4 sessions in the morning, 4 sessions this evening, 5 min each @ 10lb with vibration. I'm preferring 7 on the controller just because I can feel the most effect and it kind of feels good too. If the controller is linear, a setting of 7 should be around 2800 RPM. 5 minute pump @ 10 in Hg and a 5 minute clamp, then a sleeve with tight fixtures at the front and back for about an hour.

Been doing the same routine for a while now. I haven’t measured my erect size in a while but the last time we got busy my wife said I felt bigger. I like to wait until she can measure mainly because that’s when I have my best erections. Still seeing a 1/4 inch more than usual in my BPSFL with vibration.

Continuing same routine; 3 to 4 5-minute hangs @ 10 lb with vibration. I get the most felt vibration with 4 on the controller. The few times I use 15lb, 7 seems to have the most effect. 5 minute pump @ 10 in Hg, 5 minute clamp, sleeve for an hour. Junior was really red after today's pump, more than usual. Today was the first time I saw an extra 1/4 inch in the tube. I hardly ever see more length in the tube. I haven't measured erect gains yet but I'm crossing my fingers.

I’ve been staying away from the PT-141 only using it once a month. It works a bit too well and it’s frustrating to be that horny for at least two days sometimes three. Routine hasn’t changed. Thinking about printing a clamp out of TPE for low weight hanging for longer periods.

I 3D printed a mount for the vibration motor to mount on the end of an LG Hanger extender. Definitely more direct translation of vibration into the tissues. Anything over about 3 on the controller feels like it’ll shake your dick off. I’m going to use it for a couple weeks and then do a couple weeks back on the tube, then a couple weeks back on the hanger and see which one results in the most temporary post-routine gains. I haven’t measured erect length for quite a while but my wife says I’ve felt bigger the last few times.

The extender mount works well but I need to design a small support to widen the clamp strings so there is more room to stretch. Kind of hard to explain but my dick is long enough (yes a deliberate humble brag haha) that with the hanger cord and the mount, the threaded rods of the extender aren't quite long enough. I get a stretch and it shakes the sh*t out of junior but it really needs to pull harder. I went back to the stand up hanger mount for now.

The vibration setup with the hanger is by far the easiest setup to use, so I'm thinking of updating the design of the hanger mount to attach directly to the compression clamp. It would translate a lot more vibration and not hang so low with the weights on.
For some reason my flaccid is crazy long today. I haven't done anything different although I took yesterday as a rest day and I had impressive morning wood this morning.

Since restarting my routine, gains have been negligible. I might have gotten to 8.6 with a stellar erection but that's it. My last couple sessions I've been using 15 lb and pumping/clamping between hanging sessions. I'm seeing an extra 1/4" temporary gains with the more extreme weight and am feeling the fatigue I haven't felt in quite a while. Current routine is 4 sessions of 5 minutes with 15 lb, pump to 10-12 in Hg for 2 to 4 minutes, clamp for 2 to 4 minutes between each hang.
I'm still stuck around 201 or 202 and am hoping to lose another 20 pounds. I know my NBP length would be a lot more impressive without the fat pad.

I retrofitted the extender vibration mount to use as a hanger mount which delivers much more vibration than the one I designed for hanging. Routine doing 15 pounds for 5 minutes with pumping and clamping between sessions continues. Still seeing 1/4 inch extra temporary gains I just wish they'd stay permanent. Adding longer hangs with 10 pounds with the LG hanger (no vibration) post-session.

Routine continues. The retrofitted mount is working well. It's making a difference in flaccid length for sure. My wife even noticed and she sees it every day. No real erect gains yet. It's hard to tell; I may have made a very slight gain but it's so small it's hard to tell.

Continuing with the retrofitted mount. Trying to do more sessions at 15 lb but still mostly 10 lb. One thing that's definitely working better is to secure the hangar to the base with 10 to 15 lb for between 5 and 10 minutes, then do a short pump. Of course everything bunches at the head, but the pump stretches it back out, and my temporary length is longer. All hanging is done with vibration at as low a frequency as I can tolerate. I'm feeling confident I've gotten to 8.6 but I'll wait until my wife can measure it properly this weekend.

