17/10/14 - today's routine

Decided to do kegels slightly differently so I did 50 of 20/5 regular kegels followed by 50 of 3/3 RKs. Stretches 5 directions with 30 kegels, then a hundred 360 stretches followed by 625 helis.

Then I did 3 sets of 50 wet jelqs, 5 mins pumping @ -4hg, 4 ulis @ 20 sec.

Poor sleep last night but when I woke I did have night wood, the flaccid hang was bigger and plumper pretty much all day as I leave a few hours between each set and squeeze them In at work :) so had a longer fatter hang for the last 10+ hours!

Had virtually no free time yesterday as I was visiting my kids but I still managed just one round of
5 way stretches with 30 kegels, 100 rotational stretches, followed by 50 wet jelqs and 5 mins in the pump at -4hg

Went out and got absolutely hammered with my brother and eldest son last night and didn't get in till 430am!!
paid the price today with the hangover from hell!
so today has been a total rest day for PE, and I'll start fresh tomorrow !

So today I woke up in the night with a 3/4 woody

Did my 50 x 20/5 kegels, 50 x 3/3 RKs

5 way stretches with 30 kegels, 100 x 360 rotational stretches, 625 helis

50 wet jelqs
50 wet jelqs and 3 mins pump @ -4hg
50 wet jelqs and 5 mins pump @ -4hg followed by 4 x 20 sec ulis

Struggled to get enough time today so glad I got as much in as I could!

Also felt dog rough today can't believe I have had a 2 day hangover!

Well, I have to say I had the most miserable nights sleep in about 5 years last night so I'm absolutely shattered today.

Woke in the night with wood again but nothing in the morning.

Again I struggled to get a full session in so only did a
partial one. Also I revised my kegel routine after a little more research.

So did 5 sets of 25 quick clench kegels, 20 kegels with a 10/10/10 split, clench gradual to max for a ten count, hold for ten then relax for ten. Felt like a good work out!

Did 5 way stretches with 30 kegels followed by 100 x 360 rotational stretches. Then 625 helis

Main workout was 2 sets of 50 wet jelqs, 5.30 in the pump at -4hg then 4 x 20 sec ulis

Great nights sleep last night and woke up with a raging boner in the night!

Todays routine was as follows:-

5 way stretches with 30 kegels, 100x 360 rotational stretches, 625 helis
5 x 25 quick clench kegels, 25 x 10/10/10 slow clench/hold/relax, 50 x 3/3 rkRKs

3 lots of 50 x wet jelqs, 5.20 mins pump -4hg, 4 x ulis 20 sec

Well woke up with night wood again, sleep was moderately disturbed.

5 x 25 quick clench kegels, 25 x 10/10/10 kegels, 50 x 3/3 rks

I made a mistake as well today, thought I would soldier on and do a 5/2 girth routine, checked today and did just one set of 50 wet jelqs, 5.20 mins @ -4hg in pump and 2 x 20 sec ulis.

Went to do second set and noticed some tiny red spots on the surface of the shaft, so I decided to leave today as a partial rest day and depending on pis tomorrow I may have a second rest day or carry on :)

The flaccid hang yesterday was really plump for about 10 hours, still porn free and thinking about sorting out an erotic thinking strategy routine to try and help with my lack of one

Had a nice day off with the wife today, we went out somewhere posh for afternoon tea. No time for PE today so I will treat it as my second day of rest and start again fresh tomorrow!

Been out Xmas shopping today so very little spare time, weekends are the most difficult fr me which is why I do most of my PE mon - fri.

Today was just 1 set of 50 wet jelqs, 5.30 in pump @ -4hg and 4 x 30 sec ulis


Woke during the night with wood twice but nothing this morning, sleep was pretty poor as well

26/10/14 - no PE today, had to go to a christening and shopping etc. so gonna start fresh tomorrow.

I do though have 3 lots of news

1. Great news - the libido has started to return ! Hooray
2. Good news - had sex with the wife and went for about 10 mins
3. Bad news - PE size increase means I cant get all the way in without significant warmup :(

So I have decided that I will be doing no more stretching exercises!!

Dont wanna limit my options on position!

So today's routine which is slightly altered is the following

50 wet jelqs, 5.30 pump at -4hg, 4 x 30 sec ulis

I then repeated this twice more but missed off the last set of ulis as I dont wanna get to where I need 2 days off !!

Didnt do any kegels today as I don't really think I need them, I haven't noticed any improvements from the kegel routine. Therefore for the moment I'm cutting them out!

Today's exercises

Ive cut out the stretches and kegels and I'm just doing my girth exercises.

50 wet jelqs with a good 60/70% eq, 5:30 in the pump @ -4hg, 4 x 30 sec ulis

Only repeated this once today due to time constraints

Minor update, tried to get an edging session in tonight, was interrupted twice but managed to get 18 mins in with no ponr. Decided not to blow this time. I'm happy to be getting the horn though as I've had zilch for about 2 months!

After some minor edema last week through overtraining I am going to do a 2/1 on/off routine until I am conditioned enough to do 3/1 or maybe even a 5/2.

Today is my rest day - with the return of my libido I woke this morning with semi wood which is a real plus! Also I have ordered some green tea extract and ginkgo biloba which I plan to start taking and see how it helps!

Well I think I jumped the gun a bit, the libido has gone away again :( hoping it comes back soon!

So today I did a few kegels, 2 x 25 pulse clenches

Did 3 rounds of

50 wet jelqs, followed by 5:30 @ -4hg in the pump, then 4 x 30 sec ulis

The eq has been improving slightly during jelqs so im happy about that. I think I'll just have to wait and hope that libido comes back which I hoe will be boosted with the green tea caps and ginkgo biloba I got in the post today!

Also took my first round of supplements this morning, haven't noticed any changes yet but I'll keep track on here

Still no uptake n the libido :( but did wake up with a semi which was a nice bonus!

Sunday was an unplanned rest day as the wife is quite poorly and I've been looking after her.

So today I had an interruption and couldn't do all the routine for time constraints :(

So I did 3 lots of 50 wet jelqs, 2 x 6:03 at -4hg in the pump, no ulis today

Hoping to get right back on it tomorrow!

Very busy at work today so was only able to get in a partial PE session

2 sets of 50 wet jelqs, 6:03 at -4hg in the pump and 4 x 30 sec Ulis

Still off the porn, libido is still pretty much non existent but doing what I can to help it along!

Did wake up with almost full wood this morning though so happy with that!

No opportunity for PE today but yesterday I did manage to get a session in

I did 100 wet jelqs, 15 mins in the pump -4hg and finished with an edging session which was pretty good!

Still taking the supplements but not noticed any changes yet, it is however not even a week yet so just updating for my future records!
