After some reading of some who have had significant gains, I think I'm going to make some changes (again). Moving hanging back to the front of my routine and switching to vacuum hangar instead of compression hanger, to see if I can up my progress from last month. Trying to hang for as long as I can tolerate. I've started regular jelqing, working my way up to higher reps. Starting with 100 twice a day. Still doing stretches and pumping as usual. My wife informed me she prefers doggy style since my length doesn't hit the end as hard that way. I guess I just need to learn to use my new weapon responsibly lol.

Moving hanging to the front of my routine with less weight on the vacuum hanger allowed me to put in 2 hours today. I felt much better about my potential gains after today than the previous month`s struggle where almost nothing was working well.

Today marks four days of switching to the vacuum hanger and putting it at the front of my routine right after warming up. One thing I've found depending on room temperature is that it gets a bit cold after a long session so I got a small heating pad that you put in the microwave to heat up, to wrap it with while hanging. There are DIY solutions that basically do the same thing but it wasn't expensive and is covered in soft cloth. I'll be switching to the LG hanger once that arrives but not going over 8 pounds, the sillistretcher is working fine. I'm actually feeling it a lot more than hanging with 20 pounds on the compression hanger so I won't ever be going back to that. At the end of this month if I've made a tenth or more gain I'll call that a success. Right now I don't see the need to go over 10 pounds for the forseeable future.

My current routine is pretty simple. Hang for an hour, pump, stretch, jelq, hang for another hour, pump, stretch, jelq, done. Then the rest of the day I wear the girth bands with a sleeve over top. For the record, after a workout I'm seeing a larger gap between the bands when I'm semi-erect. It could just be I'm more erect from jelqing since I didn't do that until recently but who knows maybe that's a sign of good things to come. We'll see. So far my BPSFL hasn't changed enough to tell, but it's only been a week. Taking two days off tomorrow and Tuesday.

I picked up a Paloqueth pump to use when the regular one isn`t convenient, mainly because it was cheap. Today and tomorrow are rest days but I used it a couple times today just because. It’s pretty handy a couple times a day to just lightly pump and go back into the girth band / sleeve combo. I wouldn`t use it for my regular routine but it is really convenient. My flaccid size today is crazy even hours after the last pump.

Current routine is working well. Back from rest days with another 2 hours hanging 8 pounds. Received the LG hanger today but have not had time to try it yet. Will be giving it a go tomorrow. I’m really feeling the fatigue after 2 hours so for now I won`t be increasing time.

Used the LG hanger yesterday and it is definitely more comfortable and secure. I experienced what I have seen others refer to as “ligament pops” twice. Once very noticeable and the second more gradual. It feels like something getting over a hump and then business as usual. I do not know how much it moved down but it felt like an eighth to a quarter inch. My post workout stretched length was slightly longer but it does not feel any different. It happened a few times before but I thought it was just a loose fold in the sleeve dropping down but this was definitely inside. Not a scary feeling just like it feels like something slowly sliding over a small hump. I do not know how else to describe it. Not painful at all or I would have stopped.

I had a long discussion with the wife today about my PE goals. She is okay with me trying to get more length and girth but if by some miracle I do get to my long term goal I will need to stop and just maintain. She told me she would not be weirded out by it if I did it while she was home so I may move my routine to the evenings when I am not doing anything but reading or watching TV. I have a kilt I can wear so she does not need to see my stretched out junk in the living room lol :D

Very pleased to hear you're experiencing the comfort and secure feeling the LG Hanger provides! Just be patient with weight increases, all too often that feeling of comfort entices guys to go heavier than then should before they have developed the proper amount of tissue conditioning. PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

Totally agree. I`m getting a very good stretch with just 8 pounds. No need to change that for quite a while.

Starting supplemental evening hanging sessions today. Got close to 3 hours this morning. May just start with an hour in the evenings and work my way up. After a couple days off, pumping this morning, junior was thick AF and rock hard. More than usual. Not sure if that`s a good thing yet. I didn`t measure but holy sh*t even I was impressed. Post workout stretched length was longer which has always been a good sign.

Decided to step down to 5 pounds tonight. I'm getting the dull ache without the strain of the 10 pounds I used last night. I think I'll stick to 8 pounds in the morning and 5 pounds at night. My wife freaked a little seeing for the first time, my member fully swollen in the pump. I assured her it won't stay that size lol.

So I think I am going to back off on the pressure when pumping and maybe not do it at all for a few days. I noticed yesterday I developed a pretty significant donut that is slowly going back to normal but it took a good 12 hours and it is still not completely gone. A full erection seems to have mostly removed it but I definitely do not want a bulge behind my glans. Measurement day is coming up in a little over a week but I would rather play it safe. Today is going to be a rest day without even girth bands. Good thing it was minor and I learned a valid lesson on not pushing it. Hanging is working so well there is no need to push other things too far. I was able to hang for a straight 3 hours yesterday while I got some work done sitting down. I know hanging did not cause it since the last time I had a small bulge there was when I pumped at too high a pressure. 5 to 7 in Hg seems to be the sweet spot for me that never causes problems.

The donut is gone thankfully. Pumped to 5 in Hg for 10 minutes today with no problems. Dick seemed just as hard afterward as much higher pressure so there`s no real reason to go past that. 10 in Hg pulls it out another 1/8th inch or so but the risk is too high. 10 pounds for 2 hours in the morning and 5 pounds hanging in the evening for however long I can seems to be the rhythm I’ve fallen into. 3 days on and 2 days off is the perfect balance. I wore a girth band at the base all last night and had no discomfort. Still not sure if I’ve gained this month. Flaccid stretch has always been a good indicator and if I have gained I don`t think it will even be a tenth. Gains are gains. Wife is happy and very encouraging so I’m happy even if it takes 2 months to gain another tenth.

