Stand up desk is the ticket. I get busy and forget I’ve got 15 pounds hanging from my wang. I don’t get as much stretch sitting down without extreme slouching or using a drum stool, neither of which are very comfortable. Didn’t have time to finish with a wet jelq today.

I’ve been feeling the “ache” again that I regularly had when I was making much faster gains. Doing 4 days on, 2 days off the last few times and it seems to work a bit better. I’ve recently started adding 5 pounds (20 total) for the last 5 minutes of each session (usually 3) so hopefully that helps. Erect girth hasn’t changed it just feels thicker due to titanium erections. Clamping is the holy grail of EQ. I’m over 50 so morning wood and flagpole erections make me very happy haha. Finally FINALLY losing weight again. Hit 218 today on OMAD diet. Blood pressure remains normal for the third straight week.

Dindu nuffin today except for wearing a small weight while standing at my desk. Ordered a pair of Wildmant underwear to see if it's comfortable. Hopefully it doesn't look ridiculous under loose shorts.

15 pounds, twice about 30 minutes each, mostly standing today. 100 jelqs between. Was kind of busy so didn’t do the whole routine. Adding an extra 5 pounds at the end is reliably creating the dull ache I’ve been missing until recently.

15 pounds, twice about 30 minutes each, mostly standing today. 100 jelqs between. Was kind of busy so didn’t do the whole routine. Adding an extra 5 pounds at the end is reliably creating the dull ache I’ve been missing until recently.
That good old feeling of fatigue!

Yesterday I fell asleep watching TV and hung 15 pounds for over an hour. My dick is now 12 inches long haha. Definitely felt it a bit more than usual though. Did 18 pounds once for 20 minutes standing and two 15 pound sessions mostly sitting. 200 jelqs. Completely forgot to do clamping today. Got the Real Man undies a couple days ago. Looks like you have an elephant trunk but they work as advertised and the way it hangs the bulge isn’t so extreme as the Wildman T ones. Getting the twig and berries away from your legs makes a huge difference when it gets hot down there. The wife still gets a kick out of them. Nothing beats the freedom of commando in a kilt but that’s not an option I’m willing to exercise in public.

Today was a good day. Hung three times for a full half hour with 15 pounds and finished two of them with 20 pounds for 5 minutes. Finished with a short clamping session and 200 jelqs. I tried tying my LG Hanger to the MOS ADS rig I don't really use anymore but ended up just hanging 5 pounds instead. It keeps it stretched out and I can wear it for several hours without the strap cutting off circulation. I think I wore it a total of 3 hours today with a combination of sitting and standing. Definitely feeling the ache this evening. Tomorrow and Saturday are my off days.

That's a solid session of PE. Hitting 20 lbs with the LG is something that only a few ever achieve....good work!

Thanks. You definitely have to monitor closely with that much. It feels like that’s close to the limit. I’m not able to move around much.

Tried something new today. One session of much more “active” hanging with 15 pounds for 15 minutes. “Active” and “hanging” are usually oxymorons but adding some gentle agitation and some aggressive swinging seems to create the same stressed sensation as hanging for much longer without much movement. Post-session length was longer and lasted for longer afterward but it’s only one data point.

Continuing with the "agressive hanging" experiment, did more swinging during the two sessions today, one 1.5 hours and one about an hour. I didn't do any agitation today, which is basically a 5 pound dumbell with a loosely fitted zip tie and two carabiners. Swinging it causes significant jerking motion as the dumbell swings around in the loose zip tie. I don't think a beginner should ever do this. I've been at it long enough that it actually feels good but it's likely too extreme without any conditioning. I definitely wouldn't do it with any more than 5 pounds.

Did 200 jelqs between for a total of 400 and finished with 100 stretches in every direction and clamping for 5 minutes. I've found 5 minutes is enough for the EQ I'm trying to maintain. My post-session flaccid length is about 1/8th inch longer than a couple weeks ago. It actually reaches my short-term length goal, but that length is super temporary.

Got another solid day in today. I session about I and a half hours and two half hour sessions. 200 jelqs and a 5 minute clamp. Tried the agitation thing again with five pounds for about 15 minutes. If I get lucky tomorrow I'm going to have my wife measure me again.I don't expect any significant gains but it's a big turn on for me haha.

Took it easy the last couple days with just a few hanging sessions. The whole point of this journey is better sex and what my wife did over the weekend... damn...

Back to the grind. Three hanging sessions, 1 over an hour the other two about 45 minutes. All three 15 pounds. No finish with 20 this time. 200 jelqs, and a 5 minute clamp with light squeezes between the first two hanging sessions. I'm trying to be more religious about keeping the girth band on with a sleeve which I did for most of the day today. Also trying to get back to wearing the girth band while sleeping. I think the one has stretched enough over time that even if I get hard overnight it won't be uncomfortable.

Two hanging sessions, 200 jelqs, wore the new LG extender for a solid two hours. Next two days are off days so I'm going to try to get into a routine of wearing the extender for several hours at lower tension on those days. Gotta break the current plateau.

Today is a rest day but I noticed my fat pad seems slightly less, one of the things that bugs me the most about having gained too much weight. I’m back down to 218 which averages out to between 1/4 and 1/2 pound per week. Not stellar but alternating OMAD and TMAD are slowly getting me back to the 195 I’m aiming for. That is the weight I was at when my wife said I had abs haha. BP and BS have been in the normal range for quite a while so it’s just a matter of loosing a little over 20 pounds to be where I want to be.

Thanks! Yeah it’s tough when you get used to eating way too much of all the wrong things and not getting enough exercise to get back into a good routine. I’m glad my efforts are rubbing off on my wife who’s going back to the gym regularly and improving her eating habits. Turns out she cares a lot more about my health than how big my willy is.

2 hours hanging 15 pounds, 10 minutes with my “agitation” setup with a 5 pound weight. I’ll admit it actually feels pretty good as well. Extended for about 2 hours. 400 jelqs today. My dick is sore haha. Seriously I think manual exercises are working. I may have gained a little girth. I hardly ever measure girth but it feels thicker lately. Could just be good EQ. Next time I get lucky I’ll have the wife measure me when I have a righteous boner.
