Excluding fulcrum hanging which I don't do that often, or with the LG sitting down, I always hang straight down while standing up. Only real option with 15 pounds lol.

I hang sd, btc. Aim for quite a bit or a lot more of sd , then btc .

Why not sit down and hang sd, why wouldn't that work as good as standing sd?

My 15 and 20 pound sessions are only 5 minutes long. It's easier to just stand than fight with trying to squat on the edge of a chair. I have a standup desk so I can actually just work at my desk while I'm doing my sessions and then motor it back down to sitting position if I'm hanging with the LG or whatever else that doesn't involve very heavy weight.

Sunday was a rest day, Monday regular routine, Tuesday and today were rest days just because I was unusually busy. Back to the regular (stepped up) routine tomorrow. Woke up with the hardest morning erection I've had in years this morning. Like steel rod hard not just the usual morning chubby. The only thing different is I've been taking sunflower lecithin and African pygeum the last several weeks. Hopefully not a one off. I'm not sure if it's wishful thinking since it's only a data point of two so far but the last couple ejaculations have been way more than usual. I'm very (very) interested to see if this stuff actually works. I've been taking slightly higher zinc, folic and amino acids which may also be helping. It will just take time to see if it actually works to increase semen load.

That's convenient. Work, and making ng money, and pe, at the same time. That gives more time, when you're noting earning money, to do other things, with other person(s) or people.

I've been so busy lately that I haven't had the "obsession time" that I've had the last two years and change but in a way it's a good thing. It may be time to take a break for a few weeks and just work on EQ and general health. I'm still stuck at 10 pounds over my weight goal and EQ hasn't been 100% a few times. Since PE, significant lifestyle/diet changes, and targeted supplementation, my EQ has been stellar. My wife cares way more about hardness than size and I've probably reached my short term goal (measurement mid-August) which is probably a good goal post for taking a break.

If anything it'll help cement ,and help conditioning. If you really wanted to you could not do a thing for three months and see if you lose anything but for all the effort put in, I wouldn't. Unless you're bored and see if you lose, then gain some back. Many stories of guys who stopped, shrunk, and gained back. Some guys haven't gained everything back, as I read stories, here, thunders, bibforum. I say at the least make sure you cement what you have. ( I know you said you want more)

When pe becomes a thing to look forward to , than it's a healthy addiction. Congratulations on your effort.

Yesterday did 8 sets @ 15 lb, 5 min each, 1100 stretches, 5 min pump @ 7 in Hg, clamped several times 2 or 3 min each. Continuing maintenance routine by just doing one monster routine once a week. Reached my short term goal after 2-1/4 years. I suppose in PE, over 2 years is short term. My gains worked out to a little over an inch per year. I left my long term goal in my sig as 9x7 but realistically that would probably take at least another 4 years probably more, and I’m not even sure I even want to be bigger. My new short term goal is to get below 190, stellar EQ every time, and increase the size of my loads.

Got in a set today and 4 days ago. Both 6 sets @15 lb, 5 min each, 5 min pump, 100 stretches between each set.

4 sets @ 20 lb, 5 min each, 100 stretches in between. No pumping or clamping. Still oscillating between 199 and 202. Need to be more religious about no snacks in the evening. EQ last romp was mostly good but still needs work to be consistently 100%.

Have you noticed, if you ejaculate too close, to compression hanging, compression, hanging won't be possible , because weights will feel much heavier ?
I’ve never done PE after ejaculating so I don’t really know. For that matter I’ve never done PE at all the same day that I’ve had sex that I can remember.

4 sets @ 15 lb, 2 sets @ 20 lb, 5 min each, 100 stretches between. 5 min clamp, 10 min pump. Pygeum and Sunflower 🌻 lecithin seem to improve loads somewhat. Not a firehose or anything but loads are a little more but more importantly they are about the same with shorter periods between ejaculations. Still working to reliably get 100% EQ. Last time was titanium but not so much the time before.

Continuing 6 sets varying between 10 and 20 lb, LG for longer sessions at 5 to 10 lb, short clamping sessions, 10 min pumps at 7 in Hg. Stubborn weight won't drop significantly below 200. Still hovering around 199 to 201.

Phalic, Im getting ready to start compression hanging. Like you I will do both compression and Vac hanging, which i've done for years.

How do you wrap for your compression hanging? Can you get away with only using a silicone sleeve, as i feel like that would be the easiest way and most convenient or do you need to also have regular wrap? Also, you say you don't feel the need or comfortable to do anything over 15 lbs anything but Straight down but i've got pretty close to 15 lbs with vac hanging going BTC and was wondering why you specifically don't like BTC at heavier weights?

For compression hanging I use the rubbery strip that came with the TotalMan hanger. It holds well and provides enough cushion. The strip feels like thick theraband. I’m not sure but if I remember right I think when I tried using silicone sleeves they tended to slip down. The gause type bandage worked well with the MOS Length Hanger I used to use. I never went over 15 with the vacuum hanger. It just never felt safe. I do go to 20 lb with the compression hanger. Compression sets for me are 5 minutes at a time. I did some fulcrum hanging about once a week but anything over 10 pounds I found too uncomfortable. I tried fulcrum with 15 pounds once but it felt like I was ripping half my dick off haha. Still a big fan of the LG Hanger but since going into more of a maintenance mode I don’t wear it for nearly as long as I used to.

I've got a male hanger on the way... do you think a person can hang with regular wrap only or will it be too painful without a sleeve for a cusion?

I wonder if a wrap, then the sleeve and then wrap on the outside would prevent slippage?

I think you'd be fine with a wrap. If the hangar is so tight that it's painful it's too tight anyway. If you're using 10 and under for weight, a grippy wrap should work fine.
