No PE this week due to business trip. I should get back to it Saturday. It feels like something major is missing from my daily routine. Got flagged again by TSA so I guess I’m doing something right lol.

Continuing my routine which I've stuck to pretty religiously the last few months:

Morning
5 minute warmup
5 minute hang @ 10 lb, end of shaft
10 hard stretches of about 15 seconds each
5 minute hang @ 10 lb, end of shaft
10 hard stretches of about 15 seconds each
5 minute hang @ 10 lb, base of shaft
10 hard stretches of about 15 seconds each
5 minute hang @ 10 lb, end of shaft, with fulcrum at base (thick rubber hose running under base, held up as high as possible)
5 minute pump @ 10 in Hg (sometimes less)
5 minute clamp
Wear a sleeve tightly clamped at base and behind glans that almost simulates a full erection for about an hour. Need to get at least a little hard first. Wrap an IR wrap around it for the first 20 minutes. Gets very warm without getting hot.

Evening
Repeat the same in the evening, sometimes skipping a few steps.
Depending on time, extended IR wrap watching TV in bed.
Umzu Testro-X and a very low dose 3-4 mg of cialis at bedtime (every other day) - reliable morning wood

Supplements/foods that actually make a difference
L-Citruline and L-Arginine, mostly L-Citruline
Potassium (about 4 or 5 times what any storebought bottle will say to take - they're plain wrong - it makes a massive difference in blood pressure by working together and offsetting sodium intake)
Vitamin D3 (at least 4 times the usual daily recommended intake)
Vitamn K2 (needed together with D3, scale with the amount of D3, much smaller quantity obviously)
Magnesium (twice recommended daily intake)
Zinc (twice recommended daily intake)
Turmeric
Avacado
Olive oil
Eggs
Kefir and/or Yogurt with L-Rhamnosis and L-Reuteri (among others)
Celery
Sunflower lecethin
NAC
Amino acid blend
Quercetin
Berberine (it really does reduce cholesterol levels but tastes absolutely awful - get it in pill form the powder is dreadful and the aftertaste lingers).
High-protein, extremely low sugar and carb diet
Umzu Floracil-50
Umzu Testro-X
Umzu Redwood
Texas Superfood
Benfotiamine (fat soluble B1)
Alpha Lipoic acid (works together with B1)
B-Complex (Umzu daily B or other, Umzu is pretty expensive)

I've probably forgotten some but those are the ones with a noticeable difference, not necessarily PE related.

I’ve been fulcrum hanging regularly the last few months and was surprised after about an hour of being in a sleeve with heat, my BPFL (non-stretched) was just under 7 inches. I’ll take it.

Continuing hanging method. Basically with fulcrum half the time and the other half without. I got diagnosed with a duodenal ulcer about 3 weeks ago and due to diet restrictions, I lost over 15 pounds practically fasting for two straight weeks. Even losing that much weight over a very short amount of time hasn't made much of a difference in my fat pad. My belly is a little smaller and I can see some fat loss in my face and neck area. An ulcer is the most painful thing I've ever experienced, but the light at the end of the tunnel is that I can blast my system with DHA, EPA and Omega-3 fish oil to flush some of the bad fat in my liver. I had a bunch of scans done diagnosing where the pain was coming from and they found my liver was fatty. Not dangerously fatty but it's something easy to fix over a few months.

Mt fat pad has usually been about one inch, and one stay leaner, idk maybe fifteen percent body fat now

How has sleep been two weeks while on super low calories?

Are you taking any thing for sleep besides the more natural supplements like magnesium glyinate, THC or CBD ?

Sleep was absolutely awful but it’s getting better now. It was mainly the pain causing the inability to stay asleep. I was trying to at least keep my electrolytes up while eating almost nothing. I couldn’t take most of my usual supplements for about 3 weeks as everything irritated the ulcer.

I’m taking Umzu Sleep and Beam Dream depending on how things go. Beam Dream puts you out very quickly but isn’t as good as Umzu Sleep at keeping me asleep. They’re both different combinations of natural sleep aids. Neither of them have that terrible groggy feeling like the drugs have.

If you ever get a mysterious pain in your back that feels like you have a bad flu but no other symptoms, get to a doctor. I ignored it for weeks and am paying the price. The swelling was pushing on one of the main nerves that runs up your back causing mystery pain. Ironically it was likely stomach acid from long periods of fasting. I’ve been taking Prilosec for that but have started winding that down now that I can eat more normally.

Welcome back

That’s a first I’ve heard of fasting causing that. Anything else you were taking that could have caused it?

Did aspirin or nsaids, cause the ulcer?

