Ok so I started 6 days ago on the jp90 day routine, today is day one of my 2 days of rest so almost one week down.
i plan to measure and record monthly but will only post a brief weekly update, more as a method of keeping myself motivated than anything else.
as soon as I see results I'll be posting them here.

Im more interested in penis health and eq than anything else but if some added size comes as a side effect I'll gladly take it :)

Congrats on starting a log! :clap2:

If EQ is your first priority, focus on stamina exercises, like regular and revers kegels and edging. :)

Just thought I would post an update
am finding it difficult to do the 5 day on 2 day off routine, so I have been doing a mixture of 5/2 and 2/1 and a 3/1.
had to alter my measurements as when I initially measured I think I measured incorrectly but never mind at least I have an accurate starting figure, I have slightly altered my goals to take account of this.

On a positive note, eq today was most definitely a 10, the wife was impressed :)

I will measure on August 8th but don't expect to see any size gains. I'll measure again after the 3 month stage and see what's happening.

We did a size comparison fro my current 5.5 to 6 inches girth and boy does it make a difference, she actually looked a little scared lol

Ok update as of today, now at 1 month completed
total training days - 20
total rest days - 10

Need to get myself a proper kegel program sorted next, been very forgetful with them!

The gains I have made in BPFSL and FG are real as I have measured numerous times but I try to measure same time of day, circumstances etc.
the BPEL gain of 1/4", I'm not sure if that's entirely accurate, however I am measuring stood upright and will continue to do so that way for the sake of consistency.

possible EG gain but if so its only 1/32" so I'm not even gonna count it lol.

Ill post monthly progress and fingers crossed, maybe in another 2 months I can say for sure I have 1/16". May as well be optimistic, I am however also a realist.

So, hope to see 1/4" girth increase by 8/7/15, anything else will be a bonus :)

Slight update, nothing to report on the measurements front.

I have started a kegel program, working up to 50 ten second holds per day,
like have also included some flaccid bends, and double flaccid holds in addition to the jp90 routine. PI's are looking good. Progress report in 18 days :)

Just one minor update, having to do my PE ninja style for a bit, the wife was a bit freaked when she saw me doing the whole routine lol. Told her I'm cutting back a bit, she says I don't need to increase any dimensions or any other part but what can I say. Ive kinda got the bug lol
looking forward to measuring after month 2 to see if anything has improved. Eq has definitely improved :).
after this ill try and post weekly updates. More for my own motivation than anything else.

Also decided that after 30+ years of using porn I'm also gonna stop it! Doesn't cause me any issues with the wife, I Only have to kiss her to get horny, but if I want to have some fun with myself im finding it difficult to get fully hard without porn and the usual stuff has kinda stopped doing it for me.
so as of yesterday no porn (except the stuff I have with/from the wife), gonna try and go back to being old fashioned and using my brain :)

Month 2 finished, however realised I've been doing jelq incorrectly so gonna fix this for month 3.
i only managed 19 days out of 31 so will have to be a little more on form from now on. Today's measurements taken with eq of 7/8 ish

Ok gonna try and record everything as an additional incentive to keep up with PE training, so this is today's.
warm up and stretches in 4 directions with 25 count and kegels
150 wet jelq (correctly this time I hope!)
120 v jelq (1 stroke per count?)
Alternating RK 3 second count with K 10 count x 30
Also, day 3 and still no porn!

65 ten second kegels and 30 three second rks
Still no porn
Also thought I would record the Woody I woke up with last 3 early mornings in a row. Eq on them was 9
Have to say that I have started reversing grip on jelq so palm down, little finger away from body and jelqing downwards. Glad it's the weekend. Minime feels a bit battered today!

Ninja Session today! At work while gettin paid! Yeehah!
65 ten second kegels with an 8 second break between each
30 three second RKs
5 way stretching
120vjelq with 70% EQ - was a bit more force required!
150 wet jelq with baby oil - as vjelq
also woke in the night with EQ9 so before I went back to sleep managed 5 five second erect kegels, lost a bit of eq and went to sleep, problem solved :)

Had to share this, day 12 of no porn!

Had an edging session tonight and had eq 8/9 using just fantasising. Did 15 mns before ponr then tried hard kegel to stop it, think I went a smidge too far and definitely leaked some jizz, more than a drop and thought I had messed it up.

I lost eq to maybe 6/7 and thought ah crap it's just gonna die down, it didn't :) so I carried on again, eq went back to 7/8 ish and then when 2nd ponr arrived at about 20 mins I thought sod it and blew. The orgasm was def stronger than normal!

So 2 awesome positives! PE is amazing :D

Got another session in ninja style again, at work and getting paid to PE, sweet!

Same routine - 5 way stretches with 10/10 rotation stretches and helicopters
150 wet jelq @ 60% ish
120 vjelq as above

Kegels 75 ten sec holds with 5 sec rest
rk 33 at 3 sec with the same off

Feel like its going well!

Another ninja session again, oh yeah! :)
5 way stretches with 30 kegels, twenty 360 rotation stretches/stretch and helis
150 wet jelq 50/60% eq
120 vjelq 50/70% eq.
Also did v/jelq with nothing but mental stimulus and some kegels
80 ten sec kegels with 5 sec rest, 40 rk 3 sec on/off
no porn! Almost 2 weeks without it now
no morning wood yet but virtually every night i get wood which wakes me up
very happy with how PE is going!
