17/10/14 - today's routine
Decided to do kegels slightly differently so I did 50 of 20/5 regular kegels followed by 50 of 3/3 RKs. Stretches 5 directions with 30 kegels, then a hundred 360 stretches followed by 625 helis.
Then I did 3 sets of 50 wet jelqs, 5 mins pumping @ -4hg, 4 ulis @ 20 sec.
Poor sleep last night but when I woke I did have night wood, the flaccid hang was bigger and plumper pretty much all day as I leave a few hours between each set and squeeze them In at work
so had a longer fatter hang for the last 10+ hours!
