120 vjelq about same ish
zero porn not even for PE stimulus, finding that tough but I think total cold turkey is the way forward
cant remember night wood and nothing this morning, but despite nothing on waking it was all good when the mrs wanted some action before I went to work :)

Enjoyed my 2 days of rest, also had some great sex with the wife! Didn't even bother doing my kegels, plus my performance anxiety has gone away, hopefully for good!

Definitely go cold turkey mate. Your head is so much more powerful than you realise. I found it hard to get erect to anything except porn but started PE and after two days I manage to get myself to erection every day! Some days yeah it takes a bit of work to get the guy going but haven't failed a day yet. Your progress is really inspiring and I hope to hit your achievements when I hit my first month of PE :)

Hey, thanks for visiting :) I definitely find it easier and more motivating keeping a journal. The excess porn has been an issue, I'm glad I gave it up! The brain is coming back in fits and starts so I'm confident it'll be back to normal before too long.
If my log helps you on your journey too that's an extra bonus :)

Today did my usual 5 way stretches with 30 kegels each. 100 - 360 rotational stretches plus helicopters
150 wet jelqs @ 60/70 eq
120 vjelqs @ 60/70 eq
worke up this morning with semi wood again.

Really happy with how things are progressing! PE is awesome

Today's routine changed slightly, probably a bit naughty of me but as I'm so close to the end of jp90 I thought I would sneak in a couple of extras :)

100 kegels 10/5 , 50 RKs 3/3
5 way stretches (30 kegels) with a hundred 360 rotation stretches, helis to finish
75 wet jelqs and 4 fifteen sec ulis -70/90eq
75 wet jelqs and 2 fifteen sec ulis - 79/90 eq
120 vjelq - poor eq on them was rushing at work

No porn at all, coming up to three weeks now!

And woke up with morning wood! Something is definitely working!!!

Got my pump today and looking forward to starting using it after I have 1 week off.

5 way stretches with 30 sec kegels, 100 - 360 rotation stretches + helis
75 wet jelqs @ 70% eq, 4 ulis 15 sec hold
2nd set identical to above
120 v jelqs

Still no porn and had a boner in the night, nothing this morning. It's all good

So today did my 100 kegels 10/5 , 50 RKs 3/3
5 way stretches with 30 kegels, 100 - 360 rotational stretches, 125 x 5 helis
75 wet jelqs @50/60 % four 15 sec ulis Then repeated this again

Ive decided I don't really like v jelqs so at the end of my jp90 I'm gonna get rid of them and put some more normal jelqs in

Have to say the ulis are intense! I had a good heavy flaccid hang 4 hours later!

No morning wood, and had a better nights sleep than I've had in ages so don't recall nighttime wood. But the sleep was much appreciated!

Still off the porn and tbh not missing it, I was tempted today but my resolve was strong!!

4/09/14 - 5/9/14 rest days, doing nothing at all this weekend, chilling with my youngest son.

If I try the pump I'll post something on here

And bonus! Woke up twice in the night at different times with wood eq was 9/8

Flaccid hang was bigger and fatter :)

5/9/14 - tried the pump last night, did one set at 5 mins at -5hg

negatives - no negative pis at all, cos my little fella is curved upwards, couldn't get in the pump fully erect, had to go in about 50%

Positives - woke up twice in the night with wood and this morning as well!

Just thought I Would touch base.

Measured today with about 7 EQ

BPFSL 7.75", BPEL 7.25", MSEG 5.5", BEG 6"

I have measured flaccid but until there is a significant increase I'm not concerned with it as it fluctuates crazily from day to day

BPFL 5.5", FG 4.3/8"

Ok so my new routine is primarily aimed at increasing girth as I didn't see any increases after jp90.

So kegels 10/5 a hundred, RKs 3/3 x 50
5 way stretches 30 kegels, 100 - 360 stretches and 625 helicopters
3 sets of 50jelqs , 5 mins in pump @ 4hg, 4 ulis at 20seconds

I have had a full week off so looking forward to this routine. No negative pis yet, positives - good flaccid hang most of the day :)

Day 2 of girth routine

50 jelqs, 5 mins pumping at 4hg, four ulis @ 20 seconds
repeated this just once.

Keeping a close eye on pis as I don't want to get an injury, slow and steady wins the day as they say!
My sleep is suffering quite a lot so feeling tired quite often, don't recall any wood during the night or this morning but I will keep track!!

Day 3 is going to be a rest day, my little pal is feeling a bit worn out today so I'm letting him have the day off.

Did a bit of stop start edging last night, getting private me time is really difficult but I managed 10 mins before ponr, stopped it with hard kegels then carried on another 8 minutes until I had to stop. Got interrupted so didn't blow either, but never mind.

Woke in the night with a semi, currently my sleeping is causing me some problems, just feeling constantly knackered and wake up feeling like I blinked, I'm gonna try some relaxation techniques I think!

The rest worked well, if the wife hadn't woken me in my sleep I would've had a very satisfying wet dream :)

woke up with wood in the night also, but had a better nights sleep at last!

todays routine:-

Kegels 10/5 x 100, RKs 3/3 x 50. Stretches in 5 directions with 30 kegels, 360 rotational stretches x 100, helis x 625

During jp90 I never really felt much strain on my member but I can definitely feel the strain on my new one!!!

50 wet jelq, 5 mins pump @ 5 hg, 4 x uli @ 20 seconds - do this 3 times!