Still sticking to the 3 days on, 2 days off schedule. Vacuum hanging 5 to 10 pounds, 2 to 3 hours, pump 10 minutes at 5 in Hg once a day. Extreme stretches, light jelqing, girth bands the rest of the day, one at the base at night. I am definitely seeing results but it is too soon to report a new measurement. I may have gained 1 mm. This simple routine is so easy it`s almost criminal. Looking forward to some more serious gains by end of February.

The new routine is working well. I'm seeing a gap form between the girth bands I wear every day. This morning my wife complained I was banging the end harder than usual and I could feel it too. Didn't measure since I was too busy with other things but I'm hoping to see new gains soon.

Another romp and the wife swears it`s longer. It didn`t feel much different but I was rock hard so I was really really enjoying it. I`m not changing anything in the new routine. Flaccid length is definitely longer. I have no doubt I`ve gained but I`m not going to measure until the end of the month. I`m getting closer to fitting three girth bands for all day stretch. I can wear three if one overlaps about an 1/8th to a 1/4 inch but it`s too tight. I kind of wish I had just done this routine from the beginning. I haven`t been this sure of gains for about three months. I`m getting into a regular cycle of aching tissue and recovery. This sh*t works. I feel like I discovered the holy grail of dick embiggening haha.

I've read your progress log with great interest and got some questions for you.

1. How long did you use the Qep?
2. Can you approximately say how much you gained with each device, Penomet, Qep and the Sillistretcher?
3. Which way did you mostly wear the Sillistretcher?

Not long. Maybe a month, two tops. I'd say I gained maybe a quarter inch but how much of that was stretches and pumping I was also doing then is hard to say. I was doing a ridiculous amount of pumping around that time. I despise the QEP though. It's torture compared to vacuum bell type devices.

2. Can you approximately say how much you gained with each device, Penomet, Qep and the Sillistretcher?

The Sillistretcher is by far more than anything else responsible for all my "newbie gains". I was able to use it as an ADS and hanger. The Penomet exploded my initial girth but after the first six months or so I've gained nothing in girth, which is fine, since I started very girthy and it always bugged me before I gained the extra length that it looked like a pop can it was so wide compared to its length. I honestly think I way overdid it with the Penomet pump. I don't think the QEP is responsible for much. It's so damned uncomfortable.

3. Which way did you mostly wear the Sillistretcher?[/SIZE]

I used it as an ADS for about 4 hours average per day and also used it as a hanger, although anything over about 8 pounds was uncomfortable. As far as simplicity it's very easy to use and is fairly discreet although I never wore it in public.

What I'm using now is an LG Hanger and the air pump I got from MOS quite a while ago. I had to replace the hand pump. I'll be honest, MOS customer service is pretty lacking. I tried contacting them multiple times about the "lifetime warranty" on the pump and just got crickets. I eventually just got a little better quality brake line pump off of Amazon since that's all it is. The LG Hanger is comparatively expensive, but I understand it's a niche product to begin with and no one else is doing the same thing. I can hang while I work or watch TV and it's comfortable enough that I don't really need to think about it. I've used as much as 15 pounds but I usually use 10. If I had it all to do again I would have gotten the LG Hanger. It's far and away more comfortable than anything else I've used and I'm starting to see results again after a stubborn plateau.

Still confident I`ve gained somewhere between 0.05 and 0.1 this month. At that rate I probably won`t reach my short term goal by the one year mark of doing PE, but I`ll still have over an inch and three quarters more than I had a year ago. That also means it`s likely to take 2 more years to get close to my long term goal if that is even possible. Growth likely won`t be linear. I wish it was a little more scientific, but following what large gainers have proven works seems to be scientific enough.

I checked all my junk yesterday in the mirror and my balls are noticeably larger. I honestly thought my wife was humoring me, but my testicles are significantly larger. I started feeling the difference when sitting up off of the couch and recently I can see the difference in the way they hang if I wear tighter fitting underwear. I`ve always had about average sized balls whatever that even is, but that lactobacillus reuteri yogurt has to be responsible. It`s the only thing I have regularly been eating that purports to have that effect. I just wanted the testosterone boost but I`ll take the bigger balls. With honey and mixed nuts it`s also pretty tasty so win-win. I was eating too much of it many months ago and I got the runs for a couple days so you can over do it. I ordered some Umzu Floracil-50 to use instead of Biogaia, so the results may be interesting in a few months.

I began my four month HCG course today which is for weight loss not PE but if I wake up with a foot long Johnson I`ll be sure to make a log entry :becky: It could be wishful thinking but I think it`s already affecting my appetite. We`ll see.

Well it turns out the HCG does magically make your willy bigger. I'm packing a solid 11 inches now. Seriously, I've found it helps with appetite and I don't feel tired or savage hunger from the reduced diet. It's been a week and I've lost about 2 pounds. Nothing earth shattering but I'm not trying that hard either. The Floracil-50 based yogurt is a bit tastier than the BioGaia based one. I've noticed an evening out of my digestion not just the elevated testosterone, so it's working as advertised. Nothing changed in the PE routine. It's looking like I'm going to be somewhere between 8.125 and 8.15 by month's end. I had a very hard erection a couple days ago and it was right at 8.125. Gains are gains.
