Okay I'm back with some new information. How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and are in the midst of finding new information for treating varicocele.
Yesterday I drank a cup of 100% biological nettle leaf tea, herbal infusion. Just your average teabag 2 dollar brand you can buy at the supermarket. The exact product is this one:
https://zonnatura.nl/producten/bio-brandnetel-thee/
- I do not recommend taking this product or any product related to it or any other nettle, nettle root or nettle leaf product or a blend of any of these as a product or anything else before consulting with your medical doctor. This is because anything that interacts with the prostate, like nettle and nettle root and nettle leaf and a blend of any of these, can be harmful for the prostate and in turn for your overall health. This can even be dangerous and deadly. Please consult with your medical doctor first. Stinging nettle, nettle leaf or nettle root or simply nettle, and a blend of these can cause permanent erectile dysfunction, and can cause other serious health problems including with the prostate. Please heed this warning.
So about 15 minutes, I felt an urge of urinating, and felt my kidneys were getting relief.
- I had done some drastic supplement experiments earlier and had contracted kidney pain, probably kidney stones. I had used a large dose of vitamin K2 MK-4 topically, 5 milligrams at once, the RDA is 120 micrograms. Mega doses of vitamin K2 MK-4 are apparently able to draw oxalates from the bones into the bloodstream. Oxalates is what almost all kidney stones are made from. Do not use these mega doses and please consult a doctor before using vitamin K2 MK-4 and do not use vitamin K2 MK-7 or vitamin K1 because these are deleterious to your health when taken as a supplement/drug. Please do not exceed the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) as stated by the government and medical authorities without consulting with a medical doctor first.
Anyways, after urinating, I noticed my varicocele had drastically decreased in severity, and alot of pressure I normally felt in it and around it had dissipated. Urinating itself, which I've had problems with ever since getting the varicocele, also was normal again. Now I've had this effect before with some other compounds, so I was sceptical. Yet about a hour later, it still felt relieved and physiologically it still kept its smaller and less strained form. This got me interested! I drank another full cup (I let both cups filled with boiled water sit for 10 minutes with the teabag in it and a plate on top of the cup blocking any steam from escaping) and then went to bed. I recall feeling better as a whole in some way whilst laying in bed that night. (it was late in the morning)
I know that urinating problems are typically involved with prostate problems, either prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate gland) and/or prostate enlargement (also called benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH in short). BPH is a problem elderly men typically contract in large quantities.
The next day the varicocele has enlarged a bit again, yet its "aggressive" strain still appears to be gone - for now. This is a record for me, as all other compounds I have used previously could never maintain an improvement for so long. It's been a day now, and I've slept for a long time too. I have figured whenever I am laying, the varicocele is fully deflated and therefore in a safe state.
Nettle leaf, also named stinging nettle or Urtica Dioica is a herb that has traditionally been used as a folk remedy in Europe for centuries for prostate issues, kidney stones and kidney health and a host of other health problems. Recent studies show its actual functionality for prostate issues, successfully relieving symptoms associated with BPH. In one double-blind randomized controlled trial, 81% of 287 BPH patients showed improvement in Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms secondary to BPH, and an overall modest decrease in size of the prostate after treatment with nettle leaf.
Source
In another double-blind randomized controlled trial, 50 BPH patients were shown to have improvement in symptoms compared to the placebo group.
Source
A double-blind randomized controlled multicenter study in Germany with 246 BPH patients produced the same kind of results.
Source
One can find many more studies like these on the benefits of nettle leaf in benign prostatic hyperplasia and related prostate problems if one checks PubMed or Google.
I originally drank a cup of nettle leaf because an online herbalist I follow adviced it for kidney stones and overall kidney health.
Source
This online herbalist gives free advice, and can be found on several forums and websites. His online username is Hveragerthi and his real name is James Sloane. He has several YouTube videos too. He also adviced malic acid which I had taken twice in a glass of water the same day and the day before I drank the nettle leaf. The product I use for malic acid is a natural form of malic acid (L-form) which is not harmful to the kidneys or the liver, which the synthetic form (D-form and DL-form) supposedly is. The synthetic form is made out of chemicals used in lighter fluid.
Source I do not endorse all of Hveragerthi's recommendations and he has some dangerous recommendations like mastic gum which I advice you to avoid at all costs, because it can permanently damage the kidneys. As always do a proper background research on any recommendation and its safety profile first before thinking of using it, and also always first consult your medical doctor before embarking on any recommendation/supplement by Hveragerthi or anyone else.
