Does this sound like a varicocele?

For the past year ive had noticeably larger balls when seated or standing, and thickness/swelling towards the top of the sack. Before this my balls were saggy and loose. I havent really taken much notice of it so never looked at possible reasons until now.

The swelling is on both sides, and appears to be exaccerbated when i have an erection, although i may be wrong and it may just be more obvious during an erection compared to flaccid.

i have pelvic floor dysfunction for sure.

I am taking bromelain since 15/16 days, and my report for now is this:
'I still have varicocele, I don't want to tell much more for now as I am still studying and experimenting.'

What I can say is that this is my current lifestyle:
1. Taking bromelain twice/day with empty stomach;
2. I am training at the gym (cardio/bodybuilding from monday to saturday - only cardio on sunday);
3. I am eating very healthy (I have drastically reduced carbs everyday, and on sunday -every sunday- I eat ZERO of those);
4. I am on a no fap steak (if you don't know what's that, even if I doubt it, "google" it);
5. Making some stretching/yoga (I am not an expert) almost every night;
6. I am using the pc/work standing still (or at least alternating standing still & sitting every 10 minutes),
7. Breathing deeper everytime I catch myself breathing bad, which is pretty much all of the time (and this is the most difficult one).

Why am I doing all of these things? Because I have always had the doubt one of these behaviours as bad breathing or sitting for too long could be a big factor in creating varicocele; Training, especially cardio helps me in learning to breath better, and btw it's very healthy; yoga helps to relax tension, which may be the cause to varicocele; and over-masturbating (which I did in the past) if nothing else overheat your testicles, which may create a more and more damage if you have varicocele, and in my opinion a varicocele cannot heal when constantly over-heated.

Also, I have made a lot of research and during this week I am going to make blood analysis of all the values I think may be related to the varicocele, and if I have something out of the norm, I'll correct my diet accordingly. I think this may help a lot (obviously for life in general, but also for varicocele).
And I am gonna have a scan-check for my kidneys and testicles to discover if I have the nut-cracker syndrome and if I have a mid-torsion of the testicle as Nikitis had.

So when I advised Hindi squat ,rk etc long back I was onto something.

What is your experience with hindu squats? How many sets and reps would say are needed to deal with varicocele?

I've had a varicocele for 3 years and have had ED throughout this time; bear in mind I'm only 25 right now. I have also been training at the gym for 6 years and reached the 1,000lb club before an injury screwed my back up. The reason I'm stating that is because I don't know how I could have a weak pelvic floor with such a strong deadlift and squat.

My Testosterone levels have dropped and are comparable to those of a 65 year old and I have very noticeable hypogonadism.

Recently I finished a 5 week run of Clomid which tripled the size of my testicles and made me feel fantastic. Unfortunately, the varicocele pain returned and my testicles have shrunk back to their previous size.

I've arranged to speak to a Urologist on Monday about booking a private consultation to hopefully put me in for surgery as I am desperate at this point.

I have been doing the exercises OP linked in the video for well over a year as part of my Yoga routine (I have poor hip flexibility & imbalances), although it never did anything for my varicocele.

Surgery definitely seems like the way forward but this thread as confused me quite a bit. I want a reliable and permanent fix because I refuse to live any longer like I have for the past 3 years.

What does the physio say re hip flexibility. imbalance and the like . Back problems and pelvic floor issues are often linked .

What does the physio say re hip flexibility. imbalance and the like . Back problems and pelvic floor issues are often linked .

Well I was recommended to do exercises like the hip flexor stretch (which I've been doing for 5 years anyway) as well as some abductor exercises. My hip flexibility has always been poor although a lot of my yoga focuses around hip mobility - put it this way, I have no where near enough flexibility to do Hindi squats, although that may also be influenced by poor ankle flexibility. Unfortunately I only do yoga on workout days as opposed to doing it every day so progress has been back and fore.

I injured my back doing a 2-rep max deadlift back in July and ever since I haven't been able to train heavy without aggravating the injury. The thing is that I'm now sure the injury was influenced by not being able to maintain a neutral back while doing so, because even light-weight squats bring back the pain if I have too much lordosis.

My current theory is that it's all interconnected. I have weak glute-medius contraction because those muscles are unactivated thanks to spending most of my time sitting down over years. I'm addressing that by doing glute bridges and using the hip abductor machine, which brings along a blunt pain from my right glute that screams "I'm not working properly". Actually that reminds me - I need to buy a new resistant band to use to activate them while I do light squats.

Reactivating these glute medius muscles should help pull my pelvis back into its neutral position along with stretches hip flexor stretches. I've also noticed I have a click in my right hip if I extend it and it affects the way I walk. I used to have the same problem with my left but the stretches seemed to have fixed up the left side, though I've never made any permanent progress with the right side.

Then with that I need to do leg raises with rotation exercises to get that sh*t back up.

The biggest problem is avoiding sitting down and getting myself to do the exercises even when I'm not at the gym which requires a lot more will-power than it sounds when you have ADHD and the testosterone levels of a 65 year old

Jesus christ I've had an achy nut all day. Just got home and realised my varicocele was bigger and harder than I've ever seen it. Ironic seeing as I've been doing hindi squats every day as well as a lot of abductor; adductor; hip flexor, and glute minimus/medius training and stretching. It actually looks like an extra testicle

A lot of general physio suff to be done then that impacts pf . How is your sleep.

I sleep 7-9 hours a day without fail