It's hard to say for sure, since I made all my gains without it. It is making a difference with post-session gains. It took close to a year just to gain 0.1 inch, but I've only been using a more powerful vibration motor for less than half of that time. I would definitely absolutely 100% recommend it for anyone starting out.

I 3D-printed a mount for the vibration motor with a hook on one end for the paracord loop that extends from my TotalMan hanger. I hang the weight from a length of theraband wrapped around the motor/mount. I had originally designed the mount for an extender, but it works better than the one I designed specifically for hanging since it transmits the vibration much better, and I found using it with an extender was too awkward.

Continuing the same routine. I was occasionally trying 15 lb instead of 10 but it doesn't seem to make any difference and it gets pretty uncomfortable after about 5 minutes, so I'm going to stick with 10. Gain rate seems to be about 0.1 inches every 6 months but I'll take it.

No girth changes. Only pumping long enough to improve EQ, typically 5 minutes or less. Previous goal was 7 but to me that's just too thick, so hopefully I DON'T gain any more girth.

I don't think vibration is a "game changer" but I always get an extra quarter inch temporary gains vs without it. There also seems to be a sweet spot where I get the best results. Not sure of the frequency, I'd guess somewhere between 10 and 30 hz. Extremely high frequency is very stimulating, so much that it's hard to focus on anything else. Too low and it feels more like it's yanking it off. Using the larger motor is far more effectual than the vibrating sex toy I was using.

Continuing the same routine. I updated my current length from 8.5 to 8.6. It took like 6 months of daily sessions and about 6 months of occasional (maintenance) sessions just to gain 0.1 inches, but I'll take it. I also updated my starting length to 6.75 since I gained that first half inch so incredibly fast, I have to chalk it up to recovering atrophy rather than legit gains. I reset my goal to 6.5 (my current base girth), since getting any thicker, at least for me, doesn't really make any sense. I haven't gained any girth in forever so I'm not too worried about gaining girth.

That puts my total gains at 1.76 x 0.5, coming up on 4 years. It's not even close to linear but if it was that would be about 0.44 inches per year. I could go through my log and get fairly exact numbers but IIRC, I think it was like 0.75 the first year, maybe 0.5 the second year, and the rest over the following two years. The incredibly slow current progress means it will take another 4 years to get to 9 if ever. I've come to actually enjoy doing it in the mornings and evenings, and it's fun to show my wife my temporary gains after a session lol.

Same routine continues but I used 15 pounds for 2 sets. Really feeling the fatigue. I might step it up to that more often. I find it hard to believe I was only 6.25 only 4 years ago. Granted I gained like half an inch in just a couple months that I can only chalk up to regaining from atrophy due to declining sexual activity and getting very heavy over the better part of a decade, but still, that extra 1.76 makes a difference, even though it's only like half the length of my pinky finger.

Same routine continues. Mostly backing off to 10 pounds and doing fulcrum hanging for one set, which is just a thick rubber hose held under the base and pulling up with my hands. The vibration translates into the hose so after a session it feels like you've been riding a motorcycle for an hour.

Also trying to keep a sleeve on for at least an hour or more after my routine. I use a silicone sleeve with a girth band at the base and a short length of silicone sleeve at the end to keep either end from slipping. I can reliably keep it extended to a little over 7 3/4 without an erection. For comparison I hang about 6.5 flaccid at room temperature. Maybe 6.75 on a hot day. It's easier to get it extended that far by clamping for about 5 minutes with the sleeve rolled into itself (very tight) at the base, then roll it out while I still have a "fake" erection, put the girth band and the short piece of sleeve on, and let it go soft. After about an hour it starts to get a bit uncomfortable and I take it off.

Continuing with fulcrum hanging. Ocassionally using 15 pounds although I don't think it's all that necessary. My wife has noticed my flaccid size is often larger than it used to be. I got an IR wrap that I've been using at night. I typically either wrap it around a pump tube and either leave it flaccid or pump it up just enough to keep a seal and wear it for about half an hour. It does help with healing but I doubt it does anything to accelerate growth.
