Don't go by weight ,go by what you look like in the mirror. I've been wearing the silicon band up the base, and it does make the junk hang a bit more. I've been wearing it at work. In addition, if you want penis to appear a bit more hang before she sees you naked, instead of hiding ng it, which you have no issue, you were like six inches flaccid , just excuse yourself to bathroom or face away and take it off, right before she sees you. The visual aspect of a hanging penis causes something in a women. One of exes I stretched it out before me and the look on her face, with a compliment,was definitely worth it😁. Nice effort and putting the work in.

It would probably be good to start wearing it again.

MOS 3 sets @ 10 lb, 7 min each, 300 stretches. All I had time for today.

Unfortunately certain areas are the last place to store bodyfat, while other body parts come off easier. It varies from person to person. That's awesome, about your wife calling you big dick, PE has 100% made your life better.

I find on the girth band, pulling some extra lig skin , so it doesnt slip off, or down, may encourage it to be more stay on the base and secure. Today I did a lot of leg exercises, and hip extension machine where leg comes up, and slid up. No worries though.

Wed through Friday same routine with about 30 minute LG hanger @ 5 lb. Saturday mega routine 4 sets MOS @ 15, 1 @ 20. 45 min LG @ 10 lb. 15 min pump @ 5 to 7 in Hg, short clamp I didn't time. Sunday off.

2 sets MOS @ 15 lb, 10 min each, LG 1 hr @ 5 lb, 100 stretches each before, between and after.

Just a quick 7 min hang @ 15 lb and 200 stretches. Busy day no time for dick stretchin’. Still stuck at 199. Been having munchies lately at night which is a real no no so not a big surprise. Back to the full routine tomorrow.

Wed off, Thu through today same routine except Sat & Sun were monster routines with 4 sets, 2 @ 15 lb, 2 @ 10 lb, 7 min each, LG 10 lb 1.5 hr, 10 min pump both days, clamp on Sun. Post-routine showing higher gains lately. Hopefully August measurement has me at my short term goal.

Been busy. Routine mostly the same between last Monday and today. One of those was another monster routine. Weird thing is there is no pattern to post-routine length. One day it's "man is this thing ever going to grow?" and another it's "man I can rule the world with this hog". Today was a good day though. Post-routine was about 1/8 over my short term goal so hopefully that pans out.

Friday was a fairly intense routine. 4 sets of 15 lb for 5 min each. Starting with 10 to acclimate and then add another 5 after about 1 minute. 45 minutes @ 10 lb with the LG. Pump for 5 minutes, clamp for 5 minutes, staring to wear 3 girth bands stacked on each other for an hour or two post workout instead of one and a sleeve. Using an undersized one on the end helps keep them from slipping. It gets slightly cold after 2 hours but not dangerously so. Saturday is a rest day.

Sunday was also a rest day. Monday 3 sets 5 minutes @ 15 lb, 1 set 5 minutes @ 20 lb, pump 5 minutes @ 7 in Hg. No vac hang today. Still hovering around 200. 201 today. Need to watch the snacks.

6 sets 5 minutes @ 20 lb, 2 sets LG @ 5 lb, 1 hr each, 600 stretches. Finished with 5 minute clamp. Right at 200 lb this morning.

I've been bad about keeping up with the log lately. Stepping up the game lately. 4 to 6 sets @ 15 to 20 lb, LG 30 min twice a day. Pumping more often seems to help with less than stellar EQ lately.

Phallic, Have you had trouble hanging without getting blisters in the 15 lb range? Seeing as to how you dont vaccum hang to that range. Curious .... I have, myself and just figured I'd never be able to hang that high but maybe I'll get a compression hanger. Are compression hangers extremely uncomfortable or do you get used to them?

I got a blister once but I think it was more related to how long I hung for combined with the weight. I've transitioned to compression hanging with more weight than I'm comfortable with using the vacuum hanger, in short 5 minute sessions with up to 4 sets per day. Compression hangers definitely aren't nearly as comfortable but for 5 minutes at a time I can live with it.

Yes I use the soft wrap that came with the hanger that's sort of like gauze but thicker. Using nothing would likely be extremely uncomfortable. I still use the LG but use the compression hanger for the 15 to 20 range. I don't ever use more than that.

Been busy and haven't kept up with logging. Mostly same routine. 2 to 4 sets with 15 to 20 lb for 5 minutes, 100 stretches between sets, 30 min to 1 hr with LG @ 10 lb. Started taking sunflower lecithin and African pygeum but haven't seen much difference yet except once but I think it had more to do with it being several days.

Today was another mega routine. 6 sets @ 15 lb for 5 min, 100 stretches in-between, 10 minute pump, 10 minute clamp, 4 girth bands for the first time for about 1 hour.

What angle do you hang at?

Have you noticed anything from hanging different angles?
Excluding fulcrum hanging which I don't do that often, or with the LG sitting down, I always hang straight down while standing up. Only real option with 15 pounds lol.
