Routine remains the same but I've dropped to 10 pounds per session, 10 to 15 minutes each, with vibration. Three to four sessions per day, sometimes repeating in the evening if I have time (usually not). Just got back from a business trip so I had a full week of rest from PE. Every time I've taken a significant break, my temporary post-session flaccid size increases a bit. No gains, still sitting at 8.6 and 6.5. Last few erections were very good. Blood pressure meds are definitely messing with my ability to keep an erection. It's gonna be a long row to hoe but I think I can eventually get off of them.
I noticed in your log at some point you switched from pumping to clamping...would you mind sharing if you noticed girth gains more from clamping? I believe my EQ was way better the few times I clamped compared to pumping. Also would you mind sharing routine days off from clamping etc?

Not sure if you mentioned it and I forgot, but what blood meds are you on. What effects are you experiencing?
Amlodipine and metoprolol. I'm not having any trouble getting an erection but it's difficult keeping it past about 15 or 20 minutes. I've been using cock rings which sort of fixes the problem but I'd prefer not to have to use them obviously.

The reason for switching to clamping was more for EQ than girth gains. I was already very girthy before PE so it's always been more about EQ. My days off I don't do anything at all. Sometimes I wear a sleeve but usually I don't do anything.

I tried some variations over the past few weeks but I keep going back to the same routine of 10 lb for 10 minutes, 4 times a day, clamping after sessions 2 and 4, short pump at the end between 5 and 10 in Hg. Blood pressure has stabilized at around 130/80, some days lower. I still haven't gotten a straight answer to how gastritis could cause my blood pressure and glucose to skyrocket but hopefully I can start weaning off of at least some of the meds if I can regularly get closer to 100/70 and normal blood glucose. Still no gains for several months. Still having issues keeping an erection. I suppose I should be happy with the gains I've made but it's frustrating to have plateaued for so long.

Hit a new personal record for post-session flaccid size. Immediately after yesterday's evening session, my flaccid measured right at 7 inches.

The only thing I've changed that seems to have affected the above is doing 3 sessions at the base, spend more time with manual stretches afterward, and finish the last session with it toward the end. We'll see.

Not long. Maybe a month, two tops. I'd say I gained maybe a quarter inch but how much of that was stretches and pumping I was also doing then is hard to say. I was doing a ridiculous amount of pumping around that time. I despise the QEP though. It's torture compared to vacuum bell type devices.



The Sillistretcher is by far more than anything else responsible for all my "newbie gains". I was able to use it as an ADS and hanger. The Penomet exploded my initial girth but after the first six months or so I've gained nothing in girth, which is fine, since I started very girthy and it always bugged me before I gained the extra length that it looked like a pop can it was so wide compared to its length. I honestly think I way overdid it with the Penomet pump. I don't think the QEP is responsible for much. It's so damned uncomfortable.



I used it as an ADS for about 4 hours average per day and also used it as a hanger, although anything over about 8 pounds was uncomfortable. As far as simplicity it's very easy to use and is fairly discreet although I never wore it in public.

What I'm using now is an LG Hanger and the air pump I got from MOS quite a while ago. I had to replace the hand pump. I'll be honest, MOS customer service is pretty lacking. I tried contacting them multiple times about the "lifetime warranty" on the pump and just got crickets. I eventually just got a little better quality brake line pump off of Amazon since that's all it is. The LG Hanger is comparatively expensive, but I understand it's a niche product to begin with and no one else is doing the same thing. I can hang while I work or watch TV and it's comfortable enough that I don't really need to think about it. I've used as much as 15 pounds but I usually use 10. If I had it all to do again I would have gotten the LG Hanger. It's far and away more comfortable than anything else I've used and I'm starting to see results again after a stubborn plateau.
do they not sell penomets anymore? do you recommend another newbie water pump?

That's the only one I've ever used. My air pump can work with water but I never use it that way. Just too inconvenient.

Routine remains the same but I'm going to move to 15 lb for each session. I should have seen some evidence of gains by now and I'm just not seeing anything yet. I found that if I just get a little chubby before cinching down the clamp, it holds a lot better and doesn't slip when I use it toward the end which can sting. Using 15 lb for both the base and the tip worked well and was comfortable.

Yeah I clamp it right at the base with 10 to 15 lb and then do one final one right behind the glans. It typically shrinks back to between 6 and 6.5 within an hour or two.

Not sure. I've been doing it for quite a while so if it's a contributor it's cumulative with everything else. Hanging at the base is much more comfortable especially with vibration. Starting yesterday I'm removing the vibration element for a while as the only thing it seems to improve is short term flaccid size. If I had used it from the beginning where I made all my gains, it may have been an accelerator but I'll never know.

Where do you put the vibrator on the hanger?

Do you use a compression hanger with vibrator, or a vac hanger , or both ?

I stopped using a vac hanger and only use a compression hanger now (Total Man). I 3D-printed a custom mount for a shaker table vibrator with a hook on one side to connect my hanger. I use theraband wrapped around the vibration motor with a carabiner holding the weight. It's significantly more powerful than just using a sex toy or whatever.

I have a friend that recommended one of those vibrating sex toys, ive never gotten one, as I have a pump under my bed and weights, compression hanger and vac hanger all in my room. I did buy a vibrator, and did hang with it before, but didnt find a good spot

Ime a compression is best for heavier weights

Ill have to maybe play around with the vibrator. Not sure if it does anything besides more blood flow and if too horny expansion of the penis, which isnt the best thing for compression hanging especially

Curious what made you switch from Vac to Comp hanger?

I got a bad blister once which heavily biased my decision to switch, as well as it's just easier to hang heavier weight safely with a compression hanger. The trade off of course is you have to take it off a lot more often.

My understanding is that with compression hanging is that sets are usually around 20 minutes. Is that how long your sets last? How many sets would you do if you were just starting to do compression hanging? What weight did you start out with and what are you up to now?

I do 4 sessions of 10 to 15 minutes each. If I was just starting out I would do at least 4 sets, as many as time allows. I started with 2 pounds and use 10 pounds now. Occasionally 15 but I almost always just use 10.

Updated my routine the last week or so, trying to do it once in the morning and once in the evening:

15 minutes @ 10 lb, end of shaft
Manual stretches for a few minutes
15 minutes @ 15 lb, base of shaft
Manual stretches for a few minutes
Clamp 5 minutes
Pump 10 minutes @ 10 in Hg
15 minutes @ 15 lb, end of shaft
Manual stretches for a few minutes
15 minutes @ 10 lb, end of shaft with vibration
Manual stretches for a few minutes
Clamp 5 minutes
Pump 10 minutes @ 10 in Hg
Wear a sleeve to keep it extended for about an hour

My wife commented it feels thicker lately. No change in erect girth but I think my EQ has gotten back close to normal after my long protracted illness.

Blood pressure is back to normal averaging about 110/70. Blood glucose is taking some time to get back to normal, still swinging between 70 and 180, mg/dL, sometimes higher if I eat something carb heavy. A1C was down to 6.9 last check. Expect next check to be around 6.4 given the GMI estimate on my CGM app (it seems to estimate high by about 0.4). It's going to take a while to recover. Doctor said I'm a rare case where I'm not type 1 and not type 2 but like type 1.5 because of pancreatic swelling; a sudden decrease in insulin with no symptoms like neuropathy, etc. He expects it to reverse eventually, but may be considered type 2 for quite a while.

No increase in length or girth yet but given junior is performing better, I won't complain.
