I hang up to 7lbs with mine.
Used heavy string in the bell grove to attach the weight.
Only experimented for a while, but if you want to get really serious, would probably look into something more suitable.

I have just begun my 4th month. Have been recently experimenting with more tension in the "Plus" extender but am also trying to do a little more research if the high tension, even under long hours, can be counter productive. Ie: toughening up the ligs or penis to make the micro tears harder to be achieved. I have gotten a small amount of gain so far, not as much as I had hoped by this mid way point toward 6 months, but enough to get me wondering if the low/mod tension is too little, even at 13 hours a day. So, for 2-5 hours a day the past couple weeks I have added an extra rod to the extender and trying with a bit more pull. But will research a bit more as don't want it to turn into a weight hanging routine. Its not uncomfortable and can wear it that long but there are arguments for "less is more" in some camps.

Im currently wondering about the statement 'Always stretch past your fully stretched length or you will not increase your total penis lengthAlways stretch past your fully stretched length or you will not increase your total penis length'.
Is that true? And if yes, is 1cm more stretched than naturally good? Because it is really hard for me to measure the penis if it is bend to the left or right in the PF.
Granted, I can pull my penis on the bell straight in front of me and measure with the PF on to see how much the penis is stretched with e.g. middle green tension.
But Im not sure whether my cock is stretched enough when I wear the PF to the right or left with the belt.
Do you guys have any ideas?

I found the Plus Extender uncomfortable.
The base way too small.
The whole device twisted around and the clip would snap off.
Am very disappointed with it.
Ended up using my QEP and secured the PF Bell with the tubing in the grove.
Comfortable, secure, and more durable!
Really like this system.

With well over two years with the PF, here’s how I have mine dialed in.
For the best comfort, keep the donut CENTERED around the penis. This may take occasional adjustment.
I use LG Hanger sleeves. They are more durable, and eliminate air leaks around the shaft. Cheaper also.
The PF sleeve is great when new, but they soon stretch and I would get air leaks.
After 6mths or so, l feel it’s time to increase tension.
Now I use Partys’ trick and wrap (my wife’s rubber hair band) around the loop and arms of the clip to increase the spring rate.
I adjust until in the red.
Now I have tension closer to an extender, and very concealed for all day use.
with vacuum device’s, there can be edema. If you increase tension and get a big donut below the glads, back down some.
If you’re comfortable, try more tension!
At the end of the day, you should feel like you were wearing the device. Not pain though!

Whenever I create a vacuum, even with the tightest condom (where I have to painfully peel it off for 10 minutes because it's way way too tight), the vacuum is lost within the first minute when there is just a slight pull (lower green area). The same thing applies to when I create a vacuum on my hand, or legs, for example. Just the slightest pull makes the vacuum go away. I think there might be a leak in the pump, since the lower end is 100% airtight. As a note: I make sure the vacuum is tight and the pump is set to the Lock mode when the vacuum is created. Also there are no rips or leaks in the condoms, as I've tried this with all sizes condoms and bells.

Have any of you guys had the same issues? I am not sure how to fix this and I can't use the device at all right now. The only way I can hold a vacuum when there's a pull is if I literally keep pumping it non-stop.

I cut off the top end from a silicon toe protector, to make a small shaft sleeve of it. It is about one inch long. I put that on my shaft before putting on the tip protector.
The sleeve now rolls over the shaft sleeve, and it makes a tight fit. No more air leaks, and it fits comfortably as well.

I don’t use the cap with the PF.
If you have a very sensitive or soft glans, it may be used to help protect it.

When I measure it says I can use a large cup but after I use the condom it squeezed it down so small that I can wear the medium. But after a while my head hurts from being squished. I was able to wear it for about 4 hours but that’s all. I am also a stomach sleeper and it hurt sleeping.

In the mean time the issue was solved. One morning I woke up with an erection and although it had diminished by the time I put the Phallosan Forte on, still it was erected enough to get my penis in it.

I can now also get it in without an erection.
