I didn't read it on thunder's I had this idea in mind and others shared my view.
I've done girthwork for years and didn't gain anything, so I might as well try something new!

_ 40 mn Tunica stretches

_ 30 mn of jelqing

The session felt nice, I'll have to be wary not to overdo it, might as well take tomorrow off.

Popol what is the exercise which you consider best for you for gaining girth...And could you tell me your progress in gaining girth and last question...how many years you have been doing PE?3-4?

Since I joined , my progress has been ridiculously small (0.2 at midshaft (thickest), probably more elsewhere), I overtrained often, didn't use heat, switched routine when I was gaining (at the start) , had some lack of consistency , injuries, I did it all.

I also blame the gods of PE for it, since some put way less effort into it than I did and gained much more. But that could be the point, I put too much effort, too early.
There are plenty of different exercises to target girth, squeezes , jelqing (plenty of different ways to do that), clamping etc... The main problem is to find the sweet spot of intensity, the right combination of exercises, as of yet, I haven't.
To sum it up I often did the opposite of the advice I gave you :biggrin1:

Keep it up bro we are in it together, I have gained 0,2 inch in midshaft in one year and 3 months :D...I definitely agree with you...we just need to find that sweet spot..You know it happens when you want to achieve something so much that you do everything for it and sometimes it is too much...

aaand I dont understand how someone can do 20-30 min of tunica stretches my dick would die

Btw my girth looks little bigger now maybe it is because of that tunica stretches which I incorporated to my workout 5x 20 sec...:biggrin1:

Lately I've felt thicker too, hope I won't be deceived in the next few weeks!

Rest day. I still edged for a while yesterday, and today did it a bit as well.

Oh my.. What a second edging session, I was really hard and thicker. Love that, I'll need to edge more often.

It was quite an annoying set since my EL was hard to raise when needed. This is mostly due to my edging to porn with release over the last few days. Tomorrow will most likely be off.

Lots of bullshit surrounding the exercise, and if you look at the thread on mos very few reported gains from them, I don't know what to think about these. Have a look at slow squash jelqs if you haven't.

I'm not doing too many squeezing exercises right now, I loved to do them but have felt discomfort on the dorsal veins too often the last few months. So now I'm back to basics, jelqing and stretching.

And it feels great! I'll post more about my jelqing if something positive comes out of it..

Relax and don't demand it to "perform" on command, libido will improve. :)

Thanks for the positive words Mrb8, it has been fluctuating a lot since May. Fluctuating was during the best weeks.

Moving on:

_ 35 mn of tunica stretches

_ 45 mn of jelqing . It was pleasant, felt great at times, but I felt I needed to stop to increase EL too often. Yet I managed to stay positive and turned these opportunies in squeezes/intense jelqs.


_ Later I added a bit of edging and some of my beloved squeezes.
