body weight down a bit, & I don't feel the need to have big muscles anymore.

Even if I slim right down, I will never look skinny. Thing is it gets harder in your 30's. An effort has to be made however.

6 mins warm up
Isolated Compression squeezes 4 sets 30seconds gripping at glans 1st & keggeling in only a little blood as per Radiohead's post a few days back - better
Trapped squeezes - 4 sets ~ 2or3 second squeezes up & down - again with less erect penis around 70%
Cledged for less than 10minutes, followed by one more set of squeezes
DLD Bends @ 60% erect so dick not really rigid at all, best % for these
head squeeze out blood 7 keggel it back in x 5

have also been experimenting with using the Bathmate after edging to completion, to be continued.....

Biggest change has been Bundled stretches, I am moving back to conventional method as the 'Wrist roll' version that I had been using - seems to put a lot of pressure on the dorsal area. I read something by the Dr in the interview with Remek, that this is to be avoided in his opinion. Regular Bundles don't seem as harsh.

Feel like I am gaining girth currently - I will not measure until it is blindingly obvious. It's just the way I prefer to do it.

Yesterday when Edging, I measured 8.125"

I have been doing bundled stretches & my wrist roll version recently, but with fairly reserved force.

I am a bit puzzled as my main focus has been Girth for the last month, but I'll take it!

I'm guessing you're doing some length cementing / maintenance? Perhaps that maintenance is what gave you the added length?

Also, where did you get your girth routine, is it from the DLD videos?

Yeah, I first got into PE via the MOS DVD's after I saw a brief interview with DLD.

That DVD is available on this site too if you go to the homepage I think. Personally I found them useful at the beginning to gauge the level of strength he was using in the exercises. I still do DLD bends & compression squeezes.

I recently also took Radiohead's advice on reducing erection level with squeezes (to about 70%), whereas I had been doing them close to 100% erect & he is right you get less expansion that way.

Yes, it is length cementing really. Although I am currently splitting length & girth days - but doing JAI stretches on all days. I plan to edge 2 or 3 times per week also.

Doing squeezes at a lesser EL makes sense, I've noticed greater expansion on my unit too when I do them at ~60-70% as opposed to 85+%. The other thing that makes for good expansion is kegeling more blood for every rep. I'm still mastering the techniques and experimenting though.

I am the same gosh, mastering the techniques & subtleties of PE. I have to watch myself or I end up using too much force.

I shall try the kegeling before each rep, thanks for that. I think all I was doing was resting between reps.

vulcan what do you think about tribulus?

Hi sidewinder, I think it bumps up my DHEA & makes me feel aggressive but impacts on my hair loss in a bad way, which makes me think it increases DHT also. Basically I am going to avoid it. I know a MMA who says it gives him Gyno, but I have not seen this.

Green Tea is what i am focusing on now, there is so much conflicting information on Green Tea. But it makes me feel great & I feel it is great for PE. It also lowers my blood pressure, where everything else (that is good) seems to raise it.

Finally managed to do a reverse kegel. I have forgotten what you are meant to do with one - I need to read up on it. Never bothered before because i simply couldn't do it.

My Dr wants to put me on an ACE Inhibitor or ARB for my high blood pressure.

I had thought that I could loose a little weight & it might come down enough, but apparently not & the side effect profile does not seem to be as bad as I had thought. Apparently it comes down to the type of person you are/genetics as to whether you have high blood pressure.

From what I have read, it is calcium channel blockers & beta blockers that can cause ED in some.

If anyone has experience of an ACE or ARB, I would appreciate any insight.

I do not want to take anything that interferes with my PE/EQ. I am only 36 & I want to use what I have grown!

Going to try & stick to 2 on 1 off. This will mean a lot more rest than I am used to.

I have started doing erect reverse kegels when I edge & find this is great. I need to read up on how to incorporate reverse kegels into my routine.

Started today on a lowest dose ACE Inhibitor for high blood pressure, I asked to be put on an ARB because ACE Inhibitors can conflict with another medication that I have to take.

I was denied - I know it is down to cost to the NHS. I am not happy about this.

Anyway, if there is any hint of loss of libido or ED, I will not stay on it & I will request again for the ARB.

Threats to Vulcan tumescence will not be tolerated.

blueberries are awesome.Making a juice and addin just a little stevia=win.
Unfortunately they are expensive.
I also have ginger root but i've never tried it.If i did i think i woul vommit.I use minced ginger

vulcan, i like your spirit. I'm the same with any medication i take.

if im not mistaken, ace inhibitors are one of the few hbp drugs that actually cause a decrease in mortality according to randomized controlled trials, just thought you'd be happy to know that they have good "side effects" lol . I wish you the best.

Hey Vulcan--My wife bought some Ryvita yesterday. I mentioned it to her--& I finally tried it. It's great the way my wife prepares it (with some tuna & some other ingredients on it).
