I managed to get 35 mn of jelqing (threw in a few squeezes) under my belt.
I shall do the tunica stretches later at night, hidden.

I did 10-15 mn of tunica stretches in bed, not convinced.

Edged for an hour + , I was still thicker. I need to work more on reverse kegels while edging.

Later I added quite a few squeezes, edged a bit and released (at last).

I spent a bit too much time edging, but it always happens when I don't release for many days in a row. Brain is just disconnected and wiener wins.

Today I could do my beloved routine:

_ 40 mn of tunica stretches under IR lamp, this felt awesome, long time no see.

_ 35 mn of jelqing. This was really intense.

Today is a rest day :common001:

I still did bends / semi erect stretches on an area that is smaller and doesn't want to catch up with midshaft yet.
Maybe I'll have to do them more often.

The session was bad, low EQ and sore hands didn't help with either squeezes or jelqs.

I don't know, at this point maybe I should just go with advocet's idea on pumping for ED and leave PE aside, even though I love my tunica stretches - jelqing routine. A great EQ should help me edge and gain some confidence.

Three 10 mn sets of pumping (advocet's idea on pumping for ED) with 10 mn of jelqing in between.

I want a fully functional schlong again. I'm already way above average so should stop being a douche (it will be tough).
Right now I'm as healthy as a 75 years old man who doesn't know about jelqing, pumping or kegels.

Maybe I should take a whole 6 months off PE, I don't know. It could be mostly mental since when I go out I get semis often, I will see if things get better in the next couple of weeks.

An annoying session, this takes too long and jelqing is getting at me.
When I can do efficient jelqs as I did a week ago, it's awesome. If not, it's just unpleasant and unproductive.

On a good note I was quite horny and could edge in the morning.
I hope this session will lead to more of the same tomorrow, especially since I didn't release.

This session was nice.
I could jelq the way I like it as I had only little problems to maintain the erection level.
I'll keep doing this as long as I can , rather short low hg pumping sets to improve EQ, and a bit of jelqing in between .
I needed only a very small amount of lube for the whole session, therefore it was much less of a chore. Same with the number of sets, two sets instead of three is much less annoying.
It still takes too long to my taste, more than hour of PE is a lot of time.
2 days no porn and no release.

It seems to get better , the last two pumping / jelqing sessions helped. I also know it fluctuates a lot and I've not released in two days.
I'll keep doing these pumping sets and will monitor my EQ.
It is much more important than gaining, and should even help me gain.
Thank your for asking (was there any hidden interest ? ;)) .

Hey popol, why do you jelq as well as pump? I see pumping as a quite intense exercise. Adding in jelqs on top of that, won't it be too much? Just curious incase I want to start some pumping in the future.

It's not a bad thing to mix manual work and pumping.
I'm actually doing something light not to hurt my EQ. 10 mn pumping sets at 3-5 HG are easy on the pen, the jelqing allows to get things moving again, both blood and lymph fluid.
It should also be an interesting way to get conditioned for pumping. Do a short set, then your manual work out, and increase the duration of the pumping set overtime until you reach 30-45 mn without much fluid build up or decrease in EQ.

I edged earlier in the day, not rock hard but decent erection quality, no release yesterday nor today.
When I can edge like this (nothing incredible) , the work out goes well as I can do my favourite jelqs.

I barely use any jelq, which make the session much more pleasant.

Day 4 of no porn. I've decided to quit it, I read libido could be really damaged from it (especially since I started sexual (no)life with it in my teens and never gave up) and require more than 3 months to kick start again properly. Anyway if this is bullshit, I still want to quit since I can't be bothered anymore to see two individuals having fun (or pretending to) when I'm sitting in a chair with five fingers as partners. Time to start getting a life :biggrin1:
