Still losing weight at about the same rate, maybe a little faster. I'm hoping to get to 219 by month's end. My fat pd is still pretty thick, about 1 inch. I have to admit if I could lose that, I think I'd be happy with my length. Even though I'm a bit over 8 inches it is much more impressive when I push it back. I checked my girth and I'm still right at 6.0 in the middle of my shaft. I just hope the clamping doesn't increase my base girth too fast since I've always been thick there even before I started PE. It seems like it's getting veiny lately or at least the veins that were there are a little more pronounced. I might have gained a tiny amount of length but I'm going to wait until the next time my wife and I get busy. It's kind of sexy for her to measure me when I have a full raging erection haha.

Routine is mostly the same except I've started clamping between hanging sessions instead of pumping, which I'm only doing once a week. The simple routine of hanging 30 min to an hour with 16.5 pounds, short rest, clamp for ten minutes, short rest, extreme stretches, short rest, then repeat twice to get the total time up to about 2 hours. I don't hang in the evening anymore simply due to current time constraints. Still wearing the girth bands with a sleeve overtop. I can regularly get 3 on now but they still tend to slip so I usually just use two pulled apart by the sleeve which always stays put. I'd say the space between the two is about 3/4 of one girth band doing it that way, which keeps my flaccid size right at 7 inches. With the weather warming up I can't wear that setup with shorts in public or it looks like I have an absolutely enormous cock pushing down on the crotch, so I'm just using one at the base if I'm out and about. I've noticed since my balls have gotten a little larger they push the shaft out creating a pretty obvious bulge but it turns my wife on so win-win.

I think I'm finally getting into a regular OMAD routine eating around 4PM instead of a later dinner that was the usual. The last couple days I've lost a small amount but not enough for it to have had any effect on my fat pad yet. I know that it was significantly thinner when I was under 200. The HCG seems to work better if I just take the entire day's dosage in the morning rather than spreading it out. I'm probably looking at around 222 by month's end.

On the PE front, it wasn't deliberate, but my schedule has fallen into a 4 on 1 off cadence. I added the spare 1.5-pound ring I have that is too small for my girth but works well as an expensive incremental weight bringing the total to 18 pounds for the last two days and it's really pulling nicely and seems to work better with shorter intervals. Post-workout measurements show a full 3/16 extension which likely means I've gained a bit. Next romp I'lll see where it's at, since I'm guaranteed to be as erect as possible. Assuming I'm at 8.25 by then, there's no way I'll get to 8.5 by June so I'll have missed my short term goal by about 1/4 inch but I'm still happy to have gained exactly two full inches in a year.

The rock hard erections continue but I think my length gains for this month are negligible. I was able to pull it out to 8.25 but that doesn't really count. My wife complained last time of much more discomfort when I wasn't careful so I think I'm just filling in what I had a little better and banging the end harder than before. In the spirit of experimentation I'm going to start wearing an extender again, or just low weight, at home when I'm not hanging just to keep more tension than with the girth bands I usually use.

Wearing an extender more often didn’t really pan out. Just too busy. I’m actually getting more hanging time in though and flaccid length is slowly increasing. Hoping that means I’ll get to 8.25 by month’s end. Routine remains the same. Hanging roughly 2 hours a day, 4 days on, 1 day off. Clamping and stretches between hanging sessions. I guess the one change I did make was wearing girth bands overnight. Seems to help with flaccid length.

Dindu nuffin today. Took a break today and only did mild hanging yesterday evening. Felt like it was time to take a solid break. BPFSL was actually over 8.25 after stretching a couple days ago so my short plateau may finally be broken. We’ll see. Continuing to wear the girth bands overnight. I think they’re more comfortable than before since I’ve stretched them a bit over time.

I'm getting a steady 8.25 BPFSL post-workout (last 3 or 4 measurements I think, measured about an hour after last session). Even better news is that intermittent fasting and OMAD is working. I'm down to 222 about a week late but it's still coming down. If I can keep at it I honestly think I could get below 200 by the end of the month. My ideal weight is about 195.

I cheated a couple times over the weekend and was still at 222 this morning. Oh well. Attempted to add weight to the 18 pounds I’ve been using for a while but it was too uncomfortable so I’m staying at 18 for now. It almost feels like it’s starting to pull on the glans at that weight (23 pounds with LG Hanger). I’ve had a few chances to wear the small donut weight around the house but I can’t really say if it’s making a difference. Wearing the girth bands overnight is resulting in reliably lower flaccid hang. I was wearing the clamp for the last session of the day and noticed in the mirror it’s significantly veinier on the bottom all the way down the shaft. It wasn’t that veiny the whole time I did all the pumping so the clamping is working. We have the technology. We will build it faster, better, stronger. Haha loved that show when I was a kid.

I'm just about positive I'll have that elusive extra 1/16th inch by the end of this month. It's a tad frustrating after making such fast gains in the beginning but I'm still gaining so no complaints and it's interesting to continue experimenting to find what works. What definitely does not work for me is adding a crazy amount of weight. The 18 pounds I'm using now is comfortable enough (when is hanging 18 pounds from your willy truly comfortable? :)) and it's producing results.

