My personal experience I have emailed and called them many many times and they just avoid or ignore me. The color system is completely worn off. It started wearing off during the first few wears. I immediately contacted them through email with pictures attached. They responded by asking me to send them pictures of the device. They were already attached to that email. I told them so as well as sent them pictures again. No response. I finally called them and they asked me to please email pictures. I did so when I hung up. No response again. I have gone through this with them countless times both through email and on the phone. Everytime their tactic seems to be ask for pictures even if they are already provided and then never respond.