The malic acid product I use is purchased from Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/Malic-Acid-Natural-Granular-Support/dp/B00I0WYR8Q
Malic acid is able to decrease uric acid levels according to the herbalist, which some kidney stones are made from. Lowering uric acid also lowers the strain being put on the kidneys, promoting kidney health. Malic acid also aids in dissolving existing uric acid stones. Malic acid is also the strongest known natural chelator of aluminum, a toxic heavy metal one acquires from all kinds of products, like carton packs containing an aluminum layer on the inside. These are commonly branded as Tetrapak and sold in supermarket as drinks like milk and fruit juice. Aluminum accumulates in the brains, from where it causes neurotoxic effects, and is associated with the development of degenerate diseases like Alzheimer's.
Source Don't take malic acid without consulting your medical doctor.
Now I would like to add some background information too, as to what I have done before hand, to ensure that this experiment can be properly replicated.
A few months prior, I had taken an IP6 + Inositol supplement (
this one) to chelate iron out of my body. IP6 is one of the strongest natural iron chelators out there. Apparently, according to my peers on the Ray Peat Forum, iron is also implicated in prostate issues. After having taken the IP6, my varicocele shrunk to a small size, but only stayed so for a few hours before it started growing again. A few days later, I started supplementing the IP6 again, but then it did not shrink my varicocele anymore. Ithat I mention itP6 + inositol can aggravate cancer so do not use without supervision of a doctor, it is a "fringe" supplement, but since iron can be a cause of prostate issues, I think it is relevant to mention. Artemisinin also is reported by people online to be very helpful in prostate issues, and artemisinin also utilizes iron in its mechanism. Do not use either IP6 or artemisinin without consulting your medical doctor first before using.
Also, for the past 2 weeks, I have taken eggshell calcium carbonate, 1g to 2g (1/2 teaspoon) everyday, with LOTS of coffee and orange juice, to cleanse my liver. I also occasionally added white willow bark (natural aspirin) and L-Taurine powder, vitamin K2 MK-4 and vitamin E and sporadically inositol powder (without IP6) because these all aid in cleansing the liver. Especially the calcium, vitamin K2 MK-4 and coffee were responsible for the liver improving effects according to my Ray Peat Forum peers. During these week I noticed improved mental clarity, overall energy and I've lost some abdominal fat and fat elsewhere on my body. (I'm not overweight or obese btw)
Do not use any of these supplements (including inositol) without proper background research and consulting your medical doctor first.
I also added drops of liquid Progesterone (5 mg max.) topically a couple of days, because this helps removing estrogen according to Dr. Ray Peat, a professor with alternative health suggestions and theories, you can find his works online.
RAY PEAT IS NOT A PROFESSING DOCTOR NOR HAS HE EVER BEEN A MEDICAL DOCTOR. DON'T FOLLOW HIS SUGGESTIONS OR ADVICE WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH YOUR MEDICAL DOCTOR FIRST. I do not recommend using progesterone without proper background research on the topic and supervision by a medical doctor. I thought this was warranted for me (without having asked any doctor), because I'm an ex-steroids abuser.
The best overall effects for the liver I felt with the vitamin K2, eggshell calcium and lots of coffee (caffeine). Caffeine is shown in lots of studies to prevent liver ailments, including liver cancer, and is shown to remove liver fat in studies.
Caffeine also helped in relieving varicocele pain, because it lowers several harmful and inflammatory hormones and substances flowing freely in the blood, and has a constricting effect on veins in general. The white willow bark (which contains aspirin) also lowered pain.
White willow bark contains aspirin, the same aspirin as the drug aspirin. Heed this warning. Aspirin is notorious for causing stomach bleeding and intestinal bleeding which can be deadly. White willow bark can also cause stomach bleeding and intestinal bleeding. Vitamin K2 MK-4 can prevent excessive bleeding possibly but this needs confirmation by a medical doctor because I am not sure on this nor have the authority to say so.
Usage of white willow bark and aspirin should be researched first and supervised and properly discussed with a medical doctor, because of aspirin's effects on coagulation and other dangerous effects. Aspirin thins the blood, but upon cessation temporarily increases coagulation (thickens the blood), giving a risk for formation of a blood clot which can be deadly.