Today is my second rest day. Weight is down to 221. It's a harder slog than stretching junior but it's coming down and I've come accustomed to fasting on a regular basis. The HCG is probably helping with that but it's almost finished. If it helped get past the difficulty with fasting it was worth it.

I've started experimenting with an Oxballs 360 to create a fulcrum just under the base while wearing my usual girth bands and sleeve with compression underwear. It's actually pretty comfortable. Having larger balls that don't hang at all unless it's really warm makes it really uncomfortable to wear the way it was intended but I didn't buy it for that anyway. It will be interesting to see if it helps at all. It will probably take two months to know anything for sure. If I gain any more than 1/16th over a two month time frame I'll call it a success. It's stretchy enough to be comfortable all day without being so tight it gets uncomfortable. If I wear loose fit shorts the bulge is just slightly more than normal so I can wear it in public.

Today was a good day. The oxballs fulcrum experiment is showing promise but it’s only been a couple days. After about an hour and a half in a sitting position, flaccid size was longer than it’s ever been. I wanted to send my wife a dick pick I was so proud haha. EQ could have been better this evening. I may be pushing a little too hard.

It's still too soon to say but the fulcrum for about an hour in a sitting position seems to be affecting flaccid size although to be honest it could just be the recent heat. The outlier is that today it was very mild and flaccid size stayed longer than it usually does. I took it easy today since I wasn't paying attention when I put the cap on over the criss cross I always use before going into the hanger and it was crooked and caused a small blister yesterday. It's just about healed but I took it easy today to be sure it heals quickly. The good news is that my wife measured me last Sunday and I reached 8-1/4. Missionary at that length is getting interesting but as long as I'm careful she says it's not too long yet.

Continued the hanging/clamping then fulcrum routine. I used the oxballs to create a bit of a fulcrum while hanging but it sits too low to be very effective. The blister is almost healed. I took it easy today so I won’t take tomorrow off.

The blister is taking a bit longer to completely heal so I’ve switched to manual stretches that don’t require touching the head and I’m going to pause clamping just to be sure. The interesting thing is that doing manual stretches for much longer than usual my post-workout flaccid size is a bit longer than after hanging. It’s also much more difficult to keep from getting an erection haha.

I kept it simple the last few days and just did mild stretching for a little longer than I normally would. The blister wound is gone except a small mark that should be completely gone in a few days, so I’ll get back to the normal routine tomorrow. My wife confirmed again this morning that I’m still at 8-1/4. Injury didn’t affect EQ.

Glans is still a tad sensitive so only hanging 10 pounds and monitoring closely. The oxballs really helps with flaccid size. I went a week without using it and the last two days I've started using it again it's significantly lower hang. I'll wait for the sensitivity to go away before I get back to the 18 pounds I was using, although if I'm getting the same fatigue I got before I may keep the weight lower permanently.

Warm up is closer to 5 minutes. I usually hang for 20 to 30 minutes, rest at least 30 minutes, and repeat (usually) two more times, sometimes three. I experimented with 4 on 1 off, but 3 on 2 off works better. I used to do 4 sets a day but I just don't have the time right now.

I started wrapping so the LG Hanger would pull from farther back toward the base and the post-stretch length was affected by close to 1/8 inch more than usual. Routine stays the same except no clamping or pumping until the mark from the blister is completely gone.

No trace of the blister the last few days. Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of starting PE. It was purely coincidence but I gained exactly 2 inches in that time, the majority of that in the first 6 months. I missed my short term goal by 1/4 inch but I’m happy with my progress. If I had it all to do over, I wouldn’t have bothered with an extender and started hanging straight away. I would have started with a pump like I did but would have transitioned to mostly clamping much earlier. I think I would have probably done more manual stretching since that seems to be helping both with length and EQ. Clamping is still king for me with regard to EQ.

My goals remain the same although 9.5 is probably too long for my wife. We’ll see. We actually checked out some pornos to see how I compared and it’s surprising that I’m bigger than a lot of them. Some of them won the genetic lottery and are absolutely massive but it’s funny that with a year of effort I’m clearly larger than a lot of porn actors.

So what’s different a year later? I’m the same guy with a bigger cock. I have to be careful in some positions now although it’s amazing that my wife can adjust as I gain length. My EQ has gotten much better which if that’s all that had ever resulted I would still be happy. I get rock hard almost every time. I still think my better than average results are due to 2 things: consistent workouts, and changing methods when something doesn’t work. Some of that may be genetic but I’ve been obsessively consistent with very few exceptions the entire time. Hopefully there is another inch waiting for this time next year 😎

Crazy gains all things considered, congrats man. Adding 2 inches in length is more than most people experience in more than a decade of PE.

After a certain length the length gains will mostly just be for you and visual for the lady. Although my lady can take all of me anally, so it can still matter for that if that is something y’all are into. That said vaginas are very good at adjusting to your size over time. There was a time my lady could only get in about 8 inches pushing herself, now she can take maybe a little more than 11. I am afraid that porn can become quite un-relatable. It is difficult to watch porn for this reason in my experience. There are certainly some on the larger sides but they are actually few and far between. Most porn actors seem to be around 6-7 inches from what I have gathered.

Consistency and adaptability have been working really well for you though, they’re definitely qualities many unsuccessful practitioners are lacking in. Keep it up, and also don’t break your wifey haha.
