History is as follows:
I started with j90's 3 month routine, two days on- one off, with no gains. Then I switched to the "jelq free" routine for another 2-3 months, 3 times a week, without gaining anything as well. Now I've been doing my own thing for 2 months which consists of 10 minute warm up, some light stretching, 4 minutes of wet jelqing, 45 seconds of basically gripping at the base and just under the head and holding, repeating for 4 sets then a warm down in the shower. Sometimes I'll edge if I have time. I typically go one day on, one day off.

Im started to become very unmotivated. I know it's a long process, but this just seems extreme. My eq hasn't really increased either.

If anyone could help me, it'd be very appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Oh and happy Valentine's Day :)

Thanks for the warm welcome!
As for PI's, I'd say not much has changed since starting. During the workouts I feel as though I'm effectively moving blood during jelqs, but after I warm down there's little to no swelling, everything seems to go back to normal.

More of an "average" eq. Since I've started it hasn't really improved.

I think it is either the intensity or the exercises that are holding you back. You did mention that you did some light stretches, well, it seems like you might have more tunica layers and be more responsive to more intense sessions. I think you'd bo ok if you:

- Add intensity to the exercises you are currently performing.
- Change the exercises to more intense ones.
- Add an additional session during the day.

Do one of the three mentioned above and I think it'd be ok.

Just a quick question- what is your skin exit point? If you have mid to high skin exit point I think it'd be best if you concentrate more on downward and BTC stretches... :)

Well I Dont like doing the advice thing with little information very much, but here goes.
Start a progress log.
Track accurately what you do daily all PE excersizes, and PIs.
Start over with the JP90.
After 1 month of consistent 5 days on 2 days off add 15 minutes of edging 3 days a week not to interfere with the rest days. Slowly increase the intensity over time.
If negative PIs show up stop and rest.
Good luck stay safe, hut slowly increase intensity rather than jumping to a different routine.

a mistake ive made up until now is to strictly follow a 2:1 or 1:1 ratio of working out. if you're on a 2:1 ratio, don't think you absolutely need to do 2:1 or even 1:1 if you don't have night/morning wood. some days you will need more rest than others. im no expert but this is from my own experience (take this knowledge with a grain of salt because i haven't gained either lol, i just know bad PI's means no gains)

Good advice, I may just have to add some intensity and more advanced exercises. I'm not completely sure how to distinguish my exit point, but I looked it up and I'd say more "middle" than anything

I appreciate the advice! That sounds reasonable. Gradually adding more volume but watching how I respond, like what

minchamincha said sounds like a smart game plan. Any idea of what more advanced exercises I can begin working into j90?

Your probably due a de-conditioning break about now if you've been PE'ing for eight months!

For the PI's, you should be looking for the better EQ, I've always used mainly better EQ and better flaccid hang as my main indicators, increased hornyness too! If your not getting these, you should be adjusting your routine until you do, when you do get them stick with what your doing!

Altering your routine may require toning it down, because you could well be over training! I would suggest altering your routine in this direction first, before increasing the intensity and rep count. More doesn't necessarily = better results with PE!

Start a log as wishful suggests, it will help you and other members can help you interpret your PI's and advise based on their experiences. It could make the discovery process of what works for you a lot shorter!

Thanks for all the advice guys! I really appreciate it, almost surprised how helpful you all are haha. I'll begin a log sometime next week to keep better track of things. Thanks again :)