Source Especially in patients with cardiovascular disease this can be very dangerous, and I do not advice it to anyone with cardiovascular disease.
It was shown to cause new heart attacks when quit in patients who have had a heart attack previously, I have heard from a source. Aspirin is also anti-estrogenic according to professor Ray Peat
(who is not a professing doctor or a medical doctor nor has he ever been a medical doctor and therefore one must be cautious with his suggestions and advices and always consult a medical doctor first before following any suggestion or advice by him). Do not use aspirin or white willow bark without consulting with your medical doctor first regardless of your medical status, the blood thinning and blood thickening effects can be dangerous and even deadly for anyone using it regardless of age, medical past etc.
There is one anecdotal report on the internet of someone's uncle who lost vision in one eye permanently after having taken aspirin.
Aspirin can also be damaging to the kidneys and the liver (although I am not fully sure on this, needs confirmation by a medical doctor) and cause a host of other health problems. Again, consult your medical doctor before using it and ask your medical doctor for all the details.
Watch out for milk-alkali syndrome when using calcium carbonate, which is temporary kidney failure, due to hypercalcemia and metabolic alkalosis. Although calcium carbonate on its own as eggshell is said to be safe during and away from meals according to Dr. Ray Peat (see earlier description of who he is above, Ray Peat is
NOT a professing doctor nor a medical doctor), there are still case reports showing generic calcium carbonate supplements causing metabolic alkalosis/kidney injury/milk-alkali syndrome. DO NOT take calcium carbonate with an absorbable alkali, like sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) or any stomach acid-lowering drug, like PPI drugs. This can potentially cause milk-alkali syndrome, which can require hospitalization and can even be fatal.
Do not take a calcium carbonate supplement or take eggshell calcium without consulting with your medical doctor first.
Naturally increasing calcium through dietary means can be done as well instead of supplementing calcium and can be considered safer. Talk to your medical supervisor about calcium first if you want to consider this. A lack of calcium can play a role in the development of varicose veins according to several health blogs and adding more to your diet can improve varicose veins, so it can be helpful for varicocele. Always consult a medical doctor first before raising your dietary calcium intake or using a calcium supplement, especially if you are prone to disease or are a patient. Calcium is implicated in cardiovascular health.
4 days before I've drank the nettle leaf, I had used 5 mg of topical vitamin K2 MK-4, and I felt much better, probably due to its liver aiding effects. The liver contains alot of vitamin K2 so this could explain its positive effects on it. Vitamin K2 can increase coagulation (thicken the blood) and can mobilize calcium deposits in the blood vessels, so do not take doses that go too far beyond the RDA which is 290 micrograms. 1 miligram is the maximum safe dose in my opinion. If you're a cardiovascular patient or have any other serious health issues, talk to your medical supervisor first before using vitamin K2 MK-4. Even if you have no known health issues of any kind, consult with your medical doctor first before using vitamin K2 MK-4.
Coffee is very beneficial for overall health but again, discuss the use of it with a medical doctor first.*
Also I avoid PUFAs (Poly unsaturated fatty acids), and avoid fish oil. These tend to poison the liver.
Source
All-in-all, a proper working liver and kidneys are a must for success in treating varicocele. Sluggish liver can be an ailment for some, especially if the diet isn't healthy. Coffee helped most for it in my case.*
Now back to the overall study of varicocele and the prostate. I really have the feeling that in my case, the prostate is the cause of my varicocele. I have thought this to be the case, because of the overall anatomy of the veins that lead to the prostate and to the testicle. See:
As can be seen in this image, the prostate sits above the veins that come from the testicles. Perhaps when it enlarges it pushes against these veins, causing the varicocele. I am not sure if this is the case in all, but I think it is in my case. It could also be inflamed/infected, with the inflammation/infection spreading to the varicocele veins, causing them to enlarge.
Varicocele is named as the "root cause" of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (prostate enlargement) in this study:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29569259
Perhaps the same could be said vice versa? In my case I think this is a serious possibility.
Because prostate massage is said to be beneficial for enlarged prostate, this might explain why forum user Obitoo had success reducing his varicocele using a rectal pelvic floor device. Although the pelvic floor can be a cause of varicocele, I believe that in my case it is caused by either an enlarged prostate or inflamed prostate or both. This can go for anyone else too. I do not recommend any practices obitoo engaged in and I do not recommend prostate massage and advice you to consult a medical doctor first before deciding to do any of these.
