I bought a replacement "sleeve" off of Ebay that ended up a dud from day one. Did not hold vacuum at all. Thick blue and very soft, but was a waste for a bell sleeve. I have torn through two of my original sleeves (medium), both on the same day! - so will probably have to order from the site before this one goes and can tell the vacuum is slipping on it. I have tried a small before as back up and I imagine once it stretches a bit will be okay but damn.... tight!

My pumps are also a bit flimsy. On my second one and it is touch and go on pumping up the bell.

I get the foam ring burn a bit, but nothing as bad as the burn from the Phallosan Plus extender where the plastic rests against your skin. Ouch....

Hello, I have a slight curvature of the penis leaning to the left, it isn't peyronies or anything serious, but I'd like to correct this with Phallosan Forte.
Considering the curve is to the left, is it advisable to wear Phallosan only to the right until the deviation is rectified?
Or should I stick to the prescribed 2 days per side before switching?

I ordered Phallosan Forte almost three weeks ago and didn't get any shipping details.
I also sent an email to the support and no respond there, I worried because I paid almost 400$
on this device and in three weeks I only got a recipe and no respond what so ever.

Curious which ebay ones you ordered Squid. There are a number of them...IMO $27 for the OEM ones is steep when they aren't that durable. I went weeks without tearing one and then tore 2 on the same day doing the same instructed process I had been using.

Apologies if already answered in previous pages, but does the Phallosan Forte stretch the skin of the shaft too?
Reason I ask, is previous attempts at hanging, no matter how much I tried ended up grabbing skin, and now I have a little excess skin which bunches up behind the glans. I want to avoid doing this again, but am keen on trying the Phallosan

I forget the compnay but were a very thick blue colored one that swore you would love more than the original..... But from the start, it just literally slid right off the penis and was a medium which is what I use on Phalosan (though even those seem to loosen after awhile).

I have a question about suction:

I am on both my second pump and third condom in 3 months (medium condom, large bell). Since there seems to be a loss of vacuum regularly with this I am wondering is that a fault usually of the pump or the condoms loosening and stretching so suction is lost? I can't seem to tell though I am opting towards a faulty pump more than anything but I don't want to have t buy a third one at this point. I switched to the small condom and large bell but the tighter condom is a bit more uncomfortable to wear because of tightness.

If the glans doesn't swell and slips soon to the bottom of the bell, but of course is still stuck inside via the condom grip, is it still working with the stretch? Or is the necessary pull physiologically only work when the glans are fully in the bell and swollen from the pump? I don't want to keep wasting time with the Forte if much of the time it is not working as this vacuum issue I have been dealing with about 1/3rd of the time. Thanks.

Seems I'm not a lone. I can not tell if it is the pump or the condom but tend to air on the pump since even with a tighter condom the suction is hit or miss. The shaving idea is one I did not consider but, no real hair growth along the area the condom is. Only towards the base where it does not reach.... But, I may switch back to the tight small sleeve again and see if it helps today.

Hey guys. Ive been using the Phallosan for multiple months now. It takes time to get used to but the tips publilius syrus offered sums it up very well.

I however now have a more technical issue. My pump stopped pump altogether. It does not remove air from the bell at all since last night. I made a seperate thread about it if anyone has experience with any issues like that.

I wear the PF in the high green to light yellow zone and feel only a very light stretch. Even after 8h, it is noticeable but not very uncomfortable and my dick doesnt get stretched that much. How do I know the tension on my dick is enough?
Im a bit afraid I wont gain.

A crack in the bell can cause loss of suction. The crack can be seen under a magnifier.
If you use the same condom and pump with a different bell and it works, then you probably have a cracked bell.

Thanks Oak. I think it MAY be mainly the sleeves at the moment. I had a pump that initially stopped working in the first 30 days and they replaced it. But then the suction loss happened again and I did switch bells and finally tried a small condom which at first was pretty damn tight on shaft but held the suction better. Not perfect, but better (I still have to pump 5-10 times). So it seems with the super tight condom I can hold suction with the belt but on the plus extender, it starts to slip. Very strange but like that downward direction seems to loosen up the condom more maybe.

All in all it may be my medium sleeve (the best fit) has loosened and the pump is also a bit hit or miss so seems like a combo of the two. I guess I will have to check with the company to make sure if the sleeve is the only form of traction (in that the glans are slipped to the bottom and is mainly the sleeve holding me in) if it is still working.

So circle back on this:

I have three sleeves (2 small (one brand new) and and 1 medium) and two pumps (the first seemed to malfunction so they kindly sent me a third). I have three bells and have been using the large mainly but still fit into a medium.

I have mix and matched all of them (bell, pumps and sleeves) and STILL there is little to no pump in the chambers when I put them on. The head will almost always hours (sometimes even minutes) later end up at the bottom. What could be the issue? Is it just that both pumps malfunctioned? I don't think the argument is both bells have invisible cracks or that all the sleeves are malfunctioning. I just have to think that the pumps are flimsy and going out on me and I am mainly stretching with just the condom sleeve holding me in. I'm fine with that but the big question is: without the glans pumped up, does the stretch still work?

I am doing 10-13 hours a day and don't want the effort to be in vain.

I would try adding a rubber band around the sleeve just above the end. There might be some gradual release of pressure and if the rubber band is tight enough it may prevent that.

There is also a video earlier in this thread that shows how you can check the vacuum plastic gasket inside the dome. Sometimes it gets plugged or is not seated properly. If you pump 10 times and get good suction then it should remain for a good while. If not, you know the areas to check-dome (cracked? Never happened to me), inside vacuum pump (need cleaning-has happened to me), bad sleeve fit (a slight hole or not tight or tacky enough-has happened to me-I now only use the LG sleeve and use a rubber band). How much weight can the phallosan support if being used as a hanger?
