Crazy gains all things considered, congrats man. Adding 2 inches in length is more than most people experience in more than a decade of PE.

After a certain length the length gains will mostly just be for you and visual for the lady. Although my lady can take all of me anally, so it can still matter for that if that is something y’all are into. That said vaginas are very good at adjusting to your size over time. There was a time my lady could only get in about 8 inches pushing herself, now she can take maybe a little more than 11. I am afraid that porn can become quite un-relatable. It is difficult to watch porn for this reason in my experience. There are certainly some on the larger sides but they are actually few and far between. Most porn actors seem to be around 6-7 inches from what I have gathered.

Consistency and adaptability have been working really well for you though, they’re definitely qualities many unsuccessful practitioners are lacking in. Keep it up, and also don’t break your wifey haha.
Yep my wife acknowledges any more length is for me but she’s okay with it. I was touching the end in some positions before even starting PE so it’s not like I needed to, although I have to admit filling her completely in every position is a massive turn on. My wife will never do anal and I’m not into it anyway so that’s not an issue. It’s funny she makes a big deal about being careful and by the end she’s pulling me deeper like I’m not long enough haha.

It would be interesting to know if others have had similar gains with similar starting size and similar consistency.

This is because the fornix doesn’t reach tumescence, or sufficient congested blood flow for sexual stimulation, from arousal as quickly as their opening region will. I saw a study that showed it would take up to 30-50 minutes for some of the women in their group to reach tumescence in the superior third of the vagina from sexual arousal. When you first get in you can sucker punch them easily, once it’s full of blood they can take and usually just want more.

No trace of the blister the last few days. Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of starting PE. It was purely coincidence but I gained exactly 2 inches in that time, the majority of that in the first 6 months. I missed my short term goal by 1/4 inch but I’m happy with my progress. If I had it all to do over, I wouldn’t have bothered with an extender and started hanging straight away. I would have started with a pump like I did but would have transitioned to mostly clamping much earlier. I think I would have probably done more manual stretching since that seems to be helping both with length and EQ. Clamping is still king for me with regard to EQ.

My goals remain the same although 9.5 is probably too long for my wife. We’ll see. We actually checked out some pornos to see how I compared and it’s surprising that I’m bigger than a lot of them. Some of them won the genetic lottery and are absolutely massive but it’s funny that with a year of effort I’m clearly larger than a lot of porn actors.

So what’s different a year later? I’m the same guy with a bigger cock. I have to be careful in some positions now although it’s amazing that my wife can adjust as I gain length. My EQ has gotten much better which if that’s all that had ever resulted I would still be happy. I get rock hard almost every time. I still think my better than average results are due to 2 things: consistent workouts, and changing methods when something doesn’t work. Some of that may be genetic but I’ve been obsessively consistent with very few exceptions the entire time. Hopefully there is another inch waiting for this time next year 😎
Awesome results and that makes for sharing. The hanging seems like it gets the best results but time is my issue. I have a hard enough time finding it to get in the Kegels, jelqs and stretching never mind 1-5 hrs of hanging a day! Congrats again on your inspirational results!

Got back to 18 pounds today with a solid four 30 minute hanging sessions. Started using the sillistretcher to hang light weight between sessions with the LG Hanger just to keep it extended.

Warm up is closer to 5 minutes. I usually hang for 20 to 30 minutes, rest at least 30 minutes, and repeat (usually) two more times, sometimes three. I experimented with 4 on 1 off, but 3 on 2 off works better. I used to do 4 sets a day but I just don't have the time right now.

That's pretty much what we're seeing. If I go deep even slowly she'll wince and push back but 30 minutes later she either doesn't wince or pulls me in.

Is all hanging done while standing? Or could you hang by just simply sitting on the edge of your chair while you work or are on the computer etc

That's exactly what I do most of the time, although I have to slouch somewhat to get it to mostly hang off the edge. Sometimes I'll use a drum stool since it's sturdy enough to sit closer to the edge and hang completely free. You can mostly forget about it until you start to feel the fatigue.

Routine is staying the same. Three days on, two days off. Averaging hanging an hour and a half with 15 pounds. I haven't felt the need to step back up to 18 pounds for every session yet. Manual stretches, short rest with sleeve and oxballs at the base for 45 minutes to an hour between hangs. I've been busy lately with very physical activity and find no real need to wear a sleeve or even a girth band when it's really hot since it hangs between 6 and 7 inches flaccid without any help. At the end of July I'll know if the oxballs helps at all. I need to be over 8-5/16 by then otherwise it's not doing anything for erect length. I'll probably continue using it since it does seem to help train it to hang a bit longer flaccid.

