Still losing weight at about the same rate, maybe a little faster. I'm hoping to get to 219 by month's end. My fat pd is still pretty thick, about 1 inch. I have to admit if I could lose that, I think I'd be happy with my length. Even though I'm a bit over 8 inches it is much more impressive when I push it back. I checked my girth and I'm still right at 6.0 in the middle of my shaft. I just hope the clamping doesn't increase my base girth too fast since I've always been thick there even before I started PE. It seems like it's getting veiny lately or at least the veins that were there are a little more pronounced. I might have gained a tiny amount of length but I'm going to wait until the next time my wife and I get busy. It's kind of sexy for her to measure me when I have a full raging erection haha.
Routine is mostly the same except I've started clamping between hanging sessions instead of pumping, which I'm only doing once a week. The simple routine of hanging 30 min to an hour with 16.5 pounds, short rest, clamp for ten minutes, short rest, extreme stretches, short rest, then repeat twice to get the total time up to about 2 hours. I don't hang in the evening anymore simply due to current time constraints. Still wearing the girth bands with a sleeve overtop. I can regularly get 3 on now but they still tend to slip so I usually just use two pulled apart by the sleeve which always stays put. I'd say the space between the two is about 3/4 of one girth band doing it that way, which keeps my flaccid size right at 7 inches. With the weather warming up I can't wear that setup with shorts in public or it looks like I have an absolutely enormous cock pushing down on the crotch, so I'm just using one at the base if I'm out and about. I've noticed since my balls have gotten a little larger they push the shaft out creating a pretty obvious bulge but it turns my wife on so win-win.