Now when prostate problems is mentioned, alot of people and health advisors tend to recommend saw palmetto. However, I do not recommend it, because I believe it can cause the same erectile dysfunction that the drug Finasteride can cause. This sexual/erectile dysfunction can be permanent so avoid saw palmetto like the plague. Also there are studies showing it has serious deleterious effects on the prostate.
Source
Nettle leaf has the same technical functionality as saw palmetto and Finasteride, inhibiting 5 alpha reductase, and could therefore theoretically cause permanent erectile dysfunction. Although this
source states it will only seriously inhibit 5-AR in high concentrations, so when drinking nettle leaf tea, these deleterious effects could be avoided. The studies showing it seriously inhibiting 5-AR were nettle leaf extracts and not tea form/full leaf form.
Overall you have to watch out either way with 5-alpha reductase inhibiting compounds, because of the permanent erectile dysfunction that lots of men have reported online. But in my case it did help treating my varicocele. So perhaps before immediately ordering nettle leaf or buying it from your grocery store, perhaps you can first help me determining a safety profile of nettle leaf and collecting more information on it in this topic.
Nettle leaf can also cause gynecomastia (man boobs) as was demonstrated in a study, probably because it apparently raises prolactin levels. Prolactin is a bad hormone which can cause degenerative disease, and is also bad for varicose veins like varicocele because it weakens vein walls.
I plan on combining Ashwagandha and vitamin B6 P5P (activated form) with the nettle leaf because both of these show in studies to lower prolactin levels. P5P should be used in very low doses and not taken too long (perhaps once in a while) because taking it for too long can cause permanent damage to nerves and the like. Do not use these without consulting your medical doctor first.
I also use a very strong vitamin E supplement, which can lower estrogen alot due to its strong aromatase inhibiting effect. It is able to temporarily shrink my varicocele for a few minutes to a hour when used.
Vitamin E thins the blood drastically. Do not use vitamin E without consulting your medical doctor first before using it.
Vitamin K2 deficiency is named as a factor of prostate enlargement in a study.
Source Calcification of veins is said by this study and other sources to be a cause of varicose veins. Vitamin K2 is known to de-calcify the walls of veins. MK-4 is the only safe form in my opinion, and MK-7 can be deleterious and even dangerous because it is said to interfere with heart function so avoid MK-7. Vitamin K1 is dangerous when used as a supplement because it strongly thickens the blood so do not use it. Do not exceed the RDA and do not use vitamin K2 without consulting your medical doctor. Vitamin K2 can be found naturally in foods. Google to find out which ones.
Nettle leaf also blocks the DHT receptors in the prostate (and elsewhere in the body) which is how it helps enlarged prostate. This is an antiandrogen effect which can be deleterious for sexual health theoretically. Nettle leaf also has aromatase enzyme inhibiting effects supposedly, which lowers estrogen. It also contains nutrients, including iron, which can be bad for your health and can contribute to degenerative disease. But in my case I think the nettle leaf is warranted. When not drunk too much it can be therapeutic, perhaps.
I hope people can do research on the connection between an enlarged prostate/prostate issues and varicocele and on nettle leaf/nettle leaf tea. Prostate enlargement can be asymptomatic according to
studies, meaning it is present without the patient noticing it. This could be the case in varicocele patients.
I have posted earlier that a forum user on another forum with alot of knowledge stated a varicocele is most likely caused by excess estrogen. Lowering estrogen by using vitamin E can be curative in some cases, he stated. I used it and it shrunk my varicocele but did not do it permanently, and it did not remove my prostate issues. So perhaps it can only be helpful in cases of varicocele that are not associated with the prostate. Do not use vitamin E without consulting your medical doctor because it can have implications in cardiovascular health.
The vitamin E supplement that I used is the highest grade currently available on the market, much more potent and effective than common vitamin E products. If one wants a link, it can be requested.
Vitamin E thins the blood drastically. Do not use vitamin E without consulting your medical doctor first before using it.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the kidneys are seen as part of some draining/water draining system, and the pampiniform plexus (the varicocele) runs up to a vein that goes directly into the kidney. Also the lymphatic system, which is a known draining system in the body, can be involved in varicocele, of which nettle leaf is said to also be stimulating of. Please consult with a medical doctor first before following any treatment, recommendation, advice or therapy with traditional chinese medicine. Do not do anything involving the lymphatic system before consulting your medical doctor first. Always consult your medical doctor first.
