Ok, day 1 of my second 3 months of a pumping routine

2/2/15 - 2 supplements as usual
i am also trialing diatomaceous earth as a blood pressure reducing supplement
normal bp 150/100 ish.
i am also going to take coconut oil and treat my fungal nail infection with iodine.

So today's PE - 2 sets of pumping to 5 hg, 16 and 20 mins. The second set I dry pumped with water in the bath. I will measure again in 3 months and see how things go. If it doesn't work I'll 'pull the chute' as kickinthemebs says :)

3/2/15 - 2 x supplements, 1tsp of diatomaceous earth

Pe 5 way stretches, each with 30 kegels, for each direction followed with 2 x 10 360 stretches then 125 x 5 helicopters
150 wet jelqs, 50 v jelqs
then an edging session :)

175 wet jelqs, 4 x 5 sec compressors

Ok, so apparently DE takes 1 month to work, I'm at the end of week 1
Took bp last night and it was 177/110 - not good! Although I was highly stressed from work and some home stuff. I'll check again in a week

Also got my iodine drops and took pics of my 2 infected toenails and treated them. I'm gonna check again n a weeks time and see if there's any progress.

7+8/2/15 - rest days, although I use that term loosely as I worked at my brothers house most of my weekend!

10/2/15 - 2 x supps and 1tsp of de

pe today, 5 way stretches with 30 quick kegels, 100 x 360 rotational stretches and 625 heli shakes

180 wet jelqs, 4 second stokes with 8 double squeezes for 5 seconds

Also taking iodine nightly as a topical treatment for my fungal nail infection

12/2/15 - 1tsp de, looking forward to measuring bp at end of week two to see if it has worked

No PE today, work was mental and took my son out for the evening

13/2/15 - 1 tsp de , blood pressure down to 164/100

Another rest day due to work, home commitments etc


14/2/15 - limited PE time so I set of pumping ,20 mins @5 hg

15/2/15 - rest day again

16/2/16 - felt quite Ill today, really bad stomach ache, took nothing as I didn't wanna get repeated bathroom visits!

Pe 1 set of pumping @ 5hg for 20 mins

Been ill the last few days so I have had very limited motivation and effort to do my PE :(

17/2/15 - no PE had to go on a training course and zero time or places to do my PE. I managed to sneak in a single pumping set 15 mins @ 5 hg

18/2/15 - still feeling crap, 2 sets of pumping 14 mins @ 5 hg

19/2/15 - still ill (this is bs!!) 1 set of pumping only, 15 mins @ 5hg

20/2/15 - weds, thu, fri still took my 1 tsp de, haven't checked bp yet will do so tonight!

Pe 2 x 15 mins in the pump at 5hg

21/2/15 - a single session in the pump at 5hg, 40 mins! :)

22/2/15 - rest day, I will be back on my usual routine from tomorrow!

25.26.27.28/2/15 - no supplements and no PE , I have been I'll with a virus that has kicked the sh*t out of me!

i have also decided that now is as good a time as any to take a short break from PE, so I plan to rest until 9/3/15. This will have given me almost 2 weeks off from PE, tbh from my almost 6 months of pumping I don't appear to have made any gains whatsoever :( I will measure on the Sunday before I recommence.

m plan is on return to PE I am going back to jp90 for another 90 days where I will add in some additional girth exercises, bundled stretches, compressors and horse squeezes on days 1, 3 and 5. I will measure again 3 months later and see what happens. As kickinthemebs says,"time to pull the chute!"

Tbh I'm a bit disappointed with pumping, I'm aware that gains are slow but I would hope that 6 months might have resulted in even a 1/32" gain but it would seem not.

8/3/15 - last day of rest, tomorrow I will begin jp90 anew, with some additional girth only exercises.

Only edging today

So I took my measurements. I have not made any gains at all during the last 5 months of pumping and added girth exercises so I'm pulling the chute and starting again. I will only measure after 3 months, my 1/8" of girth is only present with a 10/10 eq, otherwise it remains at 5.5"

Its somewhat disappointing but that's how it goes. Fingers crossed for some gains in another 3 months

9/315 rest day, over vigorous on the edging and got friction burns lol

10-12/3/15 only done the stretch part of jp90 can't do jelqs yet

Good wood still might and sometimes morning too

13-15/3/15 - more rest days I'm afraid

16/3/15 - ok so everything looked good, so I did all the stretches of jp90 and 75 wet jelqs.

Was gonna do second half in the bath later, until I noticed that I had 2 red bruises about the size of 5p pieces. In the spot where I had the friction burns. Fucks sake! So, rest again until it heals up :(

Note to self: no death grip during long duration edging!

Plenty of night an morning wood though so still positive pis

17-18/3/15 - enforced rest days again, also gonna try some cayenne pepper to go with the green tea extract and ginkgo biloba. Got a lovely weekend away with the wife on Friday so I might leave the remainder of this week as a rest week to allow full recovery!