Routine still the same. Regularly getting 8-5/16 BPSFL after hanging and manual exercises (not actual BPEL). Added wet jelq today that I’m going to try doing at the end of every session. I’m probably getting lucky tomorrow and will get my wife to measure me to see if there are any gains.

Interesting to see such large flaccid gains. My progress has been slower than yours & I started smaller, but I've had way less flaccid gains compared to you. I wonder if the nearly all-day anti-turtling/sleeving is what's responsible for that.

I think I remember another member who also swore on "healing it in an extended state" so maybe that's what's been happening. I've started doing the same thing myself to see if that leads to any results. Good luck with your progress!

To be honest it needs to be pretty hot for an extended period before it hangs a full 7 inches but yeah if I’m wearing a sleeve it’s difficult to hide in public. If I’m going to be somewhere where I don’t want it seen I either move the base girth band forward enough that it can hang more straight down or just don’t wear one at all. It would be interesting to know if others who were religious about wearing a sleeve experience similar flaccid gains.

Routine still the same with the addition of wet jelq at the end. That seems to supercharge the temporary post workout gains by a good 1/8 inch or more. I’ve always found them uncomfortable but if I do it shortly after it relaxes a bit after clamping, I can keep enough of a chubby that it’s not uncomfortable. I’ll be happy if I get to 8-5/16 by month’s end. We measured yesterday but neither of us had our glasses so we couldn’t say for sure if it was longer or not haha. She did say it was hitting a bit harder with doggy so maybe it has. At this point we’re more thinking about maintenance than another inch since I doubt she can take all 9 if I ever get there.

I’m kind of wishing I had started jelqing earlier although maybe it’s best I waited. Two jelq sessions after a day’s hanging is showing better than usual temporary gains. Starting two days off so I’m hoping to see a small gain by the end of it.

I may have made a small gain but if I did it was negligible. I measured at full raging erection right after sex and length was just a tiny bit longer. EQ was still great and the wife said it felt thicker so maybe I made a small girth gain but I didn’t measure that. I was hoping to gain anything over 1/16th over the past two months but that’s likely not going to happen. Still a few weeks to go but I suspect total gains will be a bit less than 1/16th. Looks like the Oxballs 360 doesn’t really help.

Upping the squeezing pressure a little while clamping is responding well. 200 jelqs post-workout is reliably resulting in longer temporary flaccid size. I’m going to have my wife measure me on Wednesday to see where we’re at. I’ve also started adding another 5 lb for a total of 20 lb for the last minute of hanging. That seems to be my limit without really careful wrapping. Swinging 15 pounds front to back, no problem, but that extra 5 pounds just feels unsafe. I’m getting reliable morning wood that I haven’t had reliably for a good ten years or more, so I’m completely sold on clamping.

I got my elusive 1/16th after 2 months. I’m not sure I can rely on linear gains to predict when I’ll reach my short term goal. If that rate holds it will be another 6 months. The “shock” method looks interesting but I’m not sure I want to commit to that. Newbie gains. Those were the days.

No changes to the routine. EQ remains strong. I started taking Umzu Redwood and Testro-X about 2 weeks ago (maybe 3?) and I can’t explain the effect other than erections seem extremely easy to get and maintain and I seem to be able to focus a little better. Since my testicles have gotten larger I realized my junk really shows in some shorts especially when I’m sitting down and my wife said you can sort of see the outline of my penis. If I was 20 that might be a good thing but I’ll need to be a bit more careful. With big junk comes big responsibility haha.

Took it easy the last week and only hung a few days. I got a stand up desk just to keep from sitting for long periods of time and was able to hang longer than usual the one time I tried it, standing with 15 pounds dangling from junior while I worked. I seem to be stalled at 220 but the choline I’ve been taking at higher amounts seems to really help with appetite so hopefully I’ll get back on track soon.

I was able to hang standing up for much longer with the new stand up lift under my desk. Regular jelqing seems to be “filling things in”. My wife noticed thicker than usual flaccid girth. I haven’t measured EG in quite a while so maybe next raging erection I should get out the tailor’s tape. Blood pressure has been in the normal range for a couple weeks now so the health craze I’ve been on is paying off. Just a tad under 220 so maybe I’ve broken through the weight loss plateau. No change to the routine other than standing up longer.
