Since I joined , my progress has been ridiculously small (0.2 at midshaft (thickest), probably more elsewhere), I overtrained often, didn't use heat, switched routine when I was gaining (at the start) , had some lack of consistency , injuries, I did it all.
I also blame the gods of PE for it, since some put way less effort into it than I did and gained much more. But that could be the point, I put too much effort, too early.
There are plenty of different exercises to target girth, squeezes , jelqing (plenty of different ways to do that), clamping etc... The main problem is to find the sweet spot of intensity, the right combination of exercises, as of yet, I haven't.
To sum it up I often did the opposite of the advice I gave you :biggrin1:
