I will give a tip to avoid pain from the ring at the base and loss of suction if you use the L head.
A used protective cap must be used.
Cut off the end of the cap and insert it on the penis like a cockrinrg.
Install the head L unrolled the condom is after placing the protective cap on the condom.

Has anyone had any success receiving a response from the company? I've tried emailing them for the past year and a half and I'm not getting any response. My large bell cracked and doesn't hold suction anymore. I just want to purchase a replacement bell.
Wanted to know does it matter if my head doesn't stay all the way in the bell after awhile? Or should I keep readjusting the vacuum to keep the head in for the best stretch? I currently have a set up with the medium bell and small sleeve so I never lose suction.

My personal experience I have emailed and called them many many times and they just avoid or ignore me. The color system is completely worn off. It started wearing off during the first few wears. I immediately contacted them through email with pictures attached. They responded by asking me to send them pictures of the device. They were already attached to that email. I told them so as well as sent them pictures again. No response. I finally called them and they asked me to please email pictures. I did so when I hung up. No response again. I have gone through this with them countless times both through email and on the phone. Everytime their tactic seems to be ask for pictures even if they are already provided and then never respond.
the device is good but I’m regretting buying from a place that doesn’t answer anyone. I emailed them a couple weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything

Julian are you still work for Phallosan? If so I need a replacement strap.I unraveled mine and as much as I try I cannot get it back to the way it was. I only need the strap the Main ring is fine and so is the clip to attach unit.
I checked the site and no option is provided to purchase the strap so I am contacting you.
Please help if you can.

I got the Phallosan Forte about a week ago and I believe the suction pump is defective. It doesn't pull the head into the bell cup at all, no matter how many times I pump it. I've tried both the small and medium bell cups. It usually pulls off of my penis after 40 minutes or so. And yes, I do move it to the locked position. But if I push the pump down then lock it, it stays down. So I'm just not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
Update: The problem seems to have something to do with the green piece on the bottom of the vacuum pump. If I remove that piece I can compress the pump and it will suction to just about any surface and stay there. When I put that piece back in it will not generate any suction at all.

Is it safe to assume that I'm just screwed as far as the defective pump goes? I've contacted support twice and haven't heard anything back.

I was in the same shape as you. I ended up just buying a replacement which was 50+ dollars after shipping. I’m telling you, the word needs to be spread about their lack of customer service
Yeah, even their phone number is disconnected. I'm wondering if since I'd have to buy a new one if it would be worth it to buy the bell and pump from the Pennimaster (I believe that's the one I'm thinking of) because I've heard it's more reliable.
