You know i stand corrected i wore smaller boxers yesterday and woke up with some sagging. took some bromelain and it went away after a little while. I assume this all relates to blood viscosity and scar tissue. as its no other reason that would explain the symptom relief when taking things that thin the blood and free up blood flow. i excess heard calcium is responsible for clotting and how alkalizing with a lime and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda will help get rid of it but having tried. just been sticking with enzymes for now, bromelain mostly and serrapeptase every now and again
Lowering blood viscosity permanently can be induced by grounding according to real scientific studies on it. I did it and overall feel better. It does a host of things to your body which can be seen as positive, but the lowering of blood viscosity and lowering stress hormones is really relevant. Research it.
Calcium is responsible for clotting but that doesn't necessarily mean that the body starts clotting when calcium intake is higher, since the body is intelligent in its use of calcium and clotting... Calcium is also known to constrict veins, which can be handy for varicocele. Idk about it for now.
So when you sag, the vein dilates? And when you take bromelain the dilation dissapears again? Sagging is not the issue here, but the vein being dilated because it means stagnation of the whole vascular reproductive system, I think.
Nettle leaf definitely made me feel better but I'm disliking some feeling sick symptoms that I think are caused by prolactin being raised by it so I quit it for now. Nettle leaf is known to strengthen blood vessels - But ironically prolactin is said to weaken blood vessels.
I am thinking of trying stone root aka collinsonia canadensis, since it is officially indicated for varicocele by herbalists.

Text taken from the second link:
Herbalist and ethnobotanist David Winston, whose training spanned 32 years in Cherokee, Chinese, and Western herbal medicine, has made a list of herbs that can effectively treat, reverse, or prevent the symptoms of various male reproductive issues such as BPH, acute prostatitis, orchitis, impotence, sexual neurasthenia, etc. The following preparations are listed in tinctures. (h/t to AmericanHerbalistsGuild.com.)
Treatments for other male reproductive issues
- Aromatic Collinsonia (Collinsonia canadensis) — Fresh tincture (1:2): 20 to 30 gtt TID for varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum), and spermatorrhea (excessive, involuntary ejaculation), especially if accompanied by hemorrhoids.
It also is good for kidney stones, varicose veins in general and digestion and stuff. It's quite popular on Amazon.com, which is unusual for a herb that isn't known that much. (iHerb, one of the biggest international online dietary and herbal supplements retailer only has 1 product listed which contains it as its primary ingredient, normally any herbal supplement has a bunch of different products listed for it on iHerb)
See:

Also very relevant, from the Natural News article:
- Kava root (Piper methysticum) — Tincture (1:5): 20 to 30 gtt TID for pain caused by prostatitis; also pain in the vas deferens, urethra, or epididymis.
- Corn silk (Zea mays) — Fresh tincture (1:2): 20 to 40 gtt repeated frequently for prostatic irritation, with inflammation of vas deferens or spermatic cord, and burning sensation when urinating.
- Cleavers (Galium aparine) — Fresh tincture (1:2): three to five ml TID for epididymitis, and chronic inflammation of the spermatic cord or vas deferens.
Interesting how this experienced herbalist names inflammation and irritation of the spermatic cord and vas deferens as actual conditions. Could this cause or worsen varicocele as well? The vas deferens is a seperate cord that runs along your spermatic cord (which contains the varicocele).. I recall feeling that mine was thicker than usual compared to the right one. Obitoo mentioned his vas deferens to also be abnormally enlarged/thickened. (he thought it was due to pinching, but he might've been wrong)
I cannot guarantee safety from any complications associated with the herbs adviced so use at your own risk and always talk with your medical doctor first before using anything! Also take notice at the actual potencies and dosages mentioned in the quotes and the Natural News article. Ignoring these dosages and potencies can also cause complications on its own. Herbs can be very strong!
Kava root/kava kava/kava in general apparently can cause liver damage/liver failure:

Corn silk appears to be very healthy for the kidneys according to the internet. Apparently it is used as a tea too which does all types of good toxins detoxification and hormones balancing, and in a rat study it improved benign prostatic hyperplasia symptoms.
Cleavers appear to be safe according to this source:
http://www.rjwhelan.co.nz/herbs A-Z/cleavers.html#cli3 But it apparently cools the system according to this source so you should watch out with that. I'm uncertain about the safety of Cleavers, it needs more researching..
Corn Silk, Kava root and Cleavers are all diuretics so lower potassium levels, btw.