Im glad you’re back eating. Are you in the gym doing resistance exercise as well? As this would be a prime time to build or regain muscle , from when calories were low, to now they increased

Im low on calories reducing body fat and remember you were lower in calories for a while

I want to get to 100% before I do any lifting or stress exercises. Just been doing calisthenics for now. I lost an unbelievable amount of weight. I'm down to 191 and expect to be around 180 by the end of the year. This ordeal has sort of reset my eating habits; the biggest being much smaller portions, absolutely no food or snacks after 7pm. I usually fast from supper of the previous day to lunch the next day, but no eating after 7pm seems to be more effective. I'm not sure intermittent fasting caused it but that's one possibility.

I've restarted PE taking a break for about 3 weeks. Same routine except today I upped the weight to 15 pounds. If I stay at that, that's the most I'll ever use.

What was your BMI? I’m on a better diet as well … more like controlling my potions. I have a long road ahead. My BMI was 31, so not where I should be. But I’m slowly losing.

I don't really monitor BMI, but I'm naturally muscular and overwieght at the same time. I need to get to 180 or even 170 to really feel like I'm at the right weight. Since I've lost so much weight suddenly my wife said she though my fat pad was a little thinner.

1 10 minute hang at 10 lbs with vibration.
Clamping 5 minutes
1 10 minute hang at 10 lbs with vibration.
Clamping 5 minutes.
Kept semi-erect in a sleeve for about an hour.
Weight 190 this morning.

This semi-maintenance routine is easy to do in the morning and again in the evening if I have time. I'm hoping to get to 8.7 by the end of the year and then stop again for a while.

@PhallicPhun I remember you talked about experimenting with vibration -- do you think it's helping your gains? just briefly looking at medical research in the area, the theory that this can help gains is plausible...

I've been using it for quite a while now. It's hard to say for me since I had just about exhausted all my possible gains before using vibration regularly. It definitely results in a larger temporary post-routine stretched flaccid gain than without it. Some days double what I used to see. All of my experience with vibration has been using a compression hanger. There's also vibration and then there's vibration. I started using a large cock ring sex toy that was probably negligible at best. I'm now using a 12V motor meant for a shaker table that's mated to a 3D-printed mount that I can attach my TotalMan hanger to. It hangs like Jr->Motor->weight. I use a loop of theraband to hang the weight from the motor to smooth out the vibration. It has a controller so I can vary the vibration. I've experimented a bit and I'd say the lower rpms probably work better. The highest rpms feel a little too good and there have been times I think I probably could have orgasmed if I didn't fight it. The lower to mid rpms seem to be the sweet spot.

Same routine but finished with 15 lb.
I think I might start doing that regularly. I can still feel it sitting here wearing a stiff sleeve for the next hour.

I noticed yesterday that post-workout gains were better with consistently ending with 15 lb so I've started using 15 lb for every set. Everything else is the same. Weight is at 194 so I gained a bit.

Continuing same routine but adding a short 2 to 5 minute pump at the end for EQ. Meds for BP seem to be working. I expect doctor will eventually ween me off of them as my BP has actually gone a bit below normal. As suspected, the gastritis spiked my BP and once it's gone the BP went back to normal but with the meds it's dipping below. They also interfere with ability to hold an erection but sildenafil seems to be working for now to counteract it. I hate taking so much stuff but it is helping in the short term.

Routine staying the same. BP is so well controlled I'm hoping to start weening off the meds next year. My gastrointestinal illness earlier this year caused pancreatic issues that are thankfully reversible, but it spiked my blood glucose so I'm trying to get that under control now as well. The good news is that it's slowly coming back down. It may take a little longer for that issue but it's fixable if I can keep with my diet that I was doing anyway just being a lot more strict about it now. No gains for quite a while, still sitting at 8.6 length. EQ is slowly getting better but it's still not what it was.

BP a little higher on average this week but still well controlled. Blood glucose has remained in the normal range all week. Actually gained a few pounds though. Routine remains the same, alternating between 10 and 15 pounds, for two 10 minute sessions. Clamping at the end of the session and pumping every other day.

Routine remains the same but I've dropped to 10 pounds per session, 10 to 15 minutes each, with vibration. Three to four sessions per day, sometimes repeating in the evening if I have time (usually not). Just got back from a business trip so I had a full week of rest from PE. Every time I've taken a significant break, my temporary post-session flaccid size increases a bit. No gains, still sitting at 8.6 and 6.5. Last few erections were very good. Blood pressure meds are definitely messing with my ability to keep an erection. It's gonna be a long row to hoe but I think I can eventually get off of them.

Not sure if you mentioned it and I forgot, but what blood meds are you on. What effects are you experiencing?
