Thursday LG 1 hour @ 15 pounds, MOS 15 minutes @ 20 pounds, 350 stretches, 5 minute clamp with light squeezes, wore 3 girth bands stacked for about 2 hours. My wife noticed my flaccid is longer shortly after I finish my routine, so the changes are working. Feeling good about the official measurement at the end of March.

Friday was a day off. Yesterday and today LG 1 hour @ 15 pounds, MOS 15 minutes @ 20 pounds, 300 stretches. Clamped yesterday, pumped today. Girth band with sleeve just about all day both days except to pee.

Today was an absolute marathon. LG 1 hour, 15 minutes @ 15 pounds, 100 stretches, 10 minute pump @ 7-10 in Hg, MOS 15 minutes @ 20 pounds, another 100 stretches, LG 30 minutes @ 15 pounds, 2 hours in ADS, 2 hours with 3 girth bands with sleeve overtop. Kept mild heat most of the day. BPSFL is at my goal post-workout but I haven’t measured BPEL yet. It’s tough to get a 100% erection without real sex and it’s more fun when my wife measures me anyway.

I usually don’t hang on days I’ve had sex but I couldn’t help it. Snuck in a quick session. LG 30 minutes @ 15 pounds, 20 stretches.

Yesterday and today same routine except today I did fulcrum hangs with the LG Hanger @ 15 pounds (yeah talk about a stretch).
LG 1 hour @ 15 pounds, MOS 15 minutes @ 20 pounds, 300 stretches, 10 minute pump @ 7 in Hg. No clamping. Girth band with sleeve for several hours. No extender.

Yes I work from home and get up stupid early so I have a lot of time and privacy with the house pretty much to myself. I'm waiting until around the end of the month and when I get lucky I'll get my wife to measure me. My post-workout measurements show me at 8.5 but that's with a bit of a stretch since I never get a full boner when I'm by myself.

LG 1 hour @ 15 pounds (no fulcrum this time), MOS 15 minutes @ 20 pounds, 10 minute pump @ 7 in Hg, extender 1 hour, 250 stretches, girth band with sleeve several hours on and off. Was going to do clamping today and forgot.

Sat/Sun off. Trying to wear the trusty girth band / sleeve combo for as long as possible. I may start losing the sleeve as it warms up since it can get pretty gross under there after several hours of physical activity.

Sleeve failed today so just did 15 min with MOS Length Hanger @ 15 pounds and about 1 hour with LG Hanger @ 10 pounds with a leftover sleeve, 200 stretches. Pretty busy lately so not as much time to do full workouts. May try to do more stretches since they don’t take as much time.

Weird training day today. Tried using older softer sleeves in place of the thick blue LG one that failed, but they’re way too stretchy for the amount of weight I use so I resorted to two 15 minute sessions with the MOS Length Hanger @ 20 pounds. Pumped for 10 minutes. I want to try the super stiff MOS sleeve before I get a replacement so waiting on that. Only did 250 stretches. I also realized today the three girth band setup I used to have to cram on goes on pretty easily now. The “too small” ones are a real chore to get all the way down to the base but they act like a tight cock ring making it easy to get the other two on since it makes my shaft pretty hard. I can wear that for about an hour before it starts getting uncomfortable. The larger one and a sleeve is comfortable enough to wear for hours.

Trying a couple new things today. "Interval hanging" and regularly applying heat. I usually use heat but lately I haven't been that consistent with it. I have a heat pad but the heat doesn't last much more than half an hour. Ordered some hot hands to see how those work. They might be too hot we'll see. Did 20 pounds for 10 minutes reapeated 4 times with stretches in between. It's definitely "achier" (is that a word?) than usual and post-workout length was a good 1/8-inch longer than usual. I'm also coming off a two-day rest due to being too busy.

Yesterday and today using the new interval hanging method. I've been using 10 minute sets but I think that might be excessive. Going to drop the time to 5 minutes next time with more intervals with no stretches in between, then do stretches, then do one more 20 minute set. Not only is it probably overkill with long 10 minute sets it also takes forever, putting it on, waiting for it to relax, stretching, putting it back on, etc. Today I did two sets of 10 minutes with 100 stretches before, between, and after. Last stretching set I used a leftover section of PVC pipe as a fulcrum. Showing a reliable 8.5 BPSFL post workout but I'm gonna wait until the end of the month to measure my fully erect length. Pumped for 10 minutes. No clamping (was going to and forgot, maybe try tonight).

"Hot Hands" hand warmers work very well for keeping it warm without constantly re-zapping my heating pad. Post-workout I fastened it to my shaft over the sleeve with a small stretchy piece of very thin leftover sleeve. It stayed snug while I was working out on my rowing machine (at home) so it should be fine for all day wear. If you tuck it between your shaft and your sack you can't even tell it's there (although when you first activate them they are a little too warm to wear there. On top they're fine regardless. Obviously if you were trying to get your wife pregnant it would be dumb to do this but I'm old enough not to have to worry about that.

LG 30 minutes @ 10 pounds, Interval 3 sets 28/10 pounds with MOS Length Hanger, 10 minute pump, 5 minute clamp. 400 stretches (200 before and after intervals), LG extender 1 hour.
I Broke down and ordered the longer rods so I can use it without having to use the bar mounted on the chamber. I’d say if you’re under 7.5 fully stretched out you can get away with using it the more convenient way with the two hooks opposing each other. If you’re longer you need to either use the bar mounted on the chamber or use longer rods. It’s barely practical given the whole rig is quite long, and with the even longer rods it’ll definitely be a chairborne rig.

Ended up too busy and only hung LG 15 pounds for about 45 minutes and extended for an hour with the longer rods that arrived today. Did the usual girth band sleeve combo this evening until bed. I’ve upped my L-Argentine to 6g and L-Citrulline to 6g twice a day (2nd right before bed). My BP was 127/81 this evening and has been close to that for the last week.

Interval hang alternating 18 pounds / 10 pounds at 5/2 min intervals. Started with 1 hour LG hang with 10 pounds. Hanging 10 pounds for 2 hours tonight. Fully erect measurement yesterday only showed 8.4 fully erect so I need to start trying longer duration with less weight.

LG 1.5 hours @ 10 pounds, intervals with MOS 20/10 pounds 5/2 minutes x3, 10 minute pump, 200 stretches between exercises, 600 total, double clamp for 10 minutes. Double clamping is the way. Wow. Measured girth while I was super hard and no change but that was expected. Can’t seem to get past 8.4 but gonna try this longer more intense routine for a while. Reaching my short term goal by the 2 year mark would be cool.

Too damn busy! Only got two 5 minute sets @ 15 pounds, and 100 stretches. Hoping to get back to a consistent routine by Thursday.
