Continuing with the "agressive hanging" experiment, did more swinging during the two sessions today, one 1.5 hours and one about an hour. I didn't do any agitation today, which is basically a 5 pound dumbell with a loosely fitted zip tie and two carabiners. Swinging it causes significant jerking motion as the dumbell swings around in the loose zip tie. I don't think a beginner should ever do this. I've been at it long enough that it actually feels good but it's likely too extreme without any conditioning. I definitely wouldn't do it with any more than 5 pounds.
Did 200 jelqs between for a total of 400 and finished with 100 stretches in every direction and clamping for 5 minutes. I've found 5 minutes is enough for the EQ I'm trying to maintain. My post-session flaccid length is about 1/8th inch longer than a couple weeks ago. It actually reaches my short-term length goal, but that length is super temporary.