I have also done grounding outside in the backyard of where I currently reside, standing with my bare feet in the dirt of the earth. I did this a couple of days prior to me taking the nettle leaf tea. Grounding simply involves touching the earth with your bare feet. Grounding is supposedly healthy for the body through lowering of inflammation and thinning the blood and lowering stress hormone levels, and it has some scientific research on it that you can find. It is supposedly changing electric dynamics of the cells in the body. Research grounding on the internet. I recall feeling different in the brain after my first session.
However do not do this without consulting with your medical doctor first especially if you are a patient. Changing the electrical dynamics of the body can be fatal technically, as the heart runs on a specific electrical rhythm and each cell has a specific electrical component to it. This goes for everyone regardless of what your current medical status is.
TLDR (Too Long Didn't Read):
- Don't do stupid sh**, don't do anything without consulting your medical doctor, especially if you are prone to disease and/or are a patient
- Supplements can be harmful to your health even if they are natural so watch out and do proper background research first and always consult your medical doctor first
- Avoid PUFA and fish oil and have a healthy diet with emphasis on liver and kidney health
- Make sure you lower your estrogen. White button mushrooms have natural estrogen lowering properties so could be included in the diet for this.
- Calcium in the diet (leafy greens, veggies) can be useful. Watch out for milk-alkali syndrome (google this) when using a calcium supplement or using an alkalizing substance like stomach acid-lowering drugs (Which are pure poison and I don't recommend at all)
- Estrogen can have an implication in varicocele, perhaps lowering it can be key in curing it for some. However do not mess with hormones without proper background research and consulting with your medical doctor first and
DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF DRUGS, EVER, unless prescribed by your medical doctor(s).
- Nettle leaf tea helped my varicocele tremendously, perhaps due to its effects on my prostate which I think is enlarged and/or inflamed. Only 1 cup had drastic effects. Nettle leaf is a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor however (same as Finasteride) which can cause permanent erectile dysfunction. It also is a temporary antiandrogen. Please do background research and consult your medical doctor first before thinking of using it. Also please help me research the use of it more for the prostate and varicocele in this topic.
- Prostate enlargement can be asymptomatic so therefore go unnoticed, perhaps this is the case in varicocele patients. This needs more research by you.
- Please help me research the connection between benign prostatic hyperplasia and/or other prostate problems and varicocele, and nettle leaf and post all the information you can find in this topic.
- Be careful and be safe, again, do not do anything without consulting your medical doctor.
- Do not use a calcium carbonate supplement without consulting your doctor period. It can be deadly. Same goes for raising calcium from the diet. Consult with your medical doctor first before doing this.
- Nettle leaf can cause erectile dysfunction (but I am unsure if it can do this, please research this, and do not use it if you are afraid of contracting erectile dysfunction even if you have a varicocele, your erection is worth more than curing your varicocele)
- Finasteride causes permanent erectile dysfunction. Finasteride is a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor. Nettle leaf is also a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor.
Don't use nettle leaf before doing thorough background research and consulting your medical doctor first. Also please post your thorough background research in this topic before using it.
- Nettle leaf, stinging nettle and urtica dioica are all 3 the same thing. Nettle root is the root of the nettle plant and is something I have no information on so I do not recommend nettle root at all.
- I used nettle leaf tea, NOT an extract. Ask any herbalist/alternative medical doctor/medical doctor or consult Google to find out that there's a difference between the two in the effects on the body. Nettle leaf tea is much less potent and a more diluted form, without any concentrated compound which is the case in an extract. I do not recommend an extract. Not until there has been done more research in this topic which I hope people will do.
- I did not use nettle root tea. I used nettle leaf tea. I cannot vouch for the safety of nettle root tea and I do not recommend it.
- Do NOT ever use saw palmetto or any form of saw palmetto like saw palmetto berries, they are deleterious to your health and erectile health. If you have a prescription/personal recommendation by a MD/therapist, please do get a second opinion and/or dispute this prescription/recommendation with said MD/therapist, and do thorough background research, and then again I highly advice NOT using it.
- Consult with your medical doctor first before using anything or embarking on any recommendation and do thorough background research.
