Bib that has made and continues to make Bib hangers claims his penis went from 6 bpel to 10.5 in two years on hanging many, many hours everyday. This is extremely rare and he says hes an outlier and gained because he has weak collagen tissue though out his body.

Its your choice of course, I say keep it going, if its not too much difficulty, if it happens to continue increasing, you may have to slow down sex and slither in slower to stretch her out, but thats more time for sex, which is always a good thing in a committed relationship, better to have sex, than no sex...
He'd be a real outlier if he's not exaggerating. My gains were fast at first but they started slowing way down after about 9 months. She likes the extra length but finds it uncomfortable if we just go at it right away in some positions. She wouldn't be able to take more than 9 inches and it will likely take another year or more to get there so there's plenty of time to think about it.

MOS 2 sets 15 lb, 12 min each, 5 min clamp with squeezes, 10 min pump, 1000 stretches, tight sleeve and girth band for about 2 hours. The supplements I’ve worked out are definitely working. I wake up every morning with a chubby. Regular exercise and fasting are probably helping. Down to 209 today.

MOS 2 sets @ 15 lb, 12 min each, 600 stretches, sleeve most of the day. Pax ginseng definitely has a similar effect as sildenafil although obviously much more mild. About 2 hours after a double dose, I feel mild facial flushing and difficulty NOT getting erections. No nasal congestion like I had when I tried sildenafil. It is nowhere near the effect sildenafil had but it does have a similarly mild effect. If I had ED I doubt it would be an effective replacement but for the purposes of better blood flow it works as advertised.

MOS 2 sets 15 lb, 12 min each, LG 30 min @ 5 lb (fulcrum). 400 stretches. Not a ton of time to go nuts. Wife is noticing changes and reminded me about 9 and no more. The extra intensity lately has me feeling the fatigue again. Favoring longer sets over high weight. Post workout flaccid length is better that way. I doubled my pax ginseng dose this morning and had non stop chubbies throughout the day and a spontaneous erection this evening. Not a teenage titanium missile randomly raging against the world but definitely a lot of random arousal for no reason. I’m interested to see how well L-citruline and pax ginseng work together for morning wood. My wife is way more impressed by my hardness than my size. Combined with 8 hours of elevated temperature I have to say that I’m damn proud of my little guy in the morning lately. It’s taken a while to work out what works and what doesn’t regarding supplements but I think I’ve finally landed on what works for me.

Had to take a break due to a busy schedule but back at it this morning. MOS 1 set 10 minutes @ 15 lb, 1 set 10 minutes @ 20 lb, 5 minute pump @ 7 in Hg, LG 1 hour @ 5 lb. Wore girth band/sleeve for a few hours. Continuing to use the hot hands to apply mild heat throughout the day.

Tuesday and Wednesday same routine as Monday except no pumping and 10 lb for 1 hour with the LG.

MOS 2 sets 12 min @ 15 lb, Pump 15 min @ 7 in Hg, 5 min clamp, LG 1.5 hr @ 10 lb. Wife commented again how long my flaccid was this morning and that my balls were huge. I don’t know if it’s the Testro-X regimen or continued use of the Floracil-50 or a combination but they’ve definitely gotten a bit larger the last 3 or 4 months.

MOS 1 set @ 15 lb, LG 30 min @ 10 lb, 300 stretches. Too busy for a full session. Been eating a lot of celery lately but not seeing a huge difference in semen load. It definitely helps with weight loss though. Down to 208. 18 lb to go.

Do you feel the sleeve or even used as a semi cock ring , pulled up the base, does anything after training or even during the day? or do you think its just a temporally show thing?

I wore one at work the other day and swear I felt more confident and girls were staring .

I wear it for two purposes; first and foremost it keeps it elongated during recovery. How much that helps is debatable, but it's not uncomfortable so as far as I'm concerned, every little bit helps. The other reason is heat retention. My experience is that heat helps with everything. On warmer days it's gonna show if you don't wear loose fitting clothes. If you leave a little space between the base and the sleeve it will allow it to hang more naturally. Depending on your flaccid length it'll still show but it's a body part like anything else. If people look then people look, as long as it's not showing a perfect outline or something haha.

Fulcrum is the bar underneath penis, while hanging correct? Is this for length or girth?
