Yes I thought about that, I'm curious to find out if my nerve problems are actually located in the pen , or somewhere else and if positioning can play a part.

I'd like to play with PE a bit more ( jelqing and stretching) , see if I can gain, if not take a long time off, focus on edging as you said.
My EQ fluctuates a lot though, I gave it a go earlier but it was frustrating. If I take time off it would have to be at least 5-6 months if not a year, so I'm not prepared for such a loss yet :biggrin1:

I'm also considering a way to pump and avoid putting any pressure on the dorsal part. It would probably require a bigger cylinder and a sort of incomplete cockring (not wrapping around the top half) , so the pressure at the base is focused on the other sides. I'm not sure I want to splash out on this.

Jelqing and stretching is the way to go for now, I'll see if positioning allow me to throw in a few squeezes as I'm a huge fan.

You could try ballooning if you like as it involves minimal contact but can get you very hard. Unusually I find it gives better erections than edging for a long time does, my pelvic muscle sometimes hurts after a while.

Have you considered seeking some medical checks/advice to see what can be done to ease your pain?

Yep I have, when I say I edge I often do both ballooning and edging. When I say EQ, I actually think it's more about libido, which does fluctuate a lot. Springtime seems to help a bit. Real life flesh could also increase it .
I may do a thorough hormonal check up anyway.

Today :

_ 20 mn Flaccid and semi erect tunica stretches .

_20 mn of jelqing, that was a annoying to perform , so I proceeded to add quite a few squeezes (40 seconds - 1 mn holds) .

_ Edged for a bit.

So Popol, I did some experimenting to try and replicate what I was describing to you. I paid close attention to multiple factors.
1- pumping with the large cylinder like I earlier described causes a pulling sensation pain from the anus area, traveling through whole of pelvic floor. Also pain into abdomen similar to ache after a nut rack.
2- pain in pelvic floor, anus area specifically builds throughout time until I orgasm. This is especially noticeable with squeezing, clamped edging, or/ and jelqing.
3- pain stays as a dull ache near the anus unless I activate it with the above conditions. It gets lessened by orgasm.
I Dont know if any of this will help you, but gave it the old college try.

I have noticed pumping tenses up my pelvic floor a lot, I try to do reverse kegels and it helps a bit. So I can definitely feel the pull too.
I know I have nerve pain (stabbing pain throughout the shaft), I most likely injured my pf (pain + muscle spasms build up as I edge) by sitting on a hard ball for a while (I thought it would help relax it, not) .

I'll try to play with PE without awakening pain ( jelqing and stretching are fine). If it doesn"t work I'm giving myself a big fat rest.

Yesterday was a rest day.

Today:

Surprisingly I struggled to perform tunica stretches, I tried for a while and then switched to squeezes. Each rep wasn't held for too long, but I managed to perform a decent amount of them.

35-40 mn of jelqing.

No time for tunica stretches today, I thought I was a bit longer but I'm actually a tad bit shorter than my previous max measurement. Pretty annoying since I did quite a few tunica stretches.

Hopefully I can stick with consistency to the tunica stretches and jelqing combo for the next two months.
I'm pondering using a homemade hanger to make super lazy tunica stretches.

Today I did half 10-15 mn erect bends. I target an annoying part of the tunica (tissue feels a bit tougher, it's also narrower) with these.
Then I proceeded to 25 mn of intense jelqing: 1 mn hold of a compressing squeeze, then I turn this into a jelq , very slow, tight grip , and go on as long as it's effective. I did about 5 sets of 4.5-5 mn .

I don't know if the bends can help with this spot, or if I should just leave it be, we'll see.
