Well yes some have, people have also gained from the bathmate. There is no reason not to gain, what matters is which one you prefer, you're still pumping, but using a different medium. ( I have created a thread on water pumping )
Try it over the course of a week and see how you like it.

_ quick set of air pumping, I wasn't convinced by anything and quit.

It seems I'm getting a nice expansion length wise, I'm not so sure about girth. I wonder if waterpumping workload is the same at mid and lower shaft compared to upper shaft and the glans. I also don't know if the way I pump is more geared towards length gains, now that I stuck a tailor tape on my cylinder I obviously play with length numbers, maybe I shouldn't. I'll continue to do this for one or two weeks and will then reassess if girth expansion is interesting or not.

I've switched to mostly warm water pumping now. Not sure if this is something you do as well, but I do a lot of shaking the cylinder up and down, then kegel. Initially, this generally generates some assistance to getting to maximum expansion, verified by the drop from 5 Hg to 3 or 4, and I pump back to 5. At certain points, with the kegel assistance, I can feel the lower portion of the shaft become rock hard. My Leluv cylinder has measurements on the cylinder, but when measuring with a solid ruler, they are off slightly, I keep that in mind. When I start my set I'm generally 7 3/8, but can reach 7 5/8 by the end.

I believe I am getting decent girth expansion in the lower portion of the shaft during the set.

I do kegels as well, it doesn't make so much a difference but definitely help with the glans and a bit with shaft expansion. I have some girth expansion, but it seems to be less than what I experienced a week ago. Of course I was doing squeezes at the time , so it makes sense. I also believe I'm longer now.
I have a new idea I want to give a try, other than that I'm thinking about ignoring edema. I'm not too far away from packing the cylinder, and the sooner I pack it, the sooner the cylinder's wall will limit/prevent lymph fluid build up. Which means shaft will catch up quick.
You can just use the measurements on the cylinder, what matters is the progress not the size.
I'm also not sure I should try to expand more lengthwise if I want to increase girth, actually I believe the contrary could be true.





Just for my own record, I'm very close to 20 cm while at my max expansion in the tube.

After the previous two sets completed during the afternoon, I just did a 40 mn set of waterpumping and it felt awesome.
Expansion was great, girth wise too, I was pressed against the cylinder's wall in many different spots, not to say most of my shaft was very close to do the same.
I need to keep going with this, even if some session feel less efficient.
I could feel some soreness when I started, so the previous work out definitely did something.

I will most likely do a second session it's too much fun. There is one thing I have a few concerns about . Glans are hit harder than the rest of the shaft, they feel really sore when the rest of the shaft feels fine.

What is your aim for girth as far as stats go and what is your current girth?

Last time I measured I was 5.7 at my max, which is midshaft. We'll see what is the outcome in the next few months, lately I felt a bit girthier (obviously I'm doing PE all the time) , depending on EQ (which is often too low).
I hope to reach 6 inches of girth by summer. If I ever hit that number I'll most likely go for 6.2 , which , in any case, should help me maintain at 6 if I quit PE for a while. I would also love to even out my girth (6 inches of girth from base to midshaft).

Same midshaft as me well I might gain some more girth with hanging that would be cool. My EQ is not at it best either.

I personally do not believe in pumping that much but have not tried it myself. I look at it more like ''swelling of tissue'' so it is a big question will it leave you with permanent gains.

I think clamping would be much better since it is more of an expension from the inside if you get what I mean.

And people have gained from it, some have gained a lot. As any form of PE, it is tricky. A while ago I clamped and found it completely negative, in my case clamped edging is way better.

I guess it is one of those things that you will not know without trying.

After your pumping experiments you will see will it work or not. I guess time will tell eventually was pumping worth it or was it just temporary swelling.

I have my faith in clamping more as far as girth goes due to increased EQ while I just find clamping interesting.

I might play around with pumping in future when I will beging focusing on my girth.:)

_ 40 mn of waterpumping, it felt intense, packing the cylinder feels intense and I love it!
The skin is a bit thicker than usual, but good progress, the quicker I'll pack the cylinder , the quicker it will prevent lymph fluid build up. I mean I hope it does. No lymphocele/doughnut.

I are noticed this too I recieved my new 2 inch cyclinder and after a session it was not as long or thick as my 1.75 cyclinder I'm wondering by water pumping if the water is aiding as cushion and streching the shaft longer which expanding it as well. I'll try my new cyclinder for two weeks and see what happens.
