17/12/14 - took the 2 supps today
Pe was a split session, 100 wet jelqs, and 16 mins in the pump at 4/5hg
18/12/14 - just 100 wet jelqs, and forgot my supps as I woke up late for work and a low intensity session can double as a break
19/12/14 - took my 2 supps
Pe 2 x 50 wet jelqs, 4/5hg in the pump for 6:30 and 18 mins, 6 x 40 sex ulis
Been doing this routine for just over 2 months now, I think I will wait to measure again at the 3 month stage due to pumping being a long term process. That will be 6 months of PE, after which I will take another full week off.
As I have removed any targeted length exercises I'm hoping to have remained the same with length gains.
Also I think that my 4th month gains were due to jelqing before I measured, time will tell. Next measure will be on a no PE day so I can be certain! Definitely have a noticeable ridge now, even when flaccid, I quite like it