- I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND FINASTERIDE DUE TO RISK FOR POST FINASTERIDE SYNDROME/PERMANENT ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION AS IS REPORTED BY MEN ON THE INTERNET. PLEASE DISCUSS THIS PROPERLY WITH YOUR DOCTOR WHEN PRESCRIBED AND BE AWARE
- Do not stop taking any prescribed drugs you are currently taking before consulting with the medical doctor that has prescribed it to you.
- Safety first
- Always think twice before doing anything!!! Think of your own health and well-being and do not do anything drastic or careless at any time and do not do anything that you have no or improper knowledge on.
- Don't self-diagnose, instead speak with your medical doctor.
- I'm not a health practicioner or a doctor nor do I have any diploma, degree or certificate or any legal authority or authority in general on speaking about health and treating yourself and altering your diet. I'm just a simple guy who experiments alot, trying to heal myself. This does not mean that experimenting is good. I actually got into my bad health situation because of experimenting. Please do not experiment. Experimenting is bad. Please do thorough background research and consult actual legal medical authorities like your medical doctor before doing anything involving the matters spoken of and taking anything in general. Nothing I have mentioned or talked about in my posts has been regulated by the FDA or any medical authority or any authority and it has not been overseen or checked by any medical authority or any other authority of any kind. Please heed this warning. Thank you.
- Taking anything that interacts with the prostate, like nettle leaf tea, can potentially trigger prostate cancer or other prostate conditions.
In short, in my case there is a lead between prostate enlargement/prostate issues and varicocele according to my own observations (not yet confirmed by a medical doctor). I have yet to have my prostate examined, so any condition of the prostate has not yet been diagnosed and is purely my own self-diagnosis. I hope you people can build upon this information with research in this topic.
Perhaps there is no relation between the prostate or prostate conditions and varicocele, and its all in my head. Perhaps nettle leaf appears to be healing to my varicocele in a way that I do not know. Please help me out here guys, but do not start carelessly experimenting without consulting your medical doctor first and doing thorough research, and checking in with us in this topic or in this forum!
I recall reading in a free book on Google Books that an author had several theories to the cause of prostate enlargement, and one of them was the varicose veins theory, meaning the veins that are connected to the prostate are varicosed dysfunctional. This seems to correlate with this study and the works of Dr. Gat and Dr. Goren, who have a treatment treating either varicocele or benign prostatic hyperplasia or both. Google the Gat Goren method and see:
http://www.pirion.co.il/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=6&Itemid=0&lang=en
https://www.israel21c.org/new-israeli-treatment-holds-out-hope-for-infertile-couples/
You can travel to Israel to have their special type of procedure done to fix your varicocele, which involves embolizing certain veins at the prostate, which in turn will fix a varicocele too in cases, according to their work. I've read online that one person had the procedure done in the UK, although it wasn't successfully in his case if I recall correctly.
Study:
Varicocele is the root cause of BPH: Destruction of the valves in the spermatic veins produces elevated pressure which diverts undiluted testosterone directly from the testes to the prostate.
This study however points to elderly men who can have actual destroyed valves, but it was argued in another online varicocele discussion that younger men don't have destroyed valves and so they are not the cause of varicocele so this study or rather it's title is then not so relevant. It is however interesting in our research.
I have the theory that it could be a downward spiral, where weakening of the pampiniform plexus causes backflow to the prostate causing prostate enlargement, which in effect causes worsening of the local blood pumping pressure in the pampiniform plexus (my own theory) which in turn causes more blood to flow back into the prostate and so on and so on, in turn causing varicocele. However varicocele could also pretty well be caused without involvement of the prostate in theory, by for example an excess of estrogen, or any other reason including gravity in combination with the location of the vein.
However it could also simply be in my case that a mega dose hormonal injection of testosterone caused both varicocele and an enlarged prostate. The question then rises though, why is nettle leaf helping my varicocele so good? Note: I started noticing my varicocele a few weeks after the last hormonal injection, due to the sudden pain that it gave, but it could be that it was already there since the injections but I only started noticing it once it started giving pain. I never checked (or was even aware of such a thing) before the pain started a few weeks after the last T injection. Meanwhile during those weeks I had done a post cycle therapy using the drug nolvadex. None of this was legal and I do not recommend this AT ALL! Don't mess with this stuff or you'll wind up a wreck like me! Don't do anything illegal and do not abuse any hormones or drugs ever!
Thank you.
