15 mn of pumping

10 mn of jelqing, I felt (yesterday I felt it too) something weird near my pf / anus.

15 mn of pumping

20/03 , day 5 off porn.

Actually a while ago when I pumped I felt something really weird near the base, on the dorsal part, it felt as if something was pinched and I felt real discomfort right from this spot to the glans. I even had to stop.

Now I felt it again , the cylinder seem to put pressure there and I believe it's the same area that was providing discomfort when I squeezed or clamped and had to stop.

Today and yesterday I felt something weird in my pf/ anus, as if there was a beat and again that pinching sensation, even when edging it did happen. It was synchronized with my stimulation of the glans.
I don't know if it was simply a problem with muscles or nerves.

I'm no doctor, time off from pumping and squeezing should help me come back to normal.

Jelqing seem to be ok, same for tunica stretches, but for sure there is no more pumping, or squeezing for a long while.
Needless to say PE is really pissing me off.

I will see if jelqing and tunica stretches are fine after a few days off, if so then awesome, otherwise goodbye PE for the next few months.

I'll also look into yoga to stretch the pf as well as the whole body. The unpleasant sensation I felt near pf/anus could have been initiated by working out.

Have you tried edging without releasing? Or only releasing every few days? I find it is good for EQ, increased libido/horniness etc.

Edged quite a lot today, as I couldn't do anything else.
Released at night, KABOOOOM.

Oh yes I tried it and recommend it often to get a low libido roaring again. It just depends on how I feel.
The edging session was great today , nice size and EQ.
The same happened yesterday, I released and yet today I was up for it.
I have noticed if I go for too many days without releasing libido /eq lowers.

No dfc, I always go for the ceiling fan now, she is always up there begging for it.

Me too. Kind of like the whole system just gives up and sulks in the corner.

Welcome to the no porn club, Popol. It has been very beneficial to me. The pain near your anus, PF might have to do with your prostate. If I stretch the internal penis too much I have felt similar, also if I have a big hard Bowel Movement. The pain is always into my shaft, which made it hard for me to determine. It definitely comes from my prostate. Good luck, keep it up, you continue to inspire me.

Maybe keep the club's entrance closed then as I keep coming in and out of it.
What could cause such prostate pain?
I don't think it's what happens, I had other light physical troubles and 'm convinced it's the neuro-muscular problem.
Nothing crazy though.

That door swings both ways for many. I am glad to hear nothing serious. I noticed the pain similar to that from my 41/2 inch cylinder that is designed to encapsulate the shaft and scrotum at the same time. It is meant to help with length by pulling on the inner penis. If I over did the pumping with that one I got similar prostate pain.

Might need to rest for a length of time. Take a couple of days off, no contact. If you get the pain then maybe a week off. If you continue to have discomfort/pain then maybe see the doc. Might be PE-related injury. Hope it eases off soon, popol :(

Thanks, I think the pain at the base is related to PE, but it didn't go away when I took 80 days off, so I'm better off doing jelqs and stretches. No squeezes for poor popol.
The pain in the pf-anus is something else. Should be fine.

Yesterday I did 25 -30 mn of squeezes. I didn't squeeze too hard , focused the pressure on the sides (more tiring for the fingers but better for dorsal veins/nerves/arteries) . I also try to experiment with different positioning of the lower back to see if it changes anything to the pain I was experiencing earlier.
I couldn't jelq nor do my tunica stretches , I hope tomorrow I will.
I will have to take an other week off in a about a week, needless to say I have no more goals for June.
